Wonderful selection of food choices. Good service. An excellent place for snacks, drinks or meals. We are not disappointed when we visit!

I took a friend there last week for her 81st birthday and let the person at the Grill know it was a special occasion; however, no one even said happy birthday, much less offer her a sundae. The prime rib sandwich was quite good and my friend enjoyed her huge bacon burger. When we got the bill we were charged for 3 glasses of wine when we only had 2. I'm glad I checked the bill! Just ok. I ordered the Oswego burger and was disappointed. Usually chipotle means sweet, smoky with a kick, but it was just bland and super spicy. Also the family behind mine had a toddler kicking, screaming, and scooting all over the table in a diaper which didn't help the experience. Fair price for a burger though considering that wolf's head at food carts charge $20 for something similar. Next time I would just get the bbq bacon burger read more

I had been here twice before and had told my son about the banana splits so he wanted to come here for his birthday. We made a reservation and went. He ordered his food, and I repeated the request and they completely made his food wrong so we had to send it back. That was frustrating as it's supposed to be his special night and we all have food and he doesn't. Then he ordered the banana split and we ordered the chocolate peanut butter cheesecake. Got right in with our reservations! Hostess very attentive. It is disappointing they serve no bread with any meal; especially when you order a pasta dish..(Yes I like my carbs) It was my S.O. birthday, as noted when we made our reservation, we ordered desert and then they brought us a "free dessert" which we were too full to eat. When I asked why we weren't told we would get a free desert were told "its against policy." So if it's your BD they give you a free desert, dont order a $10 one and be suprised by a free one which you are too full to eat. The food came out at a pretty decent time. The food was really good. The mahi mahi tacos were amazing with the mango salsa. The only down side is that there is no diversity at all. The stores around have all types of people but this restaurant was uncomfortable to be in with all the stares being a person of color. One table of like 6/7 people even stopped talking as we walked by just staring. Won't ever come back with my kids due to this. read more

Absolutely phenomenal!!! Was in Portland for a few days and Oswego Grill was the star of the show!!! This miso salmon was one of the best meals that I've had in a long time! Fresh beautiful piece of fish, cooked absolutely perfectly. It melted in my mouth. Honey glazed carrots and jasmine rice were a nice accompaniment. I also had a starter salad that was cold and crisp with the house balsamic. My boyfriend ordered the fish and chips which came with the perfect crisp beer batter coating and the cod was so fresh and white, it looked like halibut. One of the best fish and chips I've had. We both split the carmal apple streusel dessert with vanilla ice cream. It was also perfect, hot and not too sweet. Im still thinking about this food 3 days later. Its better than many much more expensive restaurants. They really hit it out of the ballpark. 10/10. Or on yelp standards, 5/5. read more

My family loved this restaurant so much! I ate the grilled salmon power bowl & the salmon melted in my mouth. The flavors of everything in this bowl were incredible! My son got the BBQ ribs & wouldn't even share cuz they were so good. Hubby got the stuffed salmon and loved it. My fiancé and I come here all the time because we love it! The happy hour is amazing and so is the full menu! My favorite regular dish is the stuffed salmon! It's the best salmon I've ever had! We also LOVE the seasonal shrimp risotto (not sure what the name is)! I always have to get a spicy marg or Cadillac marg! They're so good! Every time we come in, we get great service, especially when we sit in Juan's section! It's an extra treat when he's our server. OH and the donuts are incredible! This was my 5th time at this location. I would have to say that the food they serve has been pretty good. Obviously some dishes they do pretty well like the BBQ burger and the power bowl. This time I tried the fried chicken dinner (2nd time having it). This time when it came out one of the fried chicken pieces was soggy and squishy, I had salmonella poisoning from uncooked chicken and was not going to risk it again. Thought of it makes me sick. So I asked to have it returned, they asked me if I wanted something else so I said I would get the BBQ burger. Manager came over to apologize and asked if there was anything I would like and told him I ordered a burger. The burger was hot a fresh and the fries were hot as well. My dad had a burger and his fries were cold when he got them and they replaced them. I usually don't make a fuss and didn't this time either. But if you get a dish that is undercooked and they offer you to select another dish should you be charged for the replacement dish? read more

Oswego Grill has certainly made a good name for itself. With locations in Lake Oswego and Wilsonville this company has successfully served up delicious Northwest cuisine in a classy environment. This Beaverton location takes over from what used to be a McGrath's restaurant. Oswego Grill has made considerable improvements to the interior. It looks like they've added more seating and made the restaurant easier to navigate. The bar area is one hundred percent better and includes a patio for outside dining. Service is friendly and efficient. The menu includes appetizers, salads, soups, entree bowls, burgers, sandwiches, steaks, seafood, and pasta dishes. The prices are in line with the quality of the products. On my visit I opted for the Slow Roasted Prime Rib Sandwich. This brought me a generous slice of prime rib served au jus between French Bread slices. On the side were French Fries and a cup of horseradish. Indescribably delicious. My server was the bartender who poured drinks and took care of her tables with the greatest professionalism. For those of us mourning the loss of McGrath's we have a very welcome replacement. Recently went with my girlfriend for my birthday dinner. I ordered the fillet mignon, medium- and it came out a perfect medium, not too bloody, and definitely not overcooked. Both locations are good. Spacious restaurant with friendly staff and a nice selection of good food. It's always good and priced reasonably. Great local spot for a nice dinner salad or burger. The blackened salmon Caesar salad is my favorite. read more

I have eaten at there other locations and I was excited when I heard they were opening this so close to me. I got to say its been mixed so far. First visit happy hour I ordered a fondue but checked to make sure they could hold the jalapinos I was told yes, then it came with jalapeños server gone so fast I couldn't as about it. I decided to just eat around it as I was wanting to eat. Finally when I had 1 piece of pretzel left server checked in with me and noticed the error, she offered to get me more cheese but at that point it was to late. I probably wouldn't have written about this but after 3rd decided to. 2nd visit lunch with family. I had the fish and chips (very good) good service, everyone happy. (usual reaction to eating with them) 3rd visit decided to call to see if they were open with cover. Checked website, looked like a no but they had curbside. What they didn't have was a phone number. I searched site, looked at curbside menu...no phone number to call. I saw a phone number on google and called it, they answered and took my order, I drove over and called and let them know I was there. Turns out phone was to their Lake Oswego location, they had just answered with the name not location so I hadn't realized (my fault for not noticing). They were unable to transfer my order and thought i should drive over to them, lets see food had already been setting there, then in rush hour I should drive from Beaverton to Lake Oswego to get it, then home back the other side of the Beaverton location to eat, should taste great by then (the attitude and suggestion seemed... beneath what i would have expected from previous visits. One upside is they did a great job in converting this from McGrath's, It looks great inside, and with the bar it even changes the lay out. There are also lots of nice touches, like hooks for your coats. In all, I will be back when I can eat inside, I'll order elsewhere until then. Suggestions to business with curbside pick ups have A) online ordering B) phone number all over their websites and outside business (I noticed people waiting outside in light rain when I arrived and still there when I left , peeking around door etc) C) if they have multiple locations answer the phone with that. In all its a new location so I'll give them another chance inside but the curbside experience left me thinking lower of them, still I'm rounding the average up a star because I know from experience that their locations are usually better then this(at least eating on site is). read more

We were looking for a place to eat out on a Friday night and saw a decent sized wedding tent setup outside as we were driving down Cedar Hills. We pulled in and saw roughly 10 tables spaced apart with some tables open. They got us seated right away and it happened to be at happy hour to boot! We got food from both the happy hour and regular menu and EVERYTHING was delicious! Service was fantastic and our little candle even went out and was noticed and replaced with a new one! NO COVID PRECAUTIONS HERE. The food here is great, and the Happy Hour portions are great for the price, however, I was very uncomfortable that none of the staff were masked, getting within inches of our face. The interior seating is comfortable and spacious, and the booths are large and great for conversation. However we sat in the bar area tonight, and again I need to say I was very uncomfortable with none of the staff wearing masks, as we've all been advised to do indoors. I'm vaxxed, and not paranoid, but this felt like a petri dish, and I won't be back anytime soon because of it. Knowing how many customers the servers get close to each day, this just doesn't feel safe to me. read more

Came down from Seattle I've been a bartender for almost 20 years and used to work for this company at Manzana in Bellevue. Our server Miguel was knowledgeable and well mannered. My complaint was that as a double date V day we ordered $40 steak dinners, cocktails, appetizers and dessert. My sister steak was way over done, we had to send it back. No problem. However the steak got out by the time we had finished our meals, so we had to ask for a box. Not only did an MOD not come to the table to apologize but we were still charged full price. I'm never one to complain I know how hard the chefs and staff work to make tips. I did hand the bill back to Miguel and asked him to go talk to his manager and have something done. Miguel was more than apologetic and did what he could in his power! To which I know I appreciated it and slipped him $60 cash on a $250 tab. He came back with what he could which was a comped appetizer and dessert. I would've wanted the steak comped but appreciated what he could. At that point management should've stepped up and been the one, by taking the blame, because let's face it, that's what managers are on the floor for, to ensure efficient service. Without solid leadership it will absolutely create a domino effect. read more

Some of the worst service and worst staff attitude ever on Mother's Day. Placed a take out order over the phone around 12:30 pm to be picked up at 4:15 pm. The hostess took my order of 5 entrees, repeated the order back to me, took my name and phone number. I asked if I could pay at that point, and she said no, that I should pay when I picked up the order. We arrived at 4:37 pm, called and stated that we were there to pick our order up. After 10 minutes, our order had not been brought out. We went in to the restaurant, only to find out that our order had never been placed and there was no food for us. Not only did they mistakenly not place our order, and made us wait by mistakenly not coming out to our car to tell us, but the manager and another restaurant worker showed no remorse or empathy, and offered us nothing in exchange for their 2 mistakes. Horrible customer service, and I will never order from the Beaverton Oswego Grill again!!! We went across the street to Chipotle and had take out Mexican for Mother's Day dinner. read more
