Today I had the Italian sub sandwich with coleslaw. I love that the roll was soft. Good bread really makes the sandwich. They make good coleslaw here too. The employees are always nice. It's nice to support a mom and pop business rather than a chain joint.

I'm on the hunt for perfect breakfast burrito in the OC and this place does not disappoint at all. Typically I like my burritos with hash browns but this place may have changed my mind. They have red potatoes and green bell peppers instead and now I'm a convert. The guys behind the counter are very friendly. I could see this place become trendy. Supporting local businesses!

I've been eating at Oscars for 14 years now and strangely not a single time I've had any complaints. It's kinda strange. It's literally the best Deli in Tustin. Their breakfast burritos are a work of art. The service is superb, you feel at home and comfortable with the staff. The ambience is comfy, clean and lovely. I hope you last forever Oscar's Deli and Grill. You are my favorite Deli.

4.5!! Called ahead and ordered two of the Oscar burritos. My boyfriend and I loved them! They were just solid classic breakfast burritos and paired nicely with the salsa. They're very filling. I only ate half of mine and saved the rest for later and my bf felt very full after finishing his. The interior of the restaurant is also so cute and the staff were friendly!! Def recommend!

Every now and then you stumble on a hidden gem that you become obsessed with. Sandwich society is…read morejust such a gem. We came upon Sandwich Society based upon its Yelp reviews. We tried the pork belly and the cubano sandwiches. They were excellent in every way. The cubano was true to spec. Tender ham, mustard pickles on a beautiful roll. Simply delicious. The Pork Belly was spectacular. The pork was tender and flavorful and the cucumbers, cilantro, onions and jalapeños made it a flavor delight. All on a delicious roll. Just writing this makes me want another one! However, there's one thing you do not want to miss. Their newest addition is Salt Bread. These are sold 4 to a package and and are like the yummiest croissant you've ever tasted. I was sitting waiting for my order to be completed when the owner cam out with a bit of one on a fork. I was hooked. They're already baked, but the instructions are to put them in an air fryer (we used a small convection toaster oven) for 2-4 minutes at 350. I also like them split and toasted. They're fantastic! You'll want to put The Sandwich Society on your restaurant list! (And you'll want Salt Bread in your pantry too!).

You can order and pay for your sandwiches on the kiosk. The worker was kind enough to give us a sample of their cheese bread. We ordered the Hot Pastrami Melt and the Bulgogi Cheesesteak sandwiches. The toasted buns on the pastrami melt gave a great texture and helped it from getting soggy. In contrast, the bulgogi sandwich was very wet and the bread felt more like a sponge at the end of my meal. The flavors were great but the sandwich itself was messy to eat. The service is great and they even gave us a cookie for each sandwich for free! It's a great place for a casual lunch. I'd definitely come back to try the other sandwiches.

YUMMMMM. Finally…read moretried Peter's Gourmade Burgers! The burgers are delicious, but they are also pricey. I wouldn't have Peter's often due to the price, but I would get it here and there if I wanted to splurge a bit on burgers. The burgers are VERY good. The burger patty itself has a delicious blend of meat, is cooked well, and is flavorful. I ended up trying: The Mushroom Swiss, The Bubba, The ABC, Peter's Greek Fries, and Sweet Potato Gooey's. Your flavor preferences will determine which burger is your favorite as they were all really good! The Mushroom Swiss is a classic mushroom burger that is lighter in flavor, but quite tasty. The Bubba was definitely the most flavorful burger and was a perfect example of a BBQ burger. The ABC was a classic burger and it was a little heavy on the sweet pickle flavor, so this burger is not for you if you don't like pickles. They were alllll good. The fries were solid too, but truly the burgers were the star of the show! Hope I get to come back and try more burgers.

Sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly! Crispy on the outside but not too crispy if you know what I mean. Came out pretty quick too so we weren't waiting too long. I probably wouldn't order the Greek fries again. They were fine but after a huge burger I couldn't stomach them. I have a feeling their onion rings are fire

The lettuce was crisp. I added cucumber to the sandwich and it was interesting that the cucumber was cubed instead of sliced (don't think I'm a fan). The bread was thick but not of any flavor substance. The pickle was not good (too artificial for my liking).

We got two hook and ladder subs, which is Firehouses' classic go-to sandwich: Turkey, honey ham, and Monterey Jack cheese melted with the basics: lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and deli mustard with a pickle spear on the side. While I was grateful that the store was able to substitute my ham for double turkey, I was actually upset, but I was unable to add any of the other add-ons to the sub (they said this wasn't allowed). We got our subs, I could not believe that I just paid almost $15 for what look like two kids size subs with barely anything in them. And that is what the coupon, mind you. Normally this would've costed almost $30 and then today's world, that's just insane . Service is good, it was a bit quiet there, clean restaurant. However, overall, I think firehouse needs to work on their price modelling because there's no way I'm coming back even with the Bogo offer.
