I showed up to pick it up fully ready to pay and come back to check up once a mechanic looked at it. He refused the money and said what to tell the mechanic and to come back with it once it's fixed. STAND UP OLD SCHOOL SERVICE. We do use the fast gas next door all the time and never even knew he was there. Today, he earned a new customer. I won't ever go anywhere else. Excellent value and love the way Z moves. Even more of a bonus for him out shop is one block away with a fleet of vehicles that need servicing.

I can see how some of the other reviews mentioning staff attitudes may be accurate based on several visits to this shop, though that was not the main issue during this most recent visit. The larger issue was the service itself. With an appointment, it still took about **three hours** for an oil change, tire rotation, balancing, and related basic service. We also paid to have the coolant system checked/pressure-tested because there was a leak, but they did not find it. My husband later found the leak himself within about five minutes, which was frustrating and made us question how thorough the inspection was. There are also concerns about the oil change. I cannot say for certain, so I will not state it as fact, but the oil filter looked questionable afterward, with fresh oil drips and an overall appearance that made us wonder whether it had actually been replaced. At this point, this has become a safety concern for us, and that is a deal breaker, and thus overpriced/not a good value. The staff may be adequate, but we do not feel confident in the quality or thoroughness of the work. We will not be returning. 2 stars and on Google for at least they weren't rude to him.
