I've written many reviews here, the food is awesome, the service is always on point and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the ambiance, it can be loud but it's a great place with many selections[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. They also have a board that has specials which you can order. I highly recommend this place. On weekends it does get busy from time to time so the wait can be a little bit but totally worth the wait. The Omlettes come with 8 eggs but you can request 4 however, it's only a dollar less so get the 8 and take the rest home.

This is our local spot for breakfast! If you want a label - call it Consistent! You find something in the menu you like, expect it every single time. Whether dining in or to go. The toast is golden every time, the omelette is full and ingredients balanced throughout, the waffle is fluffy with a light crunch and just the right hint of sweetness in the tongue.. but let's face it, there is also a consistent crowd. Oh course right? When you serve good food it doesn't take long for folks to catch on but that's were bring a local with flexible schedules counts ;) -- early mornings are great times to get ahead of the rush but the take end of the brunch hour is good as well.. but weekends are for socializing and this environment, staff, and food call for crowds so prepare to give them 29-30 min during the weekend rush - but weekdays - it's perfect for breakfast and brunch meetings - and like I said when you don't have it in you to cook, take out is as consistent as dining in.. and that Lavaza is even smoother in your favorite mug :) Tony keeps everyone on point and is a delight to see with every visit - so do yourself a favor and go out to breakfast this week. They will not disappoint... oh and if you are getting a standard omelette, go ahead and ask for a box when you order.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Really nice diner![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Came in and was sat down immediately with my family. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place was busy and bustling but food came out fast![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our waitress was very nice and took our orders quickly. She was also attentive and made sure we had our waters filled. I got the Loco Moco because I was craving it. It tasted delicious! It wasn't anything special but it tasted as I imagined. Super savory and juicy with properly cooked rice. My family also liked their meals and didn't have any complaints It's a good breakfast spot that I would come back to!

Chicago style Italian beef with French fries

Came here for a late lunch. I ordered the mimosa flight, yum and the Chicago style Italian beef with French fries. The ciabatta roll was nicely toasted, the meat was shaved and good but wished there was more of it. The green peppers were good but cut too big for me. The dipping sauce was delicious. There were a ton of French fries that were yummy. My spouse had the stuffed French toast special with blueberry. Two pieces of bacon and hash browns. It was all delicious but the French toast seemed a little small. Our server was Toni O who was really nice and efficient. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was pretty quiet.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

A late breakfast after a morning hike. Omelette Cafe did not disappoint. Breakfast is served all day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant offers plenty of seating with a diner style counter as an added option.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My wife and I shared a Denver omelette and a pancake, and we still had leftovers to bring home. The omelette was delicious and the pancake was fluffy. Our server was welcoming. She kept the coffee cup and water glasses full. We will definitely be going back.

Decided to try new restaurant for breakfast so found this one, and got seated immediately. We were pretty impressed with the menu selections for breakfast and lunch. The french toast, eggs, bacon and turkey link sausage were all good. Not to fond of the potato chips and over cooked sour dough toast. Service was good and attentive for being busy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They do have live music on Saturdays 10am-2pm so we need to return for lunch.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Also, we didn't try one, but their omlettes are made with 8 eggs and we were told big enough to split or you can order a half omlette but it is only $1 less. Overall, we had a good experience.

Pumpkin bread and banana bread. I liked the banana bread texture better.

Bread choices are yummy! Huge omelette and portion size. Flavor was just ok. Cooked food quality was just ok. Eggs a little tough, hash browns too soft, etc.

Stopped in for breakfast as I have not been here before. The wait staff were very friendly and quick despite being busy. Kept my water full at all times. The vibe was casual. The breakfast pricing was pretty decent! I ordered the breakfast skillet. The portion was healthy and was packed with breakfast meat and the eggs were cooked perfectly! The nice touch was a side of pumpkin bread that was delicious! There was tons of natural lightning and they were very accommodating to my service dog. Will be back again.

Receipt of a meal not edible

What in the world is happening with food service!!! -The kids grill cheese was warm at best the hash browns (half done & super burnt) -The Monte Cristo sandwich I'm in awe of what it is. (Burnt, hardly edible) -My receipt-$30+ for food that is barely half edible. My husband doesn't want me to call & complain he'll pick at it. What?!? Why should you spend your hard earned money to pick at something. Why should you have to head on to your kitchen to prepare something edible when you're not feeling well & paid someone to do it for you but in all aspects was a FAIL. To the owner: Would you feed this to your family? To the owner: Would this be acceptable on your home family table? To the owner: Is this worth $30+ to you? Buyers beware. I hope the Owner & his family had a better brunch than what me & mine had from their establishment.

"Chezzy Steak" look at all that cheese sauce!
Apologies for starting eating before taking the picture, we were that excited!

Wow! This place is awesome, and definitely a new favorite breakfast/brunch place for me. If that's enough to get you out the door and on the way to the Omelette Cafe then my work here is done. If you need more deets...read on! As the name suggests, Omelettes are definitely the specialty here, and we're talking huge 8 egg ones, so be sure to bring your appetite! Honestly the number of omelette options on the menu is quite something, but if that's not what you are feeling there are all the usual other brunch options just waiting for you too. The interior is very spacious and inviting with lots of seating. Upon entering we were immediately greeted and sat down by our very friendly server who provided us with water and then took our order for coffee while we decided what to eat. I decided on The Meats omelette, a heavenly combination of bacon, sausage, ham and beef with cheddar cheese. It was delicious and complimented by a side of hash browns and sour dough toast. My guest had the Chezzy Steak, basically a philly cheese steak in omelette form, and boy was that good too, I tried it and was way impressed and would order for myself another time. This one comes with melted cheese all over it, and ordinarily I wouldn't go for that, but this was proper cheese and really complimented the overall flavor. Overall great experience, amazing service, amazing food and good value for money, can't wait to go back.

This place is super close to our new house so we decided to give it a try on a Sunday morning at 9:15. I just knew there was going to be a wait but to my happy surprise we arrived at just the right time and were sat immediately. We had a small table for 2 and it was just fine. Our server greeted us really quick and once we ordered our food also came out pretty quick. Hubbs had one of his favorite breakfasts- Loco Moco, a special not in the menu- the gravy was rich and tasty and the portion was a good size for him. I had Turano Avocado Toast with spuds. The spuds are like thick potato chips. It was good and I couldn't finish the whole meal. I ordered an iced tea after confirming that it's brewed. Sadly it was so weak it didn't taste like tea, or like much of anything. The service was great, there are tvs on the walls so you can keep up with Sunday morning sports and the food was plentiful and good. We will definitely be back!

Biscuits and gravy. Eggs were really tough, and hashbrowns were way under cooked, some were still raw when I took a bite.
    Nathan D.

Great service, food was great as always. Very attentive and helpful. Can't saw enough good things even though had a couple bumps here and there it happens. If you visit you will not be disappointed at all

Hi do you offer protein pancakes and if not what is your healthiest breakfast combo?

No protein omelet.. White egg omelet #35

Can you order breakfast OR lunch ANY TIME they are open? Like a sandwich at 9am or omelette at 2pm?

I believe so...they even have gluten free bread options for breakfasts! We have come in for a later breakfast...but ya they close at 2.

Is there any entree that is gluten free here? Does this restaurant use a shared fryer for things like battered chicken that would cross contaminate foods like gluten free french fries? I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free.

I don’t know for sure…you could check their website or call them.

Do they offer gluten free pancakes or waffles?

A friend recommended we stop here for breakfast or lunch on our way to Zion, Utah. We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it.
