My first time eating at this location. From my viewing point the place looks nice and clean. It's spacious and quiet. We came as a group of 5 after my son basketball game. Came in with my family of 5, got seated in a very quiet restaurant.... maybe 2 other tables and then got completely ignored for a good 20 minutes before we got up and left.. we weren't even greeted by a server. I'm not sure what is going on with this establishment but geez what a waste of time.... if we stayed who knows how much longer it would have been before someone greeted us or to even get drinks?? Ordered a filet, it was cold. Asked for a new one, came back on a burning hot plate and tasted microwaved. I can't believe they re-served the same food back. When asked the manager admired that they heat it again and serve the same food back to you. No seasoning or flavor. Usually their steaks have the best seasoning, not this time. read more

Service was adequate as was the food. The low rating comes from the knife my four year old found left in the booth. Then my seven year old found these nasty napkins under the table. It was a weird experience that I don't wish to repeat soon. Then we had to wait for an hour and 40 mins for our food. So much for a pleasant lunch. Usually no issues but this time the my sons steak was WAY under done sent it back and it came back as overcooked shoe leather and I'm gluten-free and actually alergic.. I got the Alice Springs Chicken and there were noodles under the cheese. So that tells me that was a big FU. We chose to go to Outback for our 55th wedding anniversary. We were rather slow and indecisive but our waitress Lisa was very patient and helpful. We informed her of the occasion and we learned that the couple behind us had just tied the marital knot last weekend. I've never really had a bad experience at an Outback. Sure, you can find a better steak in Omaha, but you can also pay a lot more for it and drive further. The food here is tasty, reasonable priced, and the service is always good. read more

We went for the steak and all-you-can-eat shrimp, the fried of which I highly recommend. While we were seated immediately, it took a while for us to get a server. This place had terrible food. God knows I dont even want to have to explain how poorly they treat their steaks. I like a rare steak. Like really rare. To the point where it's near impossible to screw it up. I've never had one come out the way I order. Always over seasoned, especially this most recent time 'round. It's to the point where I feel bad wasting a steak by sending it back. Wont be going back, but I'll be damned if they dont have some great service. That by itself earned them 3 stars in my book. read more

I had a great experience at Outback in Bellevue. I was staying in the area while on assignment with work at Offutt AFB and chose Outback for dinner. I am always alone when on business trips so I always choose to sit in the bar. The bar staff was very friendly and took care of me right away. I had a couple beers and watched some football before placing my order. I ordered the 6 oz. filet medium rare, plain sweet potato, and asparagus. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. You can't beat their prices on quality steak. I will be returning next month when I'm up that. read more

I walk in, and ask for a table for 1. There are empty tables in the bar area that they said I could self seat at. Since I am by myself, I go to a high-top table for 2. I looked at the drink menu, then the main menu. Had them both just laid open on the table. After 9 minutes, and several staff walking by me and serving the tables in front of and behind me, a guy cleaning off a table turned around and asked if I had been helped yet. I replied "NOPE." He turned, said something, and within a minute, someone was there to take my order. I ordered a Blue Moon beer. He came back with my beer and took my order. The beer had no orange garnish. After a few minutes, he came back to inform me that they were all out of mushrooms for my sauteed mushroom side. I selected another. But seriously, a steakhouse with no mushrooms? That's like running out of potatoes. Meanwhile I am sitting there, looking around at other tables with bread, making it blatantly obvious that I didn't have any. Anyway, a different person brings out my meal. Sets it on the table and leaves. I start cutting into it, expecting someone to come by and make sure it was cooked correctly. I knew I was expecting too much. I was halfway finished when my waiter showed up to ask if I wanted any steak sauce, or ketchup. I said no, and continued eating. After I finished eating, I put my flatware and napkin on the plate, and pushed it to the center of the table. Seven and a half minutes later my waiter brought my check, and then asked about desert. I left him a 10% tip, but still kind of feel like it was too much. Over all, it wasn't a horrible dining experience. The food I got tasted good, and the steak was cooked perfectly, not that anyone ever asked. The service just sucked. And, it wasn't even that busy. I won't be going back there. read more

I've been by this outback more times then I can count but I finally stepped in the other day. It was a smaller Outback then the ones I've experienced in the past but that isn't a bad thing. The staff was very friendly and professional and the food was great. I got the grilled lobster tails with steamed vegetables and bacon mashed potatoes. Everything was top notch! The lobster was cooked perfectly with a creamy butter sauce that was perfect for dipping. I typically focus on local businesses or regional ones that you wouldn't experience elsewhere but I'm glad I stopped by this one. I would gladly do it again for the quality of food and the price. Not so very impressed, went here to catch up with a friend for the holidays. I'm out of town visiting so I'm in a happy place regardless. It took our waiter about 10-15 minutes to come to us. He was very nice. I think they were low staffed or didn't expect to have many people or something. Our food took almost 45 minutes. I had to send mine back because it was not cooked right. But it still tasted GREAT. I do not think anything is the servers fault or the restaurants fault...... Just a little busier than expected and not staffed up. I still love outback..!! They also gave us free ice cream at the end to compensate for my food and everything being so delayed. This location does exactly what it is expected...serve good steak and sides. I've had the prime rib, most steaks, Alice Springs chicken, and the burger (which is surprisingly awesome). It's all good. The Outback salads are so good...and I'm not sure that it is...but I crave them almost as much as I do the steak. I wish the menu had a bit more variety, but that is no fault of this location. They do a good job and of the 15+ times we've visited, we are always satisfied when we leave. read more

I've gone here multiple times in the last few years, and I've never had a bad experience. Our waiters have always been kind and on top of everything, making for a very enjoyable dinner. The food isn't anything horribly impressive, but it is a nice meal. However, every time I order a steak here, it seems as if it was prepared pepper-crushed, which was fairly displeasing. The atmosphere has also grabbed my attention on more than one occasion. Even at 5pm on a Saturday night, the restaurant is practically empty, to my surprise. I do not often frequent chain restaurants, and I certainly do not normally write reviews on them. Today is a notable exception. We had a wonderful experience today at this outlet. The server, Kaleb, was extremely accommodating. My daughter-in-law is on a restricted diet and it is very difficult for her to find dishes that she can eat. However Kaleb and the manager Zach were extremely welpful and understanding. It was a wonderful experience and this store and is a credit to the chain.
