This place is not vegan but several of the dishes can be made vegan & chef Patrick was glad to accommodate. I ordered the lentil soup, quinoa salad & Brussels. EVERYTHING was delicious & the portion sizes were very generous so i had enough to take home for lunch tomorrow! The lentil soup is house made, not from the can & i could taste the love right along with the chopped carrots, celery & onions. The seasonings in the soup married together nicely; nice consistency, not too thick but still hearty. The quinoa salad was AMAZING!!! I didn't expect it to be so flavorful since this is not a vegan restaurant but the dressing was so tasty, the arugula was fresh & the tomatoes with sautéed onions layered well. The brussels delectable, seared not burnt & balsamic glaze on top added a nice touch. Service was fantastic, the Chef even came out to ask if I liked everything; I told him NO, I don't like it, I LOVE it & will definitely back. Don't let the menu fool you, this place has great options for vegans & the prices are reasonable. The ambiance is calming with nice healthy green plants decorating the window sills & corners. I'll be back, 5-stars highly recommend

My first time at Corner Lounge. If you want weekend brunch without feeling you're still in the club from the night before, this is the place for you. Good music at an acceptable level to hear your tables conversation. I just got a couple apps, the Margherita flatbread with chicken and bbq wing. Pizza was not soggy and wing through not fried were nicely crisp with a tangy brown sugar sauce. At the recommendation of Belle server/ bartender (loved her) good vibes from her. I got the Devil Margarita, delicious if you want something lite to sip, this is the drink for you...

Love, love, love this new spot in the neighborhood! The CL is located about 2 short blocks up from my son's apt, so three of us headed over there for dinner the other night and, WOW! There was plenty of seating and we were immediately greeted by a super friendly server All together, we ordered: The Caesar salad-excellent, large and covered in shaved parm The eggplant parmigiana app-Well prepared and delicious, the eggplant was baked to just the right consistency and the tomato sauce was perfect A house green salad-Exceptional. Greens tossed with a honey vinaigrette with roasted beets and small fried balls of goat cheese A seafood pasta dish that was delicious, HUGE, filled with fresh fish and definitely enough for two meals! ...and everything was plated/presented beautifully! The Corner Lounge is also located in a lovely spot, with big windows looking out at an old city church on one side and a playground on the other. I can absolutely see tables outside as well, once the weather gets warmer. There was also some mention of possibly starting a brunch service in the near future!! Overall, a fantastic addition to the neighborhood. 100% check this place out!

A quick lunch spot! The burger was delicious! The fried shrimp were tasty! Good service!!

Fettuccine with Chicken and Shrimp -- an off the menu item that's so freaking good!!! So filling!

Oof, this place is going to take all of my money!! A friend recommended we eat here and oh my goodness, the reviews were right about this place! Upon first glance, it's bare and no frills, however the dishes are close to fine dining (but at reasonable prices)! When I went, there was only one hostess/server, so props to her for balancing it all! She was very attentive, periodically coming to us and asking if we needed anything. She also gave us great recommendations! I got the fettuccine with chicken and shrimp -- I usually don't like fettuccine... lmao I mistook the fettuccine as linguine and assumed I'd be getting a red sauce pasta, HOWEVER, the dish was so good!! The sauce wasn't too thick, it was just right. They serve a HEAVY portion of pasta and protein and even on an empty stomach, I had to tap out towards the end (like two more bites), because I just couldn't do it!! It was so much food! My friend got the penne with chicken, and oof, that looked good and filling, too! Apparently they sell out of the flatbread pizzas by the evening, so a heads up on that. For dessert, we got the Creme brûlée and chocolate cake with pistachio ice cream. I had the chocolate cake and ice cream and OH MY GOSH that pistachio ice cream!!! I was so confused because it looked like mint chocolate chip, but also like that blue ice cream from Cold Stone, but it wasn't -- it was such a fresh pistachio ice cream -- that even had pistachios in it for that extra crunch!! Ugh, if I could buy a pint of that ice cream I would... Overall, a fantastic experience all around!! I want to bring a bigger group so we can all try each other's dishes, ha! Cailin's Recommendations - Everything!!!!

Chicken strips with fries and seltzer water: $17.38. RIP OFF.
    Carol M.

Worst meal I've had in Harlem so far. Flavorless, thin, tough, rubbery "chicken strips". Neither the breading nor the chicken had any seasoning whatsoever. The chicken had that pre-frozen taste and smelled and tasted a little off. Cloudy seltzer water (lemon/lime juice was automatically added without asking me beforehand). Mystery spicy white sauce that had no recognizable taste. The meal was a rip off at $17.38. The only good thing from this meal were the fries and the ketchup. Shake Shack has MUCH BETTER chicken and fries for cheaper. Save your money and go there.

The Corner Cheese Burger is to die for. I first tried this place when I was visiting New York and staying at a nearby Airbnb. I have since moved to the city and still order from this place and it is so good. I've tried a few other things on the menu however, I usually keep going back for the corner cheeseburger and it is honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had, everything that I've had on the menu has been great and the staff is always friendly if you're in uptown and looking for a cozy little spot to grab a bite the corner lounge is your spot!

Stopped by late night to see how the establishment operates and let me start off with this, customer service was great and attentive, which certainly made up for the lack up ambiance the environment was lacking. On one side of the coin the place offers a warm and somewhat home/cozy aspect. The other side makes me feel that a little redecorating could go a long way to keep up to date. It is called The Corner Lounge, after all! Next is the food, started with the Calamari with a side of Corner Fries , accompanied with a delicious garlic aioli. Presentation and Plating was nice and offered a nice touch to the dishes. Main dish was the corner BBQ ribs with Mac&Cheese, 5/5 highly recommend. Seasoning was on par and the tenderness of the ribs is *chefs kiss*. My only issue was the Caesar Salad, heavy on the cheese and dressing played down the lightness of the greens. Croutons make it hard to not get again though .. All in all stop by if you're in the mood for good quick quality meal if you're in the area! Compliments to the staff, thank your service.

Five stars aren't enough for this hidden gem. Then they say good things come in small packages they were talking about Corner Lounge. Nestled on the corner of East 130th Street and Madison Avenue in Harlem, NY Corner Lounge is a cozy delighted that will ignite all your senses. From the eggplant parmagiana to the warm bread, to the seafood soup...I could go on and on. The only way to experience this treasure is GO! You will not regret it. Including the great cuisine is the fabulous Chef who you can tell from every bit has put his heart and soul into each dish. I know I will be back.

Taylor's Tayke: Da Andrea is a great option for Italian…read moredining in Chelsea, with a warm atmosphere that works perfectly for date night or dinner with friends. The menu has plenty of variety across pastas, seafood, and cocktails, with some unique dishes that made the experience memorable. The drinks were a highlight, and the seafood options stood out the most for me. My Tipsy Tayke: The Fragola Fizz was juicy, fruity, and refreshing. The Forever Summer was another standout, with the smokiness of the mezcal blending really well with the fruit flavors without overpowering them. Both are easy recommendations depending on whether you want something fruity or a little more complex. My Taysty Tayke: Get Down & Dirty, Expeditiously: Seafood Ravioli Unique, flavorful, and packed with different seafood flavors. The ravioli itself was delicate and had a tendency to fall apart, but the flavor made up for it. Standout: Calamari Crispy, seasoned, and enjoyable. It had a slightly chewy texture, but I still found myself going back for more. The Carpaccio wasn't necessarily for me texture-wise, but I really enjoyed the greens and dressing that accompanied it. The garnish felt intentional and helped bring the dish together. The Pappardelle came with plenty of sauce but could have used more flavor overall. The complimentary bread was also tougher and chewier than I prefer. Desserts: The Lemon Sorbet was easily my favorite dessert. Bright, refreshing, and packed with real lemon flavor. The Mango Sorbet was another refreshing option with a smooth tropical sweetness. The Panna Cotta Cheesecake leaned closer to a mousse in texture and was definitely on the sweeter side. I especially enjoyed it with the cherry, which helped balance everything out. Service: Warm and attentive throughout the meal, fitting the inviting atmosphere. Plates From My Visit: Calamari Carpaccio Seafood Ravioli Pappardelle Lemon Sorbet Mango Sorbet Panna Cotta Cheesecake Fragola Fizz Forever Summer In Conclusion: A warm Chelsea Italian spot with strong cocktails, unique seafood dishes, and refreshing desserts. The Seafood Ravioli was the highlight of the savory side, but whatever you do, save room for that Lemon Sorbet. Stamped by Elajas

You can either take the stairs or the elevator. If you opt for the elevator, there's complimentary wine set up that you serve yourself. This would be great if the elevator took longer, but you are already there before you can finish pouring. I like that they have couches for you to sit at while you wait for your table. It's an open kitchen and you can see all of the action. The energy felt great here. We ordered the cast iron focaccia and Tuna Tonnato. The Focaccia is probably the best I've ever had. It was light and airy and not what a traditional focaccia would taste like. The crust had a nice crisp to it. It was brushed with olive oil and finished with salt. Just perfect and highly recommend. It came with a tomato chili sauce, which tasted good, but was not needed for this. We ordered the tuna to pair with the bread and it was a great combo. I ended up ordering the hangar steak and it was good. Full of flavor and the chimichurri sauce was a nice touch. Though, I would have like the taste of the beef to come out more. The marinade overpowered the meat IMO. My wife got the Rigatoni alla Gricia. I like the pasta and it was bouncy, but the dish was too salty though. We ended the night with the basque cheesecake and I have to say that it wasn't my favorite. The texture seemed off. Normally basque cheesecake is smooth and creamy, but this was a little lumpy like when you over cook eggs in a dessert. Overall, the service was great and the vibes of the restaurant was on point. The food didn't blow me out of the water, but it was good. I would come back here for the focaccia though.

Reviews were promising so I was excited to try the food. I ordered the fusilli pesto pasta with a side of the garlic broccoli rabe. My pasta dish came with a small burrata on top. Instinctively I took a piece of that in to my mouth first and was met with the most rancid tasting cheese ever. The cheese was definitely not fresh and had a terrible smell on the outside. I moved this to the side to try the pasta which was honestly forgettable. There simply was not enough basil pesto in the dish, the sauce fell flat on taste and seasoning was nearly absent. The side of broccoli rabe was also so bad and forgettable. The stems were tough to chew, there was no salt and not a single speck of garlic in this dish. This is one of the priciest, grossest plates of pasta and vegetables I have ever had in the city. My friend ordered the eggs Florentine and said it was A-okay. Service was good and food came out on time but honestly I would not dine here again. They really need to step up their food quality if they want to continue doing business in the city.

The interior was completely packed, and the noise level was high enough for my smart watch to complain. To sample a bit of everything, we shared two orders of focaccia, four pastas, and one dessert. HOUSE-MADE FOCACCIA - 10 Super bouncy with a bit of chew, this was probably the best focaccia I've ever eaten. It came generously drizzled with olive oil and alongside chopped peppers drenched in even more olive oil, which added a nice little kick. We highly recommend starting with this. TAGLIATELLE - 27 Out of the four pastas, this was my absolute favorite. I love the thin yet chewy texture of the tagliatelle, and the bolognese sauce was rich and hearty. Finished with just the right amount of Parmigiano, both the pasta texture and sauce were sheer perfection. PICI 'CACIO E PEPE' - 23 This was such a simple pasta, yet so delicious. It was incredibly creamy and cheesy, with hints of fresh black pepper flavor that blew standard at-home black pepper grinders out of the water. Despite it being the simplest pasta of the night, I enjoyed it immensely. RIGATONI - 32 This pasta was simple yet slightly innovative, featuring sausage paired with a broccoli-based pesto. There was a slight bitterness that was polarizing among our group. While this wasn't my favorite pasta, I appreciated the creativity. PERCIATELLI NERO - 35 This dish packed in more components than just pasta and sauce: plenty of crab, tomatoes, and crispy breadcrumbs on top. However, the combination wasn't very memorable. None of the flavors really stood out, and it was my least favorite pasta of the night. OLIVE OIL CAKE - 14 Served with a pile of golden raisins and fancy whipped cream, this ended up being a bit of a miss. The raisins were a bit too sweet, and the cake's texture was uneven -- some bites were soft and moist, while others felt dry. A couple of others in my group also felt the same way. Overall, I'd give L'Artusi a 4.5/5; it was mostly hits with a couple of misses. The pasta portions are quite small. Since each dish is primarily carbs and sauce, I'd imagine you'll likely need an appetizer or a pasta and a half to leave full.
