Supposed to be a Filet mignon, but it doesn't look like it or taste like it
    John N.

Service from the server was great. There was just two of us for dinner both ordered the "Filet mignon" this was the meat we were given. We are both not complainers but this is definitely not a Filet. And a little over cooked. Now that I'm home and making this review we probably should have said something about the steaks. But it is what it is, you decide on the photo taken. Definitely won't go back for a Filet

Haven't been to Outback in years and honestly didn't expect much, but was surprised in a good way. The Bloomin Onion still hits, the bar had your regulars hanging out and chit chatting, and the service was friendly and fast. My steak sandwich was cooked just right and the whole thing brought back nostalgic memories for sure.

It has been a while since I visited an Outback and I was happily surprised what I've been missing. My Quality wood grilled steak was perfectly prepared. Melt in your mouth seasonings were spot on. I started with a salad and can you believe it the have French dressing. Haha They call it sweet tomato dressing. My overall experience was perfect. Quiet at the bar tonight with sports on all 3 tv's. The friendly and personable staff made my day. Thanks Team nice work. SYOY and see you at Outback steak House.

I was pleasantly surprised by this delicious dinner. We were sat quickly and our waitress was so so nice. The service here is great and they continuously checked in on us. I shared the filet and grilled lobster and it was perfect. The lobster was amazing with the grilled flavor and butter. The steak was tender. I loved the baked potato with all the goodies and the broccoli was steamed to perfection. I love Outback!!

It's been awhile and I came here for dinner with my son's fiancé. The service was good and place was clean. As for the food, it wasn't all that great. I've been to other locations, but I wasn't too impressed with my dinner. My son's fiancé enjoyed hers very much. She had the salmon and I had the filet and lobster tail. My steak was real charred and a bit dry. I loved the size of my baked potato, but it needed more of the garnishing for such a big potato. I only ate the top half. I managed to get through about 75 percent of my steak with the creamy horseradish. The best part of my meal were the mozzarella sticks, baked potato soup, and the raspberry cheesecake. It's going to be a long while before I come back to this venue again. I already knew what I may be getting here, but maybe I'll have better luck in the future. Cheers, to all those how enjoy this place.

Great service and food, they were friendly and inviting. I was sat right away, and had a good Server. The steak was cooked nearly To perfection, will definitely go back to this location.

This is a great place to go for reasonably priced steak & seafood! We arrived on a Sunday, mid-afternoon. Even tho the restaurant was relatively busy, we were seated right away. Soft music was playing in the background & there was tons of parking. However, the dining room was way too warm. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't able to adjust the temperature to cool the place down. Our Server could have been a bit more friendly & attentive. We waited awhile for refills on drinks, bread & butter. Yummy fresh baked bread & butter was brought to the table to start, followed by the Bloomin' Onion for an appetizer. And as always this was wonderful...a golden cooked onion - nice & crunchy with a spicy dipping sauce. Next, we had a Caesar Side Salad & a House Side Salad. Both were served in big bowls with fresh crisp greens. The Caesar had a great dressing & the House had a good variety of ingredients - cucumber, tomatoes, onions, cheese & croutons. The other side, was the Steakhouse Mac & Cheese & it came out with the entree. That could have been a meal in itself. Really cheesy & delicious. The Ribeye Steak with Coconut Shrimp was fantastic. The steak was cooked perfectly, & the the star of the show were the Coconut Shrimp. The Shrimp were plump & very flavorful. The next entree was the Filet & Lobster Tail. What a treat...but the filet was slightly undercooked & the lobster slightly over cooked. In spite of this it was a tasty dish. Lastly, was the Sirloin & Ribs. The sirloin was as delicious & tender as the filet with great tasting ribs. Overall, good meals & good times!

Food Blooming onion - 5/5 Substantial portion with delicious dipping sauce! Side salads - 4/5 House & Caesar salad were decent portions Side mashed potato - 4/5 Decent size but oddly sweet Filet mignon - 3/5 It was just ok. Top was oddly crispy Lobster - 5/5 Delicious! Service - 5/5 Waitress kept my waters refilled without me asking, and without interrupting us, which rarely happens! We felt taken care of. Price - 5/5 Overall greet price for the meal we had

Seriously someone rolled silverware in this Shredded Napkin!

Details are important! These days when the dollar is hard... you have to be better than your competitors in every way! The food was pretty good. Steak was cooked properly but, the salad needed more dressing, the asparagus were not trimmed, and the soup was bland. The server was friendly but, dressing requested, take two tables orders before returning with it, and waited long time for cocktail refills. The restaurant atmosphere is standard Outback chain yet busboy on his phone watching???videos just outside the bathroom and see photos of napkin and dirty glass. Well it was an average visit I guess.

I ordered carrots cake Togo, best cake I had in awhile.

We started with the focaccia (with the ricotta and honey on the side) and it was so tasty. My partner doesn't normally like ricotta, but loved this dish! Then, we had the melon salad (very refreshing). We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff brought out complimentary glasses of bubbly rosé, as well as their special dish, which were the stuffed squash blossoms. This was a really thoughtful touch! For mains, we ordered the tagliatelle with lobster (this dish had a tiny bit of spice, which was fine for us but might catch someone else off guard), and the lamb loin. Both were excellent. Overall, we had a great time! We found easy street parking nearby, as well. My only downside would be that, because this restaurant is so popular, there are lots of diners, which makes for a pretty loud atmosphere. However, this just speaks to how good everything is, so if you think about it, perhaps it's a good sign!

We normally get the Piatti Di Cicchetti (olives, pickled veggies, and almonds), Piatti Di Salumi (prosciutto, salame, coppa), and the Burrata. They all complement each other SO WELL. Pair that with a white wine and you got yourself a time. The 2 course offering for lunch is also phenomenal. I got the Insalata Mista (lettuce, shallot, reggiano) and it's a decent sized salad and very tasty. The Mafaldine (lamb ragu, pecorino romano) is to die for. As Texas transplants, we've enjoyed some incredible steakhouses over the years and have traveled extensively, but this was truly one of the best dining experiences we've had. We even drove up from Colorado Springs for our 18th wedding anniversary, and it was worth every mile. We started with the wedge salad, which was fresh, crisp, and packed with flavor--easily one of the best wedge salads we've ever had. The warm bread service was incredible and paired perfectly with the house-made spreads. The mac and cheese was rich, creamy, and absolutely unforgettable. The highlight of the evening was the Wagyu steak topped with cheesy potato croquettes. It was cooked to perfection and so tender it practically melted in your mouth. Every bite was packed with incredible flavor and was one of those dishes you continue talking about long after the meal is over. What impressed us most was that every single item we ordered was exceptional. The quality of the ingredients, attention to detail, presentation, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch. After reading some of the reviews beforehand, we weren't sure what to expect. In our experience, this restaurant is incredibly underrated. Our meal, service, and overall experience were outstanding from start to finish. If you're looking for a special dinner, anniversary celebration, or simply one of the best meals you'll have in Colorado, Jack's on Pearl is absolutely worth the visit. We ordered fried calamari, a medium-rare steak with fries and Brussels sprouts, four cocktails, and bottled still water. The service got off to a bad start. When our appetizer arrived, the waiter failed to notice that we had no utensils. After about five minutes of trying to get our waiter's attention, another server stopped by. In a joking way, I asked her to "try the calamari," hoping she'd realize we were missing utensils. Instead, she reached toward the food with her hand. I stopped her and pointed out that we didn't have any silverware. Her response was that calamari is "finger food" and should be eaten by hand. That's not the level of service I'd expect from an upscale restaurant charging premium prices. Things only got worse. Our waiter then refilled our glasses with tap water without asking, mixing it with the bottled water we had ordered. The steak, ordered medium-rare, arrived cooked closer to medium-well. The cocktails were also underwhelming--at $33 each, they were tiny, packed with ice, and felt more like a shot than a proper cocktail. Overall, STK is an overpriced, overhyped restaurant that doesn't deliver the quality or service its prices suggest. While the atmosphere was enjoyable, it wasn't enough to make up for the poor service, mishandled food and drinks, and disappointing meal. I won't be returning.
