Just discovered this hidden gem and i must say its down right amazing!!! You are greeted kindly by the gentleman in the front, right when you walk in. The food is fabulous. I have tried the hot turkey sandwich, the cold turkey sandwich, and the egg salad sandwich and they are all equally yummy!! The potato salad is down right delicious! I love this place! Whenever I am in the area I stop by and get my favorite turkey aocado on squaw bread! It always taste freash and yummy plus they have lunch specials that are pretty reasonable. They have a half sandwich that is pretty much the size of a whole sandwich plys fruita salad, pasta, potato salad or soup and a drink for like $6 bucks...pretty good deal! I went here for lunch today because of the super amazing reviews. well, and the price. :) i ordered the turkey sammich on sourdough with a side of fruit. $4.99 then the dude behind the counter hands me a cup. I GET A DRINK TOO? sawweeeet! I don't even think taco bell has a combo that cheep. The sandwich was good, like the simple ones you make at home. Bread, mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato and a big pile of moist turkey. I really like this place and can't wait to try their salads (which are also around 5 bucks), omelets, and the veggie sammich. Really enjoyed this today. We went for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon, and the place was pretty full. Good service, great prices! New owner was very polite. My husband got a meatball sub, which was huge, with a generous side of macaroni salad and a drink for $6.95. I got a french dip, also generous size, with a side of soup and a drink. The food was good (meatball sub especially), definitely a good deal for the price. The board doesn't list what is in the sandwiches, which I would have liked to know for some of the non-obvious choices. We will definitely go back when we are in the area. read more

Service is fast and friendly, and the food isn't bad. My one complaint is that the sandwiches look affordable until you get the actual sandwich and realize why: The portions are paltry. When I tried their Philly cheesesteak, the thick bread roll overwhelmed the thin layer of meat. The same was true for the meatball sandwich. I'm not a big eater, but I wish they would raise their prices by a buck or two and serve a decent-sized sandwich so I'm not still hungry when I'm done eating. read more

My friends and I have been going here since high school when it was named "Itsadeli." GREAT SANDWICHES in the vein of tall NY deli-style sandwiches. VERY REASONABLY PRICED; You can get a full sandwich + side salad for $4.99. The potato salad is killer. So is the turkey sandwich. However, my favorite thing to get is their breakfast burrito. Make sure you get there before 10:30 am and order one of these. They make their own home made salsa that is a nice compliment. I get my burrito with bacon. I work next door to oscars and im glad i walked in and gave it a try. The potatoe salad is amazing. Pastrami sandwich is so delicious ive had it like 6 times already not to mention the hamburgers. Also you cant go wrong with a breakfast sanwich either they have a good selection of bread to choose from. All in all the place keeps the food pretty fresh in my opinion. read more

I used to eat here frequently, but I will never buy anything from this owner. Owner is extremely rude and reminds me of the soup nazi. He blocked my car as I was trying to leave. I waited 10 minutes while he was unloading stuff and I didn't even get an "I'm sorry". He knows nothing about customer service and treats customers like they should be lucky he's letting them buy from him. I once asked if i could substitute a bag of chips for the drink, and he rolled his eyes and said no. A "sorry, I can't do that" would have been fine, but he has no respect. read more
