Restaurant has some of the freshest pasta I've ever had. The bruschetta is dynamic and has three options to try from. The service was pleasant and the people seemed to be regulars in the area. Quiet but lively atmosphere.

Went here with my wife for an early dinner and had a great time. Place was quiet and cozy, with excellent service. The waitress was attentive and was genuinely excited about the fact that we were having a good time. We started with the Tuna TarTare and Mussels which we finished immediately, very good! Then followed up with Gnocchi Porcini, the Fettuccine alla Bolognese, and the whole Branzino. Solid portion sizes and it all tasted amazing. We finished the day with some espresso and Affogato. Prices were reasonable. Would definitely recommend for a date, or a small outing with friends.

This is a lovely hidden gem. What is there not to love about this place! The ambience, the food and the service are superb. It is recommended to make reservations as this restaurant is always fully packed. The food is authentic, fresh and just delicious. If you're craving Italian food in the area, this is your spot. They also have daily specials and just everything on the menu is worth a try. For appetizers we had the Burrata with prosciutto and the fried artichokes. They were to die for. We also had the mussels in a white wine garlic sauce which also comes with small crispy bread to dip in your sauce. All the pastas are excellent but a favorite was this lobster stuffed ravioli that was one of the specials for the day. Everything here is incredible, including the desserts. I definitely will be coming back and be sure to take pictures of all the dishes.

This place was absolutely delicious. You could really tell how authentic the pasta was. I ate my entire meal. The place is a small, authentic Italian restaurant. If you're looking for an intimate, low key, date night I definitely recommend. I thankfully was able to get seating without a reservation, but this was just luck, I highly suggest a reservation. They only serve wine, no cocktails. It gave off vibes that it was family owned. I would definitely recommend if you get a chance. It was extremely good. They also gave complimentary bread with oil and ricotta. Check them out :)

A absolute gem of a restaurant. Our friends shared their favorite date night spot with us and I'm so glad they did. The restaurant is cozy and very welcoming. The staff is exceptional, the food is amazing, and the wine went perfectly with our conversation full of laughter. We started off with the Mediterranean Salad, which was very light, fresh, and perfect right before our mouthwatering pasta plates arrived. I had the Cavatelli and we also got the Squid Ink pasta which was a special that night. Let me just say the presentation, flavor, and freshness of these dishes were on point, and we really enjoyed it. We also ordered the Terra 2018 red wine, which was divine, and I encourage you to just order the entire bottle haha, you won't regret it. Ended the night with an espresso, tiramisu, and the crème brûlée and it was the perfect ending indeed. We cant wait to come back and hopefully this can be a place we all come to, to celebrate.

Our favorite date night restaurant. I love this place! The food never disappoints and the wine is excellent. We had our Secret Santa last night and the vibe was perfect, quiet enough to have conversations. We started off with two bottles for the table, the wine was so delicious that we had another round. The service is always fantastic, they are so friendly and attentive. The waiter made sure we were all happy with our meals. We started with the Arancini (rice balls) for the table and it was definitely a favorite. I ordered the raviolis which I've had in the past and it didn't disappoint BUTTTT the cod was out of this world. Definitely getting the cod again next time we go. The plate that looked the most delicious was one of the specials. It was a squid ink pasta in a lobster bisque sauce, WOW! We obviously ended the night with espresso and tiramisu and I think everyone left impressed. This will forever be one of our favorite date night restaurants.

A neighborhood gem! Great food, service, and adorable cozy place! Highly recommend trying a special, but really can't go wrong on this menu. We always start with some combo of meatballs, arancini, and Brussels au gratin, followed by at least one plate of the delicious tortellini and typically a special entree, and follow it up with seriously any of the desserts, they're all great!

Pure plain and tasteless garbage cost $32!!! No way ever again

I'm not trying to be mean or rude but this had to have been the most flavorless ITalian food of my life!!' Not sure if the chef never got hit taste or smell back from a possible COVID situation but ZERO FLAVOR !! Zero good smell coming from It either !! I would never come again. This was a total complete waste of money and to drive an hour and 15 for this no way

Came back a third time and was not as impressed with the pasta as I had been in the past. Still pretty good though. Went with a group so we ordered a bunch of stuff. For starters, we got the snow pea mint salad and the beet salad with asparagus and fried goat cheese, both of which were fine but nothing special. The fresh tortellini toscanini was pretty good as was the rabbit entree over polenta. My fresh fettuccine was meh. For the wines, I enjoyed the Montepulciano. Sauvignon blanc was okay. Was not a fan of the Chianti or Super Tuscan red blend.

Our go to Italian spot in the Upper West Side. We love their artichoke and arancini appetizers as well as basically any pasta dish they offer. Favorites are the butternut squash ravioli and the eggplant ragu. Friendly, Italian staff and a lively atmosphere. It is a pretty small joint so can get very loud when crowded.

Love this place! Great food and draft beer/ wine selection. Food is reasonably priced and everything tasted delicious! Highlights from the meal: - Carpaccio di Manzo (Beef Carpaccio) - Cavatelli alla Salsiccia (Hot Sausage Cavatelli) - Fettuccine alla Bolognese Will definitely stop by next time I'm on the upper west side!

Has Osteria 106 closed? I drove by today and the windows are papered and I saw a sign on the door

just for now to be safe in light of what is going on in this world. we hope to be back soon!

Do they have gluten free pasta option?

no. i’m sorry but we don’t have the space in the kitchen to accommodate gluten free pasta, however there are plenty of other gluten free options.

Do you need a reservation for a Friday night or Saturday night for two people?

not necessarily but it is recommended depending on at which time you would like to dine.

Can they accommodate people with gluten allergies?

They are very accommodating, and all of the food is made onsite, so definitely worth asking them.

When we entered the restaurant and took the elevator up to the restaurant, we were delighted to find free wine provided for us to pour in the elevator. Admittedly, it was red wine, so not my favorite, and it did taste cheap, but still appreciated. To start off, we ordered the onion torta, focaccia, and smashed potatoes. The onion torta was surprisingly good and tasted like a form of french onion soup. As a focaccia enthusiast, the focaccia was fluffy and delicious. We also got the charred beans, carrots, ravioli, tagliatelle, ravioli, and trout to share. The charred beans were surprisingly the long beans and not the smaller ones we expected. However, they were very juicy and better than we thought they would be. The rigatoni resembled cacio e pepe with its pepperiness, the tagliatelle tasted like standard red sauce, but i did enjoy the ravioli and the ricotta inside. For dessert, we had the basque cheesecake which was alright, but I'm not the biggest fan of cheesecake. Overall, we had a great time at Ci Siamo and I would definitely recommend ordering the focaccia and onion torta and we could have skipped the carrots, beans, trout, and tagliatelle.

This means those dishes aren't truly gluten free for people with celiac disease or anyone who has to avoid gluten. When I pointed that out to my server, he just gave me a blank stare. I tried to explain why labeling those items as gluten free is misleading, but he seemed completely disinterested, even annoyed, dismissed what I was saying, and simply responded that the pasta is gluten free. I acknowledged that the server doesn't write the menu, but absolutely zero customer service skills. The service overall was lacking. Aside from taking our order, no one checked on us or came back to see if we needed anything. Our server was just hanging out chatting up the hostess. We had to request the bill from the manager & paid at the hostess stand. Before paying, I spoke with the manager and explained what had occured. He was more professional than the server, but he was still dismissive of my concerns and of the service we received. Management seemed happy enough to promote the "option".
