Yikes. Subpar service by an extremely ditzy server. Large amounts of food that is only okay. We asked the server if there was flavored lemonades, to which the reply was 'no'. After ordering drinks, we found a flavored lemonade section on the menu. Several drinks were served to the wrong people and not realized until already partaken of. Only half the entrees came out with decent timing. The manager apologized and did make that part right, which is why I give them three stars. The food was large portions, however more care to flavor might be more important than focusing on size of portion. I'd much rather have a normal amount of food with better quality. I was really looking for some good mac n cheese and felt like an Italian restaurant would have that. So I did a curbside order, and when I got there pulled into the curbside spot that said to text them when you arrive. I got there and texted them, and then I waited for 15 minutes with no response and no one to bring my food out. I called and told them I was outside and then someone came right out with my food. The mac n cheese was a great portion for a side, but it was dry and wasn't very flavorful at all. The only redeeming thing was the pizookie which was incredible with really good ice cream. read more

Hands down the best part of our experience here was the customer service. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming in a way you don't typically find in restaurants, let alone chain restaurants. The best thing we ate was the cheesy garlic bread for a starter. We also got the zucchini fries to start and they were good but I prefer a Panko bread crust to a batter with zucchini fries. My mom and I split the veggie sandwich which was a standard veg sandwich. The chive coleslaw on the side was a lovely take on coleslaw as were the homemade potato chips. My husband and dad split a thin crust meat lovers pizza which they enjoyed. The hubs who is from Chicago said it was close but not the real deal. read more

Drinks served in a mason jar...yeah! I don't know what it is but iced tea always seems to taste better in a mason jar - I love restaurants that do this. This location has seemed to be a curse for restaurants but I think it's finally right and Oregano's is going to stick! We sat at the bar. We were the only ones in the bar area but it was 1:30 pm on a Wednesday so the whole restaurant wasn't very busy. The service was good. The 50's decor and music, and the story of how Oregano's started is intriguing and is a nice touch to set them apart from other chains and restaurants. The bartender let us know right off the bat that thin crust pizza takes 20-25 minutes, pan pizza takes about 30-35 minutes, and stuffed crust takes about 45 minutes, so don't come here thinking you'll just have a quick lunch or dinner. We didn't try the pizza today but I'm sure if it takes that long, it's gotta be good! They have some interesting cocktails and a decent amount of local beers on tap for being a new chain restaurant in town, which is awesome, so kudos to them for that! The lunch specials, Monday-Friday 11am-3pm is a good deal. I got the "Alfredo The Dark" for $6.99, added a sausage link for $1.79, and a side salad for $2.89. The portions are HUGE! See my pictures...I've never had a "side" salad that big before. All of it was delicious. My boyfriend got the chicken parmesan (the pasta not the sandwich) and said it is the best he's ever had, which is saying a lot. He wanted a side salad too, but you can only get a side salad with the lunch specials otherwise you have to order the "Simple House Salad" for 4.99 but it is apparently big enough to eat as an entree. With the size of my side salad, we could have shared it. The bartender even mentioned that nothing served is small and it's all shareable. Big bang for your buck! With all of that said, I cannot wait to go back and try their pizza and other food. read more

Really fun, nostalgic decor and very friendly staff! Lots of choices on the menu. We had pesto bruschetta and the stuffed pizza. Both were good but extremely salty, especially the pizza. The website makes it look like the stuffed pizza is a chicago style with really thick crust which turned out to be very misleading. Not very thick at all and reminded us a little of a Papa Murphy's stuffed crust. Also, it was luke warm in the center but very hot at the outer crust. We couldn't quite figure out how it would cook so unevenly. We ordered sausage in our pizza and anticipated the usual ground sausage but it was more like a breakfast sausage patty which we thought a bit odd. The food was not awful by any means and I'd be willing to try it again if they can just fine down the saltiness! It's definitely a fun place and they'll give dough to kids to play with while waiting on the food which I thought was cool. read more

Overall a very good experience, there were a few mishaps throughout the visit but that is expected as humans are not perfect. When mishaps did happen our server Spencer quickly corrected the errors and made sure we were happy. Spencer was very attentive even as she was being pulled many different ways and kept a great attitude. The food was the great quality that you can always expect from Oreganos. Recommendations: I would highly recommend the garlic bread with cheese to start off and wrapping up your meal with one of their Pazookies which is easily the best in the nation! I am not usually a fan of thin crust pizza but at Oreganos it is the only way I get my pizza, if you are looking for a pasta they do a great job of putting a southwest twist on Italian classics. Lastly they have a wide variety of beers, while on the surface this is good I believe with the pandemic they are not able to use the beer quick enough before it goes flat so be cautious! read more

Tried this out last night while the staff was still training, and it was amazing! We sat at the outdoor bar and were served by Jeff, who was really friendly and made the experience fantastic. Ordered the sausage and meatball appetizer (delicious) and the stuffed pizza. The pizza was fantastic, but is absolutely massive. We each had a single slice and had to take the rest home, and we easily have enough to last us for the week. If you plan to order the stuffed pizza, call ahead and ask them to put it in early, it can take around 40 minutes to cook. This is my second time coming here. The service is clearly something they focus on since we have had a good experience on both occasions. The beer selection is good and that makes for a good start. The portions are huge and the options are wonderful! You can come for a cheap lunch or go fancy and get something nice. The shrimp dishes are awesome! We started with the wings this time and they give free chips with it. (I think I prefer to have celery and carrots) The lunch pizza leaves a little to be desired, but it's big. The Big Rig pasta dish was so good! The pizza cookie is worth the trip alone! We will definitely be back again soon!! read more

I am using DoorDash frequently now, so I decided to order a pizza. I ordered a 14" Aunt Margherita pizza which was delivered in about 45 minutes after the order. The pizza was not warm at all upon delivery. OK, no big deal, I warmed it up, low temp in the oven. I noticed that the edges of the crust were quite scorched already, so I was careful not to bake it anymore. There were an ample amount of fresh, ripe tomatoes on the pizza, but that is about the only good thing I can say. The crust was burnt, and in contradiction to the description, there was just globs and globs of straight tomato paste masquerading as marinara sauce. I tried to scrape off as much as possible, but this was not a good experience. This pizza was just not very good, and I have had good margherita pizzas in this area. If this product is representative of their food, I will not be ordering again. read more

It seems like the salad may be missing green and black olives, but maybe I'm the only one missing those. Have returned to Oregano's a few times for lunch. They offer an all you can eat pasta dish for $7 that is delicious! In my opinion, you can't go wrong with any of their pastas. There are plenty I haven't tried yet but the ones that I have are very good. Portions remain large and prices are very competitive. I definitely recommend Oregano's. read more

I have to say that this was my most disappointing meal on the road this week, the linguine was so dry, it looked like it sat in the kitchens all day waiting on be served, the salad and the wine were good, but stay away from the Coop De Ville, a very disappointing meal, with zero creativity. I should have gone to a mall and saved my money, as the meal tasted as I was eating in one of those fast food service that put prepared meals together in a quick 5 minutes time. I expected better, did bring up my disappointment to the bartender that was kind enough to apologize and offered to get me something else.
