I followed his aftercare process exactly as instructed, and now at four weeks healed, I can confidently say the tattoo healed beautifully. The lines are clean, the placement still looks perfect, and the skin healed smoothly with no complications. Waiting four weeks really showed how solid and effective his aftercare guidance is. What stood out most was how supported I felt throughout the entire experience. Erick took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident not just during the appointment, but throughout the healing process as well. It wasn't bad, but it was different…read more I was originally supposed to have Erick do my tattoo, but 2days prior to the appointment the management team said he had an emergency so he was no longer available to do the tattoo. I was bummed because I looked up his work on their site and his IG and really liked it. They gave me other days to have the tattoo done by him, but it didn't work with my schedule. Well, when I walked into the shop I'm pretty sure it was him in there working on a tattoo with someone else. W/e no biggie. Maybe things changed or he just wasn't up for my tattoo idea. Berkant was the artist I ended up with. He arrived right at my scheduled time. He was straight forward no small talk, which I prefer so that was nice. Unfortunately I don't believe the details of this appointment were discussed with him as he had to take multiple breaks to get on the phone with the shop managers (they were not there). Was quoted $1k for 8 to 10 inch tattoo, it's just at 7.5. Artist Info on their site says he is quick and he definitely was. There isn't much detail to my tattoo, tho. They were given an inspo pic, and I would have thought that they never saw it. The actual tattoo is more delicate than I expected. Still cute Overall, it wasn't a bad experience but it was not one that made me feel like I would go back. I don't blame the artist at all and I still like my tattoo. That's what matters. In my experience shops have someone who is more of a receptionist to go over details and information before and after, but they didn't have this. There were only artists in there and they were with clients. I will update this review with a picture of the healed tattoo in a couple of weeks.
