This is my favorite diner of all time. The food is excellent. The corn beef hash and biscuits and gravy are to die for. Service is excellent. The owners remember you by name you can tell it's a family run establishment so much care and love put into the whole experience if you're looking for a classic diner with great food good prices and happy people you have to come to Olympia flame diner on Federal Highway in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

The food and customer service is absolutely phenomenal! They take the time to get to know their regulars by name. It's like the diner version of Cheers. The diner literally gives me a reason to get up in the morning and go in search of excellent coffee, food and conversation. I personally love to sit at the counter since I go alone and have been enjoying getting to know the staff and the regulars better with each passing week. I was a huge fan 20 years ago but moved and just came back a few weeks ago near the diner and I feel like my day is incomplete until I start my morning there. The menu gives a huge number of scrumptious dishes. Everything I try I love every bite of. If I could give more stars I would!!! Thanks Patty and the entire staff! Love y'all the ambience is wonderful also. Hands down best diner ever.

Upon entering the Olympic Olympia flame, we were greeted by friendly hostess that set us down immediately our waiter came over and offered us water and drinks with a smile we ordered and the food was delivered within minutes. It looked amazing. Unfortunately we dove in before I took a picture, you can see how good it was from the picture shared, everything was very tasty. We had biscuits and gravy with bacon and fried eggs Along with chicken and waffles and coffee. You can't go wrong. We loved everything.

Delicious food after arriving to Florida from Pgh. Service top notch and restaurant was very crowded but clean and bright. I had been there about 12 years ago, and still pretty much the same quality except the prices, hey that's inflation though. Total was $54 including tip, coffee and ice tea. Food was served promptly 15 min from ordering and warm. Will be back. Thank you.

I like the vibe of this restaurant--quiet, clean, and the food tastes pretty good too.

This morning, I came here with two of my close friends. I was impressed by the restaurant's style--quiet, clean, and with food that tasted quite good. Their service was exceptionally attentive, making the experience even better.

The service, atmosphere, and quality of the food never disappoint. This review is based on two separate visits, and both were outstanding experiences. On our first visit, we stopped in on a Friday evening and were lucky enough to grab seats at the bar. We were immediately greeted by our bartender, Matthew, whose warm and friendly personality made us feel welcome right away. He took our drink and food order, offered excellent recommendations, and introduced us to their newly launched happy hour menu. My spouse and I were genuinely excited to see that they had finally added food options to happy hour. In the past, we often skipped coming during happy hour because there weren't any food offerings, so this was something we had been hoping for. For our second visit, we specifically returned to try the new happy hour menu. Thankfully, the bar wasn't too busy, and we were able to grab seats again. Although, after posting this review, I may regret letting everyone know about this hidden gem because the bar area is small and those seats are going to become even harder to get! This time, we were greeted by Stephen, who crafted some fantastic cocktails and walked us through his recommendations from the happy hour menu. We were also warmly welcomed by the manager, Peppa, whose genuine hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable. When we told her we came specifically to sample the new happy hour offerings, she shared some of her personal favorites, and every recommendation was spot on. We sampled several cocktails, including the Espresso Martini, Perfect Pear, Violeta, Guava Dream, Cucumber Twist, and Velvet Dynamite. While they were all excellent, our favorites were the Perfect Pear and the Velvet Dynamite. As for the food, the Greek Salad and Pita with Tzatziki are always must-orders for us. The Aegean Bites have also become one of our favorites. We tried both the Feta Saganaki and the Shrimp Saganaki--the feta was absolutely incredible, and the shrimp version was equally delicious for seafood lovers. The sliders were a generous portion, and my spouse thoroughly enjoyed them. My only minor criticism would be the chicken slider. The chicken had a loose, ground texture that wasn't my favorite. I think it would be even better with grilled chopped or diced chicken instead. It certainly wouldn't stop me from coming back, but it's the one item I'd probably skip next time. Needless to say, I absolutely love this restaurant, and I'm even more excited now that they offer what I think is one of the best happy hours around. A huge thank you to Matthew and Stephen for their outstanding service behind the bar, and a special shout-out to Peppa for making both of our visits so welcoming and memorable. We'll definitely be back!

It's an upscale restaurant that you can dine at for special occasions, with friends or family, with colleagues or even clients. It is always a super busy restaurant so you know the food is fresh. They do have a very good takeout business also. The portion size is very large, healthy and flavorful. I have been to this restaurant a few times and my favorite dish is the chicken platter. It comes with spinach, rice, rosemary, lemon potatoes, a side of tzatziki sauce, and a Greek salad. I love all of the sides that it comes with. Happy hour is offered daily until 6 o'clock and includes special prices on cocktails. I decided to dine with some clients and we ordered many delicious dishes. Everyone was happy with the dish that they ordered. We ordered grilled chicken platter, Gyro platter, Kefte platter, spinach pie, hummus with pita bread and seafood Paella. The interior has plenty of seating and they also have outdoor covered seating. The service was exceptional. I'd definitely recommend this place for authentic Greek flavors and generous portions.

They have couple special priced gyro plates Monday to Friday before 3pm. As usual, salad was fresh, fries were crispy, great portions of gyro meat. The only new item we got was the steak cheese pita. All I know is that there's a lot of mushrooms in it because my son won't stop picking it out. I keep eating them instead. It was fresh. This is still our favorite gyro of all the other places we've tried around Florida.

Great food/BAD BUSINESS…read more food is ALWAYS good & lots of it, it's fast, place is clean ( yes, even the bathrooms) with THAT said, we purchased 2 platters, 2 drinks AND of course we TIP ($3.79 it came out to be for the cashier) My wife a few minutes later got up and asked for a side of bbq sauce, a cashier states " did you not get a side sauce ( tzatziki) with your meal?" My wife states yes but prefers bbq, the cashier states " we charge 75 cents" for which my wife replied "that's ridiculous, I'm just a cashier." out of principle my wife came back to the table empty handed as I heard the cashier speaking about it with ANOTHER employee ( the open concept kitchen area is only maybe 6 ft away) I find this highly unprofessional and bad business for such a well established restaurant. VERY DISAPPOINTED as we frequent here often and just spent $43.64! Shameful...

This was also my first time meeting one of the owners, Nonda, who warmly greeted me when I arrived. The restaurant was extremely busy, so my expectations were high, and somehow they still exceeded them. I asked for recommendations and started with the octopus. I normally never order octopus, but this completely changed my mind. It was bursting with flavor and served in a rich, herb-filled sauce that was so good I ordered pita bread just to soak up every last bite. Then came the lamb chops, which honestly were the best lamb chops I've ever had. Easily a 10/10. They were seasoned perfectly, tender, flavorful, and unforgettable. I kept thinking about them all night after dinner. The next day, I came back with a friend because I wanted to see if the food was truly that good or if they had just had an exceptional night. Once again, they delivered. We shared the octopus and my friend, who also doesn't usually like octopus, absolutely loved it. We also ordered the hummus with warm flatbread and a chicken skewer, both of which were delicious and perfectly seasoned. Of course, we both ordered the lamb chops again, and once again they did not miss. Also, I don't know what they do to make the lemon herb potatoes, but they are simply mouth watering and delicious. Feta Republic has officially become one of my favorite restaurants because the food is healthy, flavorful, fresh, and most importantly, consistent. That consistency matters. I definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be back again.
