Citrus Mojito is made with rum, clementine, ginger, and mint. I wanted something to calm my nerves and I LOVE mojitos. It looked great with its orange color and mint leaves on top. I am not sure what kind of rum is used with this but it tasted a bit off with a heavy hit in bitter flavor department. This one may need a remix. Papa's Pilar Rum would help even out the flavor for a smoother sip. Rating: 3/5 Spotted Cow Curds ($9) is locally-sourced cheddar curds hand-dipped in a New Glarus Brewing Company Spotted Cow (only available in Wisconsin) beer batter, deep-fried, and served with house-made jalapeño ranch dressing. If you have been following me, you know that I love cheese and I love, love, love cheese curds. This is the first time I have had cheese curds with a beer batter. The ale added a yeasty and slight fruity flavor to the batter which paired well with the gooey, salty cheese curd inside. I would leave them in the fryer for a little longer as some of them had a little bit of uncooked batter on the inside. Also, when removing them from the fryer, I would drain the curds a little longer to get more of the excess oil off. Other than that, these were great fried cheese curds. Rating: 4/5 The Wedge ($9) is a wedge of iceberg lettuce served with cherry tomato, smoked bacon lardons, Roth Kase Buttermilk Blue Cheese, julienne red onions, and house-made ranch dressing. This salad is more than just a starter, it is a meal! I wanted a salad to contrast the richness of the fried cheese curds, but was not expecting it to be this robust. I was amazed at how fresh everything tasted since it was so cold and snowing outside - crisp iceberg lettuce, sweet sun-ripen cherry tomatoes, and zingy red onion. The Roth Kase Buttermilk Blue Cheese is to die for! It has a nice creamy and silky texture with pungent bleu cheese flavor which works perfectly with the house-made ranch dressing. But what takes the cake is the smoked bacon lardons. They are what turns this salad into a meal with rich, smoky flavor with beautifully crispy edges with tender pork and juicy fat. If I could give this place negative stars I would. We were tired from our first day in town and decided to just grab something quick. Omg.... Despite being the only people in the entire restaurant, it took 40+ minute to get our food. When it finally arrived... I had no words. My beef medallions were so well done they were hardly chewable. The potato wedges were raw and crunchy. The fries were definitely defrosted from a bag. The wings didn't come with the sauces on the menu. And the "seasonal vegetables" that came with one of our entrees was broccoli and potatoes! On top of that we had the joy of sitting next to these slot machines-- one of which were in process of being hacked open by maintenance bc it ate someone's $100 bill so it was super noisy too. I have one word for this restaurant..."Shame on you Blue Harbor Resort". Okay, that's six words but pretty much sums things up. This is one of the restaurants on site at Blue Harbor Resort in Sheboygan, WI. After dining around town for all of our previous meals, we decided to give the onsite food a try. "How bad could it be?" I said. Well...bad. Not only did it take a ridiculously long time to get our food (I ordered a pizza), but when it finally arrived, it was just bad. Think theme park pizza then think worse. My daughter's pizza even came to the table with no cheese. Is that a pizza or bread with sauce? I would rate it a zero if I could. Twice here (2025 and 2026) and both times have had the worst service ever experienced. The bar manager on Valentine's Day was incompetent and the worst work ethic ever seen. Do not recommend if you plan on having any drinks during dinner. It ruined the evening and will never be back. Sam is the best! Best lemon drop drinks! This is our go to spot when we visit Sheboygan because of Sam!

The Reuben was served with grilled onions on it instead of sauerkraut. A few of our side orders were wrong. Ambience was nice. Service was kinda slow considering there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. read more

We stopped here for lunch today and had a wonderful experience. Limited menu but food was delicious. Their pizzas are fantastic and they have a cauliflower crust pizza option that was very good as well. Food was mediocre at best. Menu descriptions completely in accurate. Took an hour for the food to come out. Multiple peoples orders were wrong. Server from the beginning acted like he had zero interest in providing good service. When asked when we could expect the food after waiting already over 30 mins for the food his response was "its dinner time everyone wants their food". Never made an attempt to apologize for the delays or the food being prepared incorrectly or the menu descriptions being inaccurate. Couldn't even pretend to act like he cared at all. The manager also looked at us like we were crazy for not being happy about our food being wrong or taking an hour to come out. Not even apologized too once, like atleast pretend to care. Kids were literally crying at the table because the kids kraft mac n cheese was not kraft at all but instead some creamy fancy mac n cheese with spiral noodles even though the menu literally says kraft mac n cheese on the kids menu. And when a crying 7 year old asks the manager why the menu lied to her the manager actually with a straight face responds to a 7 year old child with " i didn't write the menu" how about "im sorry crying kid" what else can i i get you? Nope not here you get zero accountability zero interest in your experience. But hey here's your bill have a nice night. You shouldnt work in customer service or the service industry if you can't even pretend to care a little bit. read more

Overall a horrible experience. Took over 1 hour to get our food. Our server although polite said their chef is having a bad day. Food was free because they took too long. Food was not worth the wait. read more
