I took it to the car and my husband tried one right away and found the supposedly crisp cookies were quite soft. He said these were not freshly baked. So I went right back to the bakery and told them what my husband said. The manager agreed to give me back the refund and the serving clerk told me the fresh cookies will be ready in late afternoon and the one I bought was baked over the weekend. I believe it is important for the bakery to separate the daily baked fresh products from the rest.

I came here to buy some of their chocolate bars around the holidays to give as stocking stuffers. While they didn't advertise any deals for purchasing multiples of their chocolate bars, the store associate gave me a deal as I had bought around 10 bars (one free bar). The store associate was also very friendly and offered great service as I had some questions about sending chocolate out of province to Alberta and she offered some guidance on mailing cut-off times for out-of-province deliveries during the holidays. I would consider coming here again to get more chocolate in the future.

Ordered a large Americano to share and attendant was kind enough to split it into two cups. The Americano tasted pretty good. Mink sells their own brand of chocolate, so they include a nice piece of chocolate with each coffee. There's a few parking spots in front of the cafe. I'm writing this review in hopes that this place can get a little more customers so that they can stay open since it's so quiet in this location which happens to be located in the rear of the building (don't know if there is anything in the front).
