Since our venue in particular didn't have anything for the kids to play with, we thought soft play would be a good idea to have and we're so glad we hired BQ. From the beginning BQ was on top of communication and were able to accommodate insurance issues we ran into with our venue. They made it happen fast since we were on a time crunch. One of my biggest priorities was making sure they properly disinfect the equipment after each use and they reassured us that they do. My cousin even saw the workers wiping down the equipment after our party as they were packing up. The only small negative was that we had told BQ the colors for our son's birthday theme (blue and gray) but they ended up having green and pink and yellow mixed in and they asked us if we wanted balloons included with the jumphouse, which we said yes to but it wasn't there on the day of. Again, just a small negative that didn't impact the party but it would've been nice to have those requests complete. Although, having their service at the party was great. We plan to use BQ more in the future and have recommended them to our family and friends.

Everything was so smooth from the initial inquiry to the breakdown of the jumper. I asked about the highly sought after 3-in-1 bounce house but it wasn't available on my date so I booked the 2-in-1 with a slide. I loved the optional add-on of coordinating balloons. This makes it so easy to match ANY theme. Our was 7-Eleven (my daughter turned 11 on 7/11!) Cindy reached out a few days later and said the 3-in-1 was available after all! I really wanted the ball pit for the smaller children, but it ended up being a HUGE hit for the pre-teen kids as well, so this worked out great for us! BALLOONS: if you're on the fence like I was, bite the bullet and do it! It really completes the aesthetics and theme of the bounce house. Cindy was really transparent and gave me a heads up that some balloons may pop due to being in direct sunlight on a hot day, which I appreciated. We were all pleasantly surprised that NONE of the balloons popped and withstood the test... needless to say the quality of material is top tier! Also, they offered to comp gold 7-11 numbers on the arrangement for us! Overall, the communication was awesome and the setup/breakdown was great (takes about an hour) . And the bounce house itself was really clean and white bc they sanitize after every use. CONS: when they came to pick up the bounce house because the kids didn't want to stop playing, and they were so kind and asked the kids if they wanted another 10 minutes! The cherry on top was a birthday gift they gave my daughter, which was totally unexpected. It was so thoughtfully curated for her age! Clips, keychains, stickers, and body/lip scrub set. I don't know if they can continue to add this touch as they grow, but it was certainly a sweet gesture as a show of appreciation as they're starting out! These are significantly more than your average jumper but SO worth it! My daughter and her friends were still talking about it after the party was over. I rented out the inflatable jousting for my boyfriends graduation back in May 2021! We had tons of fun; everyone got to join in on the tournament! The jumper dries up quickly, but we grabbed a towel and gave it a good wipe down when mother earth decided to stop crying. Drop off was pleasant. They came to drop off, set up, and left. Mini conversation was nice while they were setting up as well. The jumper was cleaned, thanks to Philip(?) who was cleaning it on Friday when him and Kenji dropped it off. Philip was working hard because those sweats don't lie, lol. Used 2 outlets for the jumper, so be sure to have outlets available. And that they do not connect to each other, so the electricity would not shut off because of too much power. Kenji came to pick up with Philip around 8-9pm on Sunday. Which was perfect because by then everyone would of left and got ready for school the next day (today). They came, picked up, and left. Fast, efficient and professional. You got me as a forever returning client!
