Omg. This place... we are coming back for sure. The service was amazing. Our waitress, Justina,…read morewas on it. Our table did not lack at all during our visit. The place was was nicely decorated. The bathrooms were nice and clean (not funny smells). The dinning area was spotless with updated sort of nautical beach hints. They got me with the fish fridge/market at the entrance. Everything in the fridge looked so yummy. The food was delish from the symphony of the warm bread crust all the way to tartness of the key lime pie. Come here... you will not regret it.

My family and I visited for dinner last night, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing…read morefrom the moment we walked in. When we were seated, we asked for a high chair three separate times before one was finally brought to our table. The high chair turned out to be too small for our son, so we asked if we could use a booster seat on the end chair instead. The server seemed hesitant, mentioning she wasn't sure she'd be able to get by the chair. We said that was fine and instead placed the booster seat between my wife and me. After struggling to get our son comfortable, we eventually realized the booster seat has two different height settings depending on which side is facing down. It would have been helpful if that had been pointed out when it was brought to the table. Throughout the meal, our server seemed distracted and wasn't around very often. Our food was brought out by other staff members, which isn't necessarily a problem by itself, but combined with the lack of check-ins it made the service feel disconnected. The biggest disappointment came when I took my son outside while we waited. The benches, chairs, and handrails in the waiting area were covered in bird droppings. There were spider webs in multiple places, and the entrance to the restaurant itself looked dirty. I understand the restaurant is going for an old harbor or fishing-boat atmosphere, but there's a big difference between rustic and neglected. Instead of feeling charming or nautical, it felt like years of dirt and grime had simply been left in place. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but basic cleanliness and attentive service are things I expect from any restaurant, especially when dining with a young child. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback because the restaurant has potential, but our experience left us with little desire to return.

Food: ***We ordered and shared a Trap that included; peeled shrimp (1lb) and added two sausage links, 4 potatoes, and a side of rice, the rice was over cooked, mushy even, but overall the seafood boil was good I originally ordered the mild trap sauce but asked to taste the hot, the hot had the kick I was looking for and the flavor was nice as well. Ambiance: ***cute decor, good music (loud kinda) but I enjoyed it. Clean environment and employees were nice and neat. I will definitely go back

We ordered crab legs, shrimp, white rice and garlic bread. The garlic bread was hard but it was flavorful. I don't send it back because we were hungry and it was $2.00. Now, on to the food. The crab was really fresh and good but the prices for what you get are absolutely insane. I don't know how the shrimp was because my daughter ordered the shrimp. She ate it all so I'll assume the shrimp was good. I doubt that we will return to this establishment as the price just doesn't match up what you get. Our bill was literally $195.00 for three people. Oh before I end my review, the sauce, although flavorful should be thicker.

The food, far exceeded expectations A++. The chef was so engaged, overseeing details others might relegate to staff but that is the real difference. Our daughter, son-in-law, grandson, my husband and I came for another divine dining experience. We were seated right away as it wasn't too crowded. We noticed they rearranged the tables and seating. It's still so cozy and pristine with low lighting giving off an intimate vibe. The food was amazing as usual and it came out quickly! Never a bad meal here. Unfortunately, one star off for the service. We have come to expect the high caliber of service offered from Robin & Francesca from past visits. Our server Jessica was nice enough but not very attentive. We had to keep asking for our drinks to be refilled although it was very obvious that our glasses were empty. And there weren't a lot of people there. So our server really missed the mark. Thankfully, the food is consistently outstanding and mediocre service won't dissuade us from returning.
