The tempura is soggy and nothing has a very good flavor. The other Oracle cafes are much better!

I had a raging craving for banh mi, but I didn't want to haul ass to the south bay (duc huong is…read morestill my favorite). M sandwiches pleasantly surprised me with its warm crusty bread, crisp tender bbq pork, and fresh cilantro and pickled veggies. The place is tiny - really no seating indoors and just a few chairs outside - but I'm adding this spot to my regular to-go rotation. I love that they give you potato chips with every sandwich, and unwrapping every sandwich that has the twine tied around it feels like you are unbundling a treasure. One tip - I thought the grilled lemongrass beef sandwich would be similar to the bbq pork one, but the beef was more like a meatloaf. Still good! Just not what I was expecting.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing…read more I ordered the grilled pork bánh mì from this place earlier. I was hungry and started eating the sandwich while walking, but after just a few bites I had to throw it away. The grilled pork was unbelievably salty--easily one of the saltiest bánh mì fillings I've ever had. It tasted like the meat had been heavily over-seasoned with salt, to the point where that was the only flavor I could taste. The sandwich was also loaded with mayonnaise, which made it feel very heavy and greasy. Combined with the salty pork, it ended up tasting like mostly fat and salt. The bread didn't seem particularly fresh or house-made either, which made the overall experience even more disappointing given the price. I hate leaving negative reviews, but for the cost and quality, this was not a sandwich I could finish, let alone enjoy.

WHAT IN THE DELICATESSEN IS GOING ON HERE AT MO'S??!!…read more First, check out my pics, then absolutely get here as soon as possible to enjoy some crazy delicious sammies and other treats! Tiny little baby deli on the edge of Belmont and San Carlos border, nice peeps serving up some seriously nice quality deli goodness. Tiny shopping center on El Camino Real with baby parking lot, lots of street parking free on the boulevard. I ordered the Sanburger 2 and chocolate croissant. Words cannot do the sammie justice, except that it's a dang Big Mac, but no burger and healthy! Whaaaaattt???!! Yes, you read that right. I want to eat this sammie everyday. Recommendation, get the sammie as they serve it for the Big Mac replica effect. There are Sanburgers 1-5. The one I ordered is 2, roast beef. They melt the American cheese on the sliced roast beef, then placed on the sesame seeded bun with shredded lettuce, mustard, MO's special sauce and lots of lovin'. When I took my first bite, I said out loud, "Am I eating a Big Mac?!" Very creative are these folks. The chocolate croissant speaks for itself. It's fully loaded flaky croissant goodness and it's huge! Head over to Mo's for an excellent sammie experience! Plan for to-go as it is very tiny, however, there are tables and outside area, too. The location used to be a Subway for years. Very nice new flavor in town. I believe they opened in 2024. I will definitely return!

I stopped in front of their coffee shop and run back forth saying that my baby is sleeping, let me know when it is ready. So the cook bought my sandwich to the car even though I didn't ask for that. Awwww as postpartum mama who did not have her breakfast and coffee at 11am, I was so touched by their excellent service! Coffee was so smooth and my sandwich like my grandma did - so yummy! They just earned forever customer! :-)

Visit July 2026:…read more Hmmm....I really wanted to like this place more. It's cute. It's clean. They are friendly. It's a good vibe. But dang it....I paid nearly $11 for a Good Morning Burrito (ham, eggs, tots, a ton of cheese) that was only the length of my iPhone 14. Great taste but I was hungry still. Plus I wish it had come with some sort of salsa. There was a hot sauce bottle, bulk size, that was almost empty so I said meh. A homemade salsa would be a nice touch. My daughter got a vegetarian omlette which was basically a mushroom omlette. That seemed a good size but basic mushrooms and they had a side of spinach with some sort of dressing which I was sure was just mayo. There were a sad four tots on the side. She didn't like her matcha latte and my Vietnamese coffee lacked kick. They are well situated to serve the area and clearly have regular business. For that younger tech crowd across at Sony this seemed like a spot for them to pound away at their laptops while drinking boba and listening to lo-fi jazz.
