The first time, I ordered the plates with the Teriyaki Chicken and Chicken Katsu. The chicken filled the take out box to the brim and was delicious. It was a bang for the buck! I saw that they had this new Keiki meal (kids meal) that came in a cool bag which seems be a promotion with Moana 2. The kids meal definitely was small but for the price it's not too bad. We also got these items. Hawaiian BBQ Mix - A good mix of all the best meats. The ribs were the best but everything else was solid. Packed with food. I ordered this at 9pm on a sunday through the drive thru and there were so many people in line and my guess is that they were trying to speed up the orders and my chicken resulted in being undercooked as you can see. I placed an order through the drive thru. Everything was fine until it was at the window when the employee asked me any sauce and I told him Teriyaki sauce please. I kindly told him teriyaki sauce and not Sriracha but He then proceeded to say SRIRACHA!!! and never gave me the sauce and now I have a plate of dry chicken katsu to throw away. This is the closest Ono Hawaiian to my house and I had a coupon that I wanted to use. The restaurant is clean, airy, and spacious. The service was good. The first staff admitted that he was new so he called over his co-worker who went to get the manager. I appreciated his honesty and their service. They were able to ring me up. I ordered the beef and chicken combo and the seafood mix. The portions are huge. My sister and I were able to get two meals out of our plates. The plates come with your protein of choice, two scoops of rice, one scoop of mac salad and vegetables. The chicken and beef was tender and flavorful. In the seafood mix, you get fried fish, crispy shrimp, and chicken. I also really liked that they were giving out scratchers for the Lunar New Year. read more

There was a Caucasian young girl and a Hispanic Latino young man at the front register. They took forever with my food, and when I asked them for things, they didn't even look at me. Extremely rude. On top of being extremely rude, I asked him for sauce, which took him about three minutes in total, and he kept having conversations with the other girl. I am extremely unsatisfied. It's one thing to receive poor quality food, but quite another to get so little of it. Furthermore, the napkins were stored out of reach for customers, making it inconvenient and frustrating to simply grab a few without having to ask. This experience mirrors the issues I've encountered at Pho N Mor, another restaurant owned by the same person. It seems there's a trend of cutting corners and opting for cheaper quality across the board.
