I had the turkey club sandwich with broccoli and cauliflower mix. There were so many things to choose from the menu. I realized enjoyed my meal. I was unsure about the veggies but they were the best I have had. They were seasoned well and grilled. I will be back to share this with my husband. read more

I have to say, we are new to the area and we have found that we enjoy going to Olympic Steak and Pizza in the Arlington location. The staff is friendly and the food is typically good. Well, we were there on Sunday early evening for dinner and it was the WORST experience we have had. Started out with the server dropping a tray of drinks on my daughter, granddaughter and myself. The server was frazzled from that point on. We told it was fine and she was okay but from that point she seemed to have an attitude. Very stern at the table when taking the order, when we asked questions, etc. Then the entrees arrived and 2 of us ordered a dish with pasta as the side and the pasta was cold. Our server was no where to be found and when she came by the table is was a rush to get out. Basically she asked a questions as she was walking by and did not wait for a response. Then when the bill arrived, there was no apology for the spilled drinks, cold food, etc. I was honestly surprised that a manager did not come over to apologize to us for the inconveniences of having the drinks spilled on us, having to move tables, etc. I can say, we will be back there as we have enjoyed other meals there with no issues but this one just made me mad as there was little respect for us and they act like this happens all the time. After dinner, we had to come home to change out of the sticky clothes and wash up as 4 of the drinks were sweet tea. read more

I was preparing to relocate and looking for a house in Arlington days before the start of the shutdown. I went there then and it was packed and very good. As soon as it reopened, I went again. This place is so so. I have ordered over the phone for pick up 3 times at least 45 minutes prior. Once was the spaghetti. It was good and hot. The bread with it was tasteless and chewy. The cheeseburger and fries were good. The grilled chicken and veggies were cold. None of the meals were ready when I got there at the pick up window. Had to wait nearly 10 minutes every time. Meh...that's the best way to describe it. The atmosphere is good, has a bar, and has potential but not likely going to be realized. If I'm rating food only, i'd give 1 and a half stars only. But, it's a nice atmosphere, the hostess was friendly and our server was great, so bumping it to 3 stars for the well managed staff. My sons burger was the best thing ordered. My chicken was overcooked and dry, and wife's country fried steak just wasn't good quality. Was hopeful for a great salad bar in Arlington, but alas, it's basically Shoney's, not Jason's. In fact, all the food reminded me of Shoney's. If that's what you're into, this is the place for you. As an old restaurant guy, it's easy to see that everything served is of the cheapest quality/price they can buy. For me and my family, we'll give it one more shot to try the pizza and kabobs. This was a Good find in Arlington Tennessee. I was there on Business had passed this place many times wanted to stop but didn't. The place is much different than what it says. It's all the name says it is. However it's much more. They have a Buffet full of Awesome food a great Value for your money. I would Highly Recommend this place to anyone. This is normally not my type of restaurant. However, we needed something fast without being fast food. I ordered the Greek Salad and my daughter ordered a Greek Pizza. Both items were reasonably priced, fresh and quite good. Service was excellent (middle of the afternoon, during the week), and the place seemed really clean. With all the basic boxes fully ticked, it's hard for me not to give the place all five stars. read more

First time visiting this location. The staff were very friendly and patient with my table, and the restaurant was very clean. Order the soup/salad bar and noticed staff frequently replenishing items, but also quick to clean up after guests that spilled off their plate and caused a mess. Tried some steak from one of the other guests in my party, and it was pretty good for the price. This restaurant is very family friendly and has great specials for the entire group almost every night of the week. My family and I will absolutely return, please keep up the good work! read more

Olympic gets three stars based only on service. The building is nice looking on the outside but inside is fake wood floors, tables too close together, and lighting too bright. The staff was VERY friendly, but the food is very bland. This is a generic cafeteria style meal, not the step up from fast food cuisine this town needs. I realize the demographics out here will not support fine dining, but some creativity in the menu would be nice. That all that said, it's still a quick easy place to grab a meal if you don't feel like cooking, and the prices reflect that. Very affordable. I'll be back, but I'm not sure when. read more

Every meal we have is great. The catfish and Chicken kabobs are our favorites. The decor, service and the food are first rate. This place has ambiance and the wait staff ate so friendly and accommodating. There is nothing bad on the menu and they have a drive thru. read more

Got food poisoning from their flat, old, and maggot infested steak. Ordered a medium rare filet and got a almost well done flat steak that looked like a hamburger patty. If you want to throw your guts up then go order their DELICIOUS AND FAMILY FRIENDLY steak. read more

The salad bar is complimentary with every meal, however the lettuce was extremely wet. The ranch dressing did have good flavor and the crackers were fresh. I noticed towards the end of the meal an employee using a gift card to shave the ice, the remnants went into the food. The banana pudding was average with not ripe bananas. The complimentary bread sticks at the beginning lacked flavor. One person from my group ordered chicken Parmesan and another fried shrimp, nothing special. I ordered Cajun fettuccine it tasted grainy, the temperature was a bit cold, and the only flavor was heat. I told our waitress, she took it back and off our tab, however she still charged me for the $8.50 salad bar (that there again should've gone with the meal because it was complimentary). read more

Glad to see a real restaurant come to town. Even though for some reason there prices are a bit extreme. $12.00 for liver n onions. A package of beef liver is around a dollar. Salad bar is pretty good. The food is ok. Service is usually good. They could find a better way to keep the food hotter at there little buffet. read more

I haven't been to Olympic Steak And Pizza in 10 years and after tonight It will take another 10 for me to reconsider it. My food was sub par at best, it tasted more like a frozen section chicken patty that had been flattened, the side spaghetti tasted like it had sat out since the business opened that day. The complementary salad bar was nothing to talk about either. One of my parties meals was sent back due to not being good at all. It was spicy and nothing else. The flavor was non existent and to add insult to injury when the food was sent back, we were charged for the complementary salad bar. Overall the experience was very poor, and unless you like food that should come from the Walmart deli, and to be charged for something that was free I would advise you to look elsewhere. read more

The service was excellent and is the only thing that kept us from giving it 1 star. The salad bar is pathetic with wilted lettuce and almost no toppings to choose from. i went to olympic with a party for a nice dinner. i was already annoyed to see how long our waiter took to get our orders, drinks, etc. i ordered a water and the buffet option, like many people in my group. once we got our orders in we all went to see the buffet. i understand that buffets are all you can eat, but there was hardly anything left. so i went over to the salad bar- ice on the hard boiled eggs, unknown/marked dressings and salad toppings...then we couldn't find any silverware. so we asked for plastic utensils. the only positive feedback i have was decent croutons. but how exceptional can a piece of dry bread be? the chicken alfredo had hair in it as well. all to conclude in me being overcharged. i had brought 15$ in cash thinking that was more than enough. i get up to the cashier and was the first in our party to pay. my meal came out to $17. 34. i borrowed some extra change from a friend and all was okay. only for that same friend (who ordered the EXACT same thing) to be charged less. i proceeded to look at my receipt to find that i was charged for extra soft drinks. thanks olympic! i will not be coming back! what crouton brand though? read more
