I went with the beef tofu soup, and it was absolutely delicious. It tasted fresh, flavorful, and had the perfect amount of spice--enough heat to give it a kick without being overwhelming. I also ordered the seafood pancake, which was crispy around the edges while staying soft, savory, and packed with flavor in the middle. The side dishes were fresh and tasty, too.
