When it was determined the seasoned rice was not flute. free she returned and let him lick something else as a side. The Outback Special steak was sufficiently bloody and tender. just as I like it. Had the blue cheese wedge salad as well, was a Lovely combination of blue cheese and balsamic vinegar. Overall the visit was great. quick, clean and attentive. These guys have saved our night!!! We just left a crab shack across the way, that took an hour took get us drink, served us cold food and was just terrible!! Soon as we left we saw this place and decided the try dinner here. Setting was in five minutes and our server is on PIONT!! Patrick the manager and Styles our server are amazing. Haven't been to an Outback in over a decade, (My wife and I prefer to go to small, local businesses) and decided to take a chance on "reasonably" priced steak and seafood dinners after a movie. Turned out to be a poor decision. While everyone was friendly, the food was not even close to what we were expecting. Both of our plates came out lukewarm, which for seafood certainly isn't the most appetizing. Since we were both hungry, we decided to dig in anyway. My wife's seafood was OK as for flavor, although a tad overcooked and chewy. My steak (porterhouse, which I had ordered medium rare), also came out dry and overcooked. Not even a touch of pink to be seen. While I am generally hesitant to send food back, (waste, horror stories of cook staff doing unpleasant things), after one bite, I decided to send it back. To my waitress' credit, when she came by to check on us, she immediately noticed the overcooked steak, and offered me a whole new plate, which I accepted. When my new plate arrived, hot and tasty looking, she asked me to cut in to the steak, which I did. The first cut looked great, but after I got further into the cut of meat, the rest was bloody rare...so much so, I stopped eating it. At that point, I decided just to wrap it up and take it home. I did inform my server that the second attempt was also not up to par, which she acknowledged. A one hundred dollar check later, and not even an offer to comp the steak, or drinks, or apologize, or "here's a house coupon, please give us another chance", yada yada yada. Nothing. It will probably be far longer than a decade before I ever even think about going back to an Outback. read more

This was the worst time I had ever had such bad service at any of these Outback Steakhouse. We oredered our food and it took awhile to get to our table witch it was ok even though the restaurant wasn't that busy. So what really irritated me about my visit was me and my wife both ordered Ribeyes mine was the bigger one on the menu. We also ordered the mushrooms that would go on top of the steaks. Unfortunately when our steaks got to the table. There where no mushrooms over our steaks. So I mentioned to the waitress that they where missing. So she went back to get to sides of whole cooked mushrooms. I covered mine over my steak like it should have been in the first place. So as I started to eat . I noticed that the mushrooms tasted spoiled. From taste and smell. I asked for.the manager. And explained what was going on. He said he would go to the kitchen to find out if there was anything wrong with them. So he comes back to my table. And said it must be my taste buds. I have never had any issues with my taste buds or let alone my smell in my life. He told me that they cook them in some type of wine. And that is probably why I noticed a funny taste. I don't think so. REMEMBER these mushrooms where whole when I received them. So he offered to go cook me some fresh ones and they came back sliced? So something didn't add up to me. After I left this place I felt sick and to my stomach. After eating some of that steak after I put the other mushrooms over it from the Juices. Anyways the worst experience ever from a restaurant. I think you should treat everyone the same. My son and his girlfriend who are both special needs went to Outback Steakhouse on Abilene in Aurora, Colorado. They had a misunderstanding about paying a five dollar tip and paying for their bill. But after paying their bill and waiting for me to come back to pick them both up, they were told by a "seater", that they had to wait outside. I spoke to the manager about this who told me that his employees would never had said something like that to anyone. Never the less, I picked them both up tonight, outside the building in the cold. When you're annoyed by young people with special needs, when it's busy and the restaurant is full and you're making a lot of money and the crowd's excited just to be there, maybe take the time, take a moment to treat everyone the same, even special needs teenage kids of color. I think the person that told them to go outside must have really believed that this is what management and the rest of the crowd would have wanted. I think she was wrong, because that was just cruel. This was kind of a nightmare restaurant experience. My husband, who normally rolls his eyes at my Yelp reviews, was like "I hope you're going to Yelp about this!" From the minute we were seated we felt like our waiter was really, really pissed off at us. We started racking our brains to find out what the problem was. Was it the fact that our Outback giftcard was sitting on the table and he didn't think he'd get a tip? Was it because we asked to sit in a booth instead of at a table on the aisle? The restaurant was relatively empty and my husband's leg is presently out of commission (as though his limp weren't obvious), so we didn't think it would be a big deal to switch. Our waiter rarely made eye contact with us and came by only to drop more drinks off saying, "I'll get more cokes." I'm not expecting 5-star treatment, but friendliness helps. The bloomin' onion alone took forever to come out of the kitchen and although that's not his fault, he made absolutely no mention of it while we sipped our cokes in near silence. After the onion, the entrees themselves took forever to come out. He managed to say, "they should be right out," and we were like, "thanks!" When they finally came, he placed them in front of us and walked away. My food was plated pretty horrendously with the rice tossed onto the plate, the shrimp scrambled around in the threadbare rice, and my steak had apparently slid all over the place because there was juice all over the sides of the plate. Not to mention the sour cream from the potato smeared along the sides of the plate as well. Again, this is the kitchen's fault, but we were like, what the hell?? Who lets food go out looking like this?? My husband's medium steak was cooked unevenly with the inside so rare that it was still bleeding. He shoved it aside and pronounced, "I'm not sending it back because clearly they're pissed at us." Considering we made no special requests besides the booth, and no special orders besides the way we wanted our steaks cooked (medium and well done), I'm still clueless. It really seemed like everyone in the restaurant from the server to the kitchen had given up. If you're going to take that long with the food, at least wipe the side of the plate off. I think the last straw for me was when I left my debit card with our giftcard so I could actually give him an okay tip. He came back and said the giftcard more than covered it and thanked us. I sat there stunned. Really? You don't want a tip over $3.00 on an almost $50 meal?? Our theme became "whatever" and I quickly signed the receipt and helped my husband hobble out of there. Absolutely horrible experience! Drove clear across town to have lunch with my mother, only to find they were having a charity lunch. The "owner" was extremely rude about the whole situation. Saying that we should have known that they were having an event. Accusing me of threatening him. Screaming that we need to get off his property and he's calling the cops! Not great. First off, when we decided to go here for dinner our daughter had said the last time we ate at Outback she got a stomach ache. However, because neither my husband or I had had a problem we went ahead anyway. We were sat and our server was at our table quickly. We ordered ice tea with no lemon. He did not return for what seemed like a very long time. When he did, our drinks had lemon. We immediately removed them and our server didn't seem to care. I know that seems petty but I was in the industry for a long time and I am just not down with fruit that had been touched by multiple people in my drinks. Once we got our food it was just eh. My husband and daughter each had burgers that looked like the patties had been sitting under a heat lamp. Not juicy or fresh looking at all. My daughter's friend ordered a filet with mashed potatoes. We noticed that she had only eaten a couple of bites of the steak and she showed us it was because it was almost all fat. I ordered tilapia topped with crab meat stuffing and mushrooms. After getting to the actual fish the middle was under cooked. When our server came back to clear some plates I asked for the check. Without even questioning why our plates still had more than half the meals on them he collected them and my credit card. It even took him too long to bring the check back. Finally when we got home, my daughter immediately went for the bathroom. Shortly after, my husband. They both complained about not feelimg well and I have had a stomach ache since we got home. We were dining light for a late night meal. I ordered a "bowl" of French Onion soup to accompany our appetizer. It arrived about 2/3 full with the cheese barely melted floating on top of the bread well below the level on the top of the bowl. I sent it back and requested that the cheese be browned. It arrived back about 10 minutes later with the cheese browned about what would be expected as normal definitely not crisp as I requested. Pressed for time, having initially told our server we were trying to catch a movie 25 minutes ago when we arrived, I ate it. The portion was small, definitley overpriced for the price, and had almost no onions in it. This was definitely not what I have recieved in previous experience and unexcusable considering there were barely any other customers. There was no bread brought or offered either. We went there 12/6/19 to celebrate my son's birthday. The food was definitely not worth the price. $15 for nachos that were made with potato chips??? $15 for 8 wings?? $18 for a 6oz sirloin that I doubt was 6oz and $28 for a ribeye that was just ok. $92.00 for those 4 foods items and 3 drinks. My son was not impressed and I regret going there instead of waiting until roadhouse opened later in the day. We won't be back, that's for sure. read more

We've lived in the area for over 4 years and never been! We made a reservation and only waited for 10 minutes upon arrival, which was pretty awesome. My fiancé and I started out with some apps, I ordered Seared Ahi (full order) and my fiancé ordered Cesar Salad. I have to say, the Seared Ahi was YUMMY! It was served with small amount of shaved lettuce and 2 dipping sauce. For our Entree, I ordered the Sirloin and Shrimp Combo with two sides, Rice Pilaf and Mixed Greens. My Sirloin was cooked Med Rare, cooked to liking, but I should have ordered it Medium, for personal preference. My fiancé ordered Sirloin with Lobster Tail, he said it was delish! Both of our entrees came with dipping sauce, you don't really need A1, the mashed potatoes was good, and the entree size was pretty huge! Came home with Trio Desert, (eating it now) the Cheese Cake is awesome, the Chocolate Cake is pretty good, but haven't gone to the Carrot Cake yet! Disappointing and embarrassing experience this weekend. We took a friend out to dinner as we'd not seen him in awhile and decided the steak and unlimited shrimp special would be nice. Not to be. First, the server thought the special was not available anymore. I showed the special was still active per the subscribed email I'd received earlier in the day. After checking with the manager, the answer was that there was no shrimp available to serve for the special. The server did say that if we ordered the surf and turf meal we could still get shrimp as part of that meal. What?!?! Instead of arguing further, we decided to go ahead and order just steak meals. Unfortunately, one of the steaks came back medium when we ordered medium rare. It was embarrassing to take our friend to a place that did not live up to expectations and we spent $$$. Anthony was the manager today (Caucasian male with a beard) and understand he just returned from training... Huge disappointment. They ran out of the all you can eat shrimp (last day of the promotion). We mentioned another manager (at the same location) had substituted the volcano shrimp, when they ran out previously, for the same price. Nope... Not his problem. Made ZERO effort to make any sort of accommodation and couldn't care less that we came specifically for the special. I always go for lunch when I can. Each time I go I sit at the bar, lunch bartenders are very attentive especially the young gentlemen that works the lunch shift. I never have to ask for a refill on drinks, food comes out on time, the quality of the food is always on point. It's refreshing to go to a place that never gives you the bare minimum. Sorry to say this location continues to disappoint! Mediocre service is the best they can do. Nothing horrible but nothing really right. For $60 for two, you can do much better elsewhere. As soon as we ordered a manager came by and asked how it was going. I wish I had said come back in twenty minutes! When I ordered the seared Ahi appetizer I asked to have the tuna cooked just a bit more than a seared edge. It arrived chilled, straight from the frig with an underlayment of Cole slaw soaked in Wasabi. The blooming onion was undercooked (raw inside, doughy breading). My husband asked for soy sauce. Never got it. His side salad had little dressing. More never came. He asked for water with no ice and even that was wrong. First world problems certainly but disappointing. read more

Came here a couple weeks ago with my honey and it was a good experience. Came on a late weekday afternoon so it wasn't very busy. Our server was new and she was very attentive to our needs. I ordered the prime rib with mashed potatoes and a lobster tail as the side. Of course I would always like the lobster tail to be bigger, but for the price of the add-on it's well worth it.
