Absolutely the WORST company I've ever dealt with. Set up an appointment to clean gutters and put down anti-mold powder on roof for Nov 23rd. When a no-show I contacted them and (they're all apologetic of course), and rescheduled for Dec 2nd (they even offered to knock off $20 because of this). I get a call 30 minutes before they're to arrive and say their guy is delayed and they'd like to reschedule yet again. Sure, so reschedule for Dec 10. Again a no show. I call them again and told them last chance to make this right and we agree on Dec 15th. Again, a no show At this point, I warn anyone to stay away from these clowns. read more

Oregon Gutter Experts recently completed a project to replace my original 1982 gutters that were failing badly on my newly purchased home. From the quote, inspection and planning, to the scheduling and the project itself, OGE was responsive, courteous and quick. I still can't believe the installers knocked out my roughly 1300sq ft install in just under 2.5 hours. They left no trace of the original gutters and did a bang up job cleaning. read more

They show up way early and block all access to my house and there's no where else to park. Had to ask them to move so I could get into my own garage. Then they damage two of my rose bushes. They let the old gutters just fall right on top of them. THEN, they left my side gate open so when I let my dog out he ran out into the front yard. Lucky he didn't chase after a squirrel and get hit by a car. Very unprofessional. The craftsmanship seems good enough, but the way they treated my property was infuriating. I am unable to even speak about this company's services. When I called yesterday, I was told that a quote would be sent to me and when I approved the quote, then it would autobook a time for their team to come out. The man on the phone explicitly told me two things about autobooking: 1) their first available appointment would be 1-2 weeks out and 2) that if I wasn't available on the date/time that was given, I could easily call to reschedule. The first quote I received included charges for Washington sales tax even though the company and my property are both in Oregon. When I approved the second quote last night, I watched carefully for any kind of autobooking that might come through. Nothing came in the next ~60 minutes, so I went to bed. This morning at 7AM,. I received an automated email and text message informing me that the team would be coming to my house TODAY at NOON. There was no way in these automated messages to decline the booking, so I called their phone number, left a message saying that it needed to be rescheduled and I also sent an email to the contact listed on their website. Instead of receiving any response to this communication, a truck showed up at my house at 9:45 AM! Not only did they not acknowledge my communication, but they had people come out over 2 hours before THEIR scheduled time. I told the crew that I was in a meeting and was not able to do this right now. Then 15 minutes later, I got ANOTHER message from their automated system telling me AGAIN that they were coming at noon today! When I called a second time, I got to a person who had poor reception and hung up on me. When someone else called me back, she told me that I "clearly wasn't ready" to have my gutters cleaned and suggested that this hot mess was somehow my fault... Perhaps they are the best gutter cleaners in town, but I'm not sure how anyone with a job or any other obligations in life will ever have the opportunity to find out. :( read more

We had a couple of gutters come down due to heavy snow and the fact that the gutters, which were only 2 years old, had been inadequately secured to the rafter ends. (What I learned from this experience is not to allow the use of gutter spikes -- long screws are the ticket). Every phase of my dealings with Oregon Exterior Experts was pleasant and satisfying, from the receptionist who booked the consultation, to Daniel who came to the house and assessed what was needed, to the 2-man crew who fabricated and installed the gutter. Everything was clear, straightforward and efficiently communicated. Requested quote. Eeceived quote and approved it. Messaged back to schedule service. Did not hear back until late last week. Messaged them back to say they I had the work done by someone. Workman texted me back "okay". Received call from irate-sounding female today insisting that I approved the service. A Not responsive to inquiry about scheduling. B. Sent me text last week saying they would be coming out to clean gutters.. I responded that the service is no longer needed C Oregon Gutter responded to my text that the work was completed by someone else. They congratulate DC's me on getting the work done. I could barely get a word in with the OG caller today. I told her that they did not respond to my request to schedule service... To be fair I need to add that the business iener (or manager?) contacted me and offered an apiligy and a free gutter ckeaning. More importantly he let me know that the mistake was on their end. So, though I won't take advantage of a free service I really appreciate that he was upfront and honest with me.
