I feel like the price of the bowls is fair for the quality and variety of ingredients in them. The portion size is adequate and I love how many things you can choose from. Since there are a lot of ingredients and there can be cross contamination I don't recommend coming here if you have food allergies. I added guacamole to my beef bowl and it was a great addition. Honestly, I wanted to give this place a try so I ordered online. I got the side of grilled chicken and if I'm correct it says bowl on there and when I opened the bag it was more like those side order cups and the smallest one. The picture shows a bowl of grilled chicken not this small side order cup. So that's what I expected and for almost $4 they couldn't even fill it up to the top and I even left a $1 tip it's a bit disappointing when you try new places and expectations are not there. I was able to sample it as i was there - it was really good, and it deserved a spot in my belly, but i was in a peanut mood this day, so peanut gets it. Youre able to get the sauces either on the bowl or in the side. As for to-go, you can also ask for another pack of sauce before you leave. Although the concept is no longer original, I still really like the idea of make your own bowls. The price was about average and portion size was pretty generous. I even had small leftovers for the next day! I ordered through the takeout yelp app and didn't have any issues picking up. My order was the BBQ beef bowl with the kimchi rice and buckwheat noodles. The rice was good but I didn't really taste the kimchi flavor let alone any real spice. It's possible the Beef might have stolen some of the flavor, but IdK. The buckwheat noodles wasn't bad either...there's no real flavor to that as well (which I expected) so just pick wisely what you would want to eat with it. I didn't have any issues with using minimal sauce either way. Overall the veggies were good and the meat was ok.
