Our food despite being appetizers took approximately an hour to come out mind you the place wasn't even busy. We waited like we were watching paint drying on the wall. Our server only showed up the time that he took our orders then return with the check. Hence why I didn't give it 5 star. I would certainly recommend it if you are not that hungry.

To make things worse, they mixed up the reservation time. They told us it was at 3:00 PM, but our confirmation texts clearly stated 2:00 PM. When we arrived at 2:00, the front-of-house staff was rude and told the waiter--right in front of us--that we had arrived too early, even after we showed proof of the confirmed time. That interaction really set the tone. We spend a lot of time in Beverly Hills and are used to high-end service, but this experience felt unnecessarily difficult and unwelcoming. We were debating between here and The Peninsula and chose this spot thinking it would feel more modern, but the entire reservation process and day-of experience were disappointing. In all honesty, the space itself wasn't as impressive as we expected either.
