I had a wonderful Sunday brunch at the Deer creek grill (Inside the Deer creek country club) .Make sure to make a reservation since they seem to get busy around noon. I had a reservation for 11:15 am. I arrived at 11 and our table was ready and it wasn't busy . They have outdoor seating which is great since there is a beautiful waterfall and landscaping outside - it was rainy the day when I dined, so we sat inside . There is a variety of fruits - strawberry, cantaloupe, honey dew, and pineapple. Assorted danishes .bread , and bagel toast as well. There is an omelette station , my friends got omelettes while I opted for an egg over medium . They have oatmeal with brown sugar , cinnamon, and blueberries. French toast , cheese blintzes with blueberries and sour cream, breakfast potatoes, Belgium waffles , French toast , and sausage and bacon. The cost is $22.95 and includes a mimosa or Bloody Mary . Children 7.95 . Our server was great and very attentive, taking plates away , filling up water am checking on us often. It started to fill up around 12. They offer valet parking or you can self park in their lot. They also have weekly dinner specials , prime rib, lobster night , and will be having an Easter brunch for an increased price. Deer Creek Grille with its great location has so much potential but unfortunately the food brings it down and it's not merely mediocre food but it's a re-defining level of seldom seen awful. There are a few good aspects of the restaurant such as great service, easy parking and seat dependent - nice views, but unfortunately even excellent service and a nice view can't redeem or compensate for abysmal food and that's what's going on here. It is truck delivered junk food level dining but with a wait staff. We tried many different items and after a bite or two stopped eating and it's difficult to determine which was the worst dish because each was terrible. The dining experience objective seems to be - give the customer the lowest quality food with equally low prices, however there is no bargain in going to a restaurant for inexpensive food that is so bad that it cannot be consumed. Though the food is one star I think Deer Creek Grille deserves two stars for their nice service. read more

If you want a stuffy, over priced gold club this is not the place for you. If you're looking for somewhere with a great ambiance, delicious menu, great specials AND affordable prices, you will love Deer Creek Country Club. Theres an early bird special, happy hour, bar menu, weekly special, Sunday brunch, lunch and dinner menu. Prime rib night. Monthly lobster specials. You could go every meal and get something different. Plus no matter what you get, it will be good. The bar is open and they do have Covid precautions in place. There is also outdoor seating. Pre-covid there was a valet service but the parking lot is walkable. Great staff as well! You really cant go wrong here! read more

Took my husband here for dinner on our weekly Saturday date night. We were impressed as soon as we walked in. I had the pleasure of speaking with Laura when I made my reservation; she was extremely pleasant and accommodating. When I met her that night her bubbly personality shined through. We sat at the bar which was socially distanced and were served by Tarra who was both friendly and attentive. Our server, Suzette, was extraordinary. Her bubbly personality, attentiveness and knowledge of the menu made this a wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious and the potstickers were the best I've ever had. Food has always been unreliable (I've lived in the community 23 years); service satisfactory and ambiance casual-cool. However , went to Easter brunch and it was one of the worst dining experiences in all respects. NO table service and not once did anyone check in with us. We had decided a non-tip was appropriate under the circumstances. After asking for our check twice, waiting over 10 minutes, we finally went to the front desk to request our check. When the manager finally came with the check, there was a (mandatory) 20% tip included. I politely explained our great disappointment and our desire not to provide a tip as we did everything but cook the food. He explained that the tip was for all workers and was non-negotiable. That's just wrong in my judgement. Makes me curious how the IRS views this practice. read more

First time at Deer Creek Grille, and it certainly won't be our last. The ambiance is beautiful, especially being on the edge of the golf course. The waterfall and gardens are spectacular. Service by Suzette greatly enhanced our experience. The food choices will please any taste and the food is good. They have the best fried pot stickers we've had anywhere. My first time and was disappointed. Valentines afternoon/evening I did the nine and dine. I was with a big group of people. The golf was great. The food was average. The waiter was either new or not very good. We asked for lemons for our water 4 times and never received them. We asked for extra rolls 2 different times and we never received them. In the end many of our bills were incorrect. It all had to be re adjusted. The included dessert was a very tiny piece of cake. Other minor problems. A few flowers on the table would have been a nice touch especially since it was Valentines Day. Other people in our group had mentioned it was the same problem with the waitstaff when they had been there on a previous occasion. What a shame because the golf course and the whole area is beautiful. The nine and dine is a good value but be prepared for poor service at the restaurant. read more

The Deer Creek Grille is a great spot to grab something to eat after a round of golf. They offer two for one drink specials every day to golfers, so it's a great way to end the day. Their menu has an ample assortment of great tasting food, from quesadillas and wings, to prime rib and blackened mahi sandwiches. I will definitely be back! read more
