Jose and his team are very professional and efficient. They completed the repipe job within one day as they promised even though the job was tougher than they had expected due to nearby deep tree roots. Jose also advised on how to prepare for a smooth city inspection for a permit. At the end, they didn't just keep the site clean, but also decorated the dirt area with bricks to make it look nicer. He installed a new tank less water, rerouted all the supply lines, and connected the drains to the existing ABS for our kitchen and laundry room. They're price was the 2nd highest of four quotes, but they also quoted the most complete and thorough scope of work. One Day Repipe did a great job repiping our house, very pleased with their work. The reason I've only given them 2 starts is because they left behind a couple of unresolved issues. When putting in the main line they cut through my front yard sprinkler wires (from the control box to the valves) they put everything back together but it didn't work properly. They did come back the next day and try to fix it, they couldn't and left. I wrote suggesting they send out a dedicated sprinkler guy to repair it. I was told someone would get back to me in 24 hours, I never heard anything. Additionally, they didn't let me know when the guy was coming to do the final inspection. As a result no one was home and it didn't get done. I wrote asking about rescheduling it and again no reply. So, now I'm stuck with a sprinkler system that doesn't work that I'll likely have to pay someone to fix and I'm out the $160 I paid for an inspection that never happened. Once these guys get their money it seems you no longer matter to them. **One Day resolved the above issues so they get a 5-star rating. I appreciate that they took the time to address my concerns and as mentioned above did a great job on the repipe. Highly recommended. read more

I just finished my repipe for my fourplex in Campbell. The first day of job goes as schedule. Water comes online in same day as they claim as One Day Repipe Specialist However, after that thing go downhill from there. The shitty workmanship, cutting corner, Delay and missed schedule, taking too many times to pass city inspection. After passed inspection, the owner asks to pay in full and promise to come back and complete the job. However, after they got the money, the man who promised to come back is nowhere to be seen. It end up I had to call the other plumber to complete the job. Now I'm filing Complaint to Contractors State License Board (case #NA2010 92) and sue them for the cost. This outlet in no place for any kind of plumbing project. The man who can't keep the word deserve no trust and business. read more

1968 home completely repiped with copper piping. They lived up to their name "one day complete." Came on time, ready to go. All the crew went to their assigned areas and worked like beavers. Everyone knew what they were doing. They were done in about 5 hours. Came next day to close up holes. Crew members very respectful of my home making sure everything was covered up and kept clean. We needed to replace the main water line from meter to duplex. Jose came to gave me an assessment. What I liked him and his assessment was that he is friendly and he knows what he's talking about. We have 150 feet of driveway with concretes and trees and the old main pipe is buried under. He said they could just bore a tunnel under without damaging the trees and the concrete. His quotes were very reasonable compared to other unreasonably higher quotes. He and his crew completed the job in one day with quality workmanship. Received a quote from One Day that was very competitive, went with them because they were one day instead of several days from other contractors. They showed up at a little before 9 AM with a full crew of 5+ and blew thru the house until 7 PM. 2400 sq. ft. home, new upgraded hot water heater with recirc and timer, upgrade of outside hose bibs to 3/4" from 1/2" and water hammer suppression on hot and cold thruout. They did a great job. I asked for a 10 year hotwater instead of 6 year in quote. When installed I noticed the hot water P/N was for a 6 year NOT 10 year. I brought this to Paul Workman's attention (the sales rep and contact) on the phone, he contacted the mfg and said it was their (mfg) mistake and it was upgraded to 10 year warranty. No hesitation on One Day Repipe to provide me with written documentation. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends. Patch and plaster after the job was OK, no sanding after plaster, as they leave before the plaster drys but they did a very good job, I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to others. I used One Day Complete Repipe to do a complete repipe on a house in Santa Cruz at least six years ago. The job was great and still continues to be great. Recently, I had a sewer line back up at the same house and I had a local plumbing company from Santa Cruz suggest that I cut out my patio and piece meal a patch job with no guarantee. Jose came out with a super duper roto rooter that has a saw blade on it and took care of the problem hopefully. He did say that the problem was further down the line than the first plumber and I tend to believe him as I have had success in the past with his work. He then suggested that he check all the sinks to see if there was any back up. While Jose was checking the sinks in the bathroom,the tenant told me of an electrical problem in the outlet in the bathroom. Jose tried to fix it but did not have the necessary tools with him. Jose went above and beyond what is called for in a one hour service call. I will definitely call him in the future as he is honest and has integrity. read more

I had One Day repipe my Mother's 50 plus year old home. From the start, Ronn Stacy came to the house and told me all that had to be done and showed me all the material that was to be used. Because the shower fixtures were old, they had to be replaced. I had a choice between buying my own or using the ones that they put into most of the remodels. I picked his, which were Delta fixtures, good choice. Also they were one of the few companies that did trenchless piping. Always good to have one company do the whole job. The crew (5) came over and had the whole house done in one day. Alfredo was the man that I talked to the most and let me know exactly what was to be done. They finished the job and cleaned up everything. A few days latter the inspector came over and passed all of their work. Jose came by and fixed a few small things. The patching crew also did a fantastic job in repairing the parts of the wall that had to be opened up-I would definitely recommend them. I had a water leak develop between the street valve and my house and unfortunately, it was right underneath my driveway. I had three different plumbers come to look at it; 2 of the quotes were very similar in price, +/- a couple hundred, and one quite a bit higher; but the overall solutions were different. One solution involved cutting a portion of the cement driveway, another involved a cut out of cement by the street; and then there was what seemed to me to be the best solution, that proposed by José at One Day Complete Repipe. His was also one of the lower estimates. He had machinery to bore under the driveway cement, and the sidewalk, with no cuts, and pull through a new line to replace the broken line. While he was at it, he also quoted running a second line to allow me to put in irrigation in an area I didn't previously have sprinklers. He included pulling the permits and scheduling the final inspection in his estimate. On the day we had agreed on, his crew showed up at the promised time, and got right to work. By the end of the day they had all of the lines run and connections done. The following morning, they finished up installing all the new valves and the inspection was done by noon. Cleaned up nicely, replaced the cutouts they had made in the sod so the lawn looked almost untouched, and hosed down any residual mud from the driveway.
