Since it was my first time here, I decided to have the staff cook it and she was very friendly and efficient with the cooking. NOTE: the hot plate is HOT. Even after everything is done cooking and you're ready to eat it, the plate can still be hot. I accidentally touched the hot edge of the plate while eating and didn't expect it to still be that hot!! We also got a chicken karaage which is Japanese fried chicken. It was delicious and perfectly fried! I had a great time here, there's clean seating and friendly staff. There was a vent alongside the cooktop, which was extremely dirty and disgusting and I was pretty grossed out. The area that we were in, the hibachi room was horrible! It was HOT and I'm always cold, but I was sweating and I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt. They had huge round box fans on the floor trying to cool the area down, it was weird and disturbing.
