Over an hour later we tried to call both numbers that are present on the web page and the calls go straight to voicemail but the voicemail is full. We drive to the restaurant at 8pm and they hadn't even started our order yet. We got a refund and went elsewhere. Hungry kids in the car upset. We were told then I t usually takes 2.5 hours for delivery on the weekend. That's fine if that's told in advance but to let people order then not answer the phone is bogus. I attempted to order over the phone for a pickup. Who ever picked up the phone was a complete jerk. He talked over me the entire call, interrupted me multiple times through the call. I had to stop and ask if everything was okay because of how irritated he sounded. About 10 minutes later and reading about ten negative comments on Yelp all about rude customer service I decided to cancel the order because I don't want to support a place that treats its customers like crap. I called back and the same person picked up and I told him I'm going to cancel my order. His first response was "uhhhh no you can't, you HAVE to pick it up." Looking for the best food place between Salem and Lincoln City and happened upon Otis Pizzeria. Excellent choices on the menu, polite and courteous service, it has been quite awhile since three different folks who were not my server inquired as to how was the food. We ordered two personal pizzas for the kids and a medium pizza for my wife and I. The pizza is great! Great combo of crunch and chew for the crust. The flavors are well done. I tried the pizzeria for the first time a few weeks ago. I ordered the pizza and the website said it would only be 19.00 however when the delivery guy showed an hour and a half later, I was charged 47.00 for the pizza. Whatever, thought maybe I had misread something on the website. The pizza had good flavor but was so soggy it was hard to eat. I checked back on the website and confirmed that the pizza should have only been 19.00. Today I was driving through town and my son said he was hungry so I decided to stop in to get some corn dogs and fries. They were both incredibly burnt and inedible. What is with the complete lack of customer service these days? Called in and talked to two different people and both had that new "I dain to speak to you" style of service. Their in-store prices don't lineup with there online platform, and when I pointed it out, the second guy told me I was wrong.... I wasn't, but even had I been it's hardly a good practice to act like your customer's an idiot with an aire of annoyance and tell them they are wrong. We are locals who finally stopped in to check this little spot out. Wife had the Italian stallion sandwich and I had the mushroom Swiss burger. Both sandwiches were excellent and the homemade fries were nice, tried the garlic parmesan on one order, tasty. We also had 10 wings which were okay but for some reason we only got 9? We were looking for a pizza place to eat at on the way back from the aquarium. This popped up outside of Lincoln City. It's a little off the beaten path but well worth it. We had 6 people to feed and ordered the 20 inch pizza, a side salad(which 3 people shared) and garlic bread bites(so good). The pizza was also fantastic, my son said it's the best he's ever had! The service was great, the waitress even turned on wreck it Ralph 2 on Netflix for the kids as she noticed my youngest was getting antsy waiting for food. The thing that's more the problem is the pizza was literally 33% more expensive than the pizza in town that is 3 miles further down the road in Lincoln City. It's just not worth 33% more. Terrible terrible customer service. I wanted to order a half cheese half pepperoni pizza. They said they can't do halves. Um...I mentioned to pretend they were putting pepperoni on the entire pizza, but really only put it on half. Please, I will pay for an entire pepperoni pizza. They said NO. You have to order 2 smalls, one cheese and one pepperoni. I literally laughed out loud. I love a good joke. But they weren't joking. In this day and age, we need to empower individuals to make intelligent decisions. Having just moved to the area, I'd hoped delivery would be an option in my new remote little place. Being tired and scattered from relocating and trying to find where essentials are packed just to get a meal seems daunting at times. And when you're grubby from moving, driving to get food is time consuming when projects are piled up. Pizza just really hits the spot sometimes and nothing seemed more perfect when I saw Otis Pizzeria served this part of the lake. My place is unique in its set up, so I tried to give specific instructions on how to find the unit. I mean, packages rarely get to us here from any parcel delivery service due to the complexity of the layout! No problem for Otis Pizzeria! Although it was a bit more work, our delivery driver put in the effort to find our door and was so gracious and wonderful, even with the confusion. And the best part? The pizza was fantastic! So good, in fact, I'm not sure we will try another local place for a while, if at all! The pizza ingredients were fresh, the crust was perfect, and the portions were filling. It's been a while since I've had pizza this good! I'm looking forward to trying other things on the menu as well. It's not just pizza - sandwiches, salads, and appetizers are all available on their extensive menu with online ordering as an option. If you LOVE garlic, the Garlic Knots have it at vampire repellent level, although you can get it lighter. Even if I weren't a local, Otis Pizzeria would be my go-to savory pie slinger in the Lincoln City area. Glad I can now indulge whenever I'd like though! read more

Great little stop. We stopped here for lunch and to charge our EV at the Chargepoint Station that shares a parking lot. I had a burger and my wife the club sandwich. Both were great. It's just a small burger joint and pizzeria by the highway, but the fries were hot, the burger was juicy and tasted good. Best pizza in town! I love their wings and pretzels. Not a fan of the Pronto pups, I think they're an acquired taste. They're more of a homemade corndog. One of the only online ordering/delivery places while staying in Lincoln City so that's a huge plus, but the food is even better! We did a build your own pizza, and the triple decker club with chips. 3 1/2 really. At least for now. I really wanted to love this place. The previous incarnation -- Pronto Pup, at this location -- was one of our favorite stops on the Salmon River Hwy. But "love" isn't the word yet. I'm hoping it's a matter of having the doors open long enough to get a rhythm going. The menu *looks* like I wanted it to look -- lots of good looking basket lunches, a variety of pizza standards (the Jimmy the Greek pizza looks exactly like my favorite imix of olives, pepperoncini, and feta from other pizzarias in my life.) Husband's favorites are all here. But on a busy spring Saturday, with travelers on the road going every direction to get to the beach, I suspect rhythm was overtaken by sheer volume. --Husband ordered wings -- and they weren't cooked through. More about his share of the Pronto Pups in a moment. --I got the mixed seafood basket and while the cod, shrimp, fries and cocktail sauce were yummy, the clams were extremely tough (though husband still liked them,) and the tartar sauce was almost tasteless. Just a splash of vinegar or a little sharp relish would pull it out. --And while the Pronto Pups of old were perhaps the best corn-dogs I've tasted outside the State Fair of Texas -- these were a real disappointment. Even if they hadn't been close to burnt in the deep fryer, (see photo) the batter was flat and bland (and really chewy); and the dogs were far too heavy on the clove/allspice seasoning. I really hope it was just the rush of the first great-weather weekend of spring, and that once they've been open a while -- they'll find their groove and climb into it. After a full day on the beach, no one felt like leaving the comfort of the couch. We called the pizzeria and had a delicious, hot meal delivered in no time. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger with what looked like hand cut fries. He said it was one of the best burgers he has had. I enjoyed the half French dip sandwich with fries. The meat was tender and the bun was soft and fresh. And the au jus was so flavorful! Just plain delicious. The kids had a BLT and a grilled cheese with fries. They gobbled them down with plenty of "ooooh" and "yummmm" to be heard. I would recommend them for dine in, take out, or delivery. Went to buy a pronto pup at 9:39pm, sign said they are open till 10 but they told me the "pronto pup section is closed now". I asked how long they were open and was told 10, but again told all hot food was already closed. Very So the owner replied by saying the sign was the issue. This was NOT the case. The flavor was okay but disappointed overall. Try Gallucci's pizza it's way better. And the owner was not very nice either. He wouldn't honor the Yelp coupon we had for free wings with a check in...which I though was rude and stingy. They nickel and dime for everything which is sad. The Coho recommended this pizzeria, but we waited over two hours to receive our order. I called Otis twice to complain, and was told that I would have the order within 45 more minutes. Still no order. When I called back to speak to the manager, she was rude and refused to refund my delivery charge. She also could not give me an ETA on my order. When the order finally arrived, I asked the driver where the cutlery and napkins were, and the driver said: "in the car". What a poorly run business! I plan to speak to the General Manager at the hotel regarding this terrible experience. I am sure that they don't want to recommend a business that reflects poorly on them. It is so unacceptable that I had to pay the delivery charge and tip up-front. No wonder they don't make any effort. Regarding the food, the salad dressing was curdled, the fried zucchini was cold and limp, and the sausage sandwich was not the real deal. They literally used pizza sausage chunks.
