Drink was good. Some of the guys had the key lime pie, cheesecake, and hot lava cake. All stated that it was good. All in all it was a good experience and I would eat here again because I like the meat variety. It was priced about $60 plus tax per person for the supper and a water. Five-Star Service at Outback Steakhouse! In a world where true customer service feels like it's fading fast, it was such a breath of fresh air to experience kindness, patience, and genuine care during our recent dinner at Outback. I was out with my parents , my dad is 88, and my stepmom, well, let's just say she keeps him on his toes, and since they don't get out often, this was a real treat. From the moment we sat down, Summer was nothing short of outstanding. My dad's steak wasn't cooked quite right the first time (and let's be honest, he's not shy about saying so), but Summer caught it before we even had to say a word and made sure it was redone exactly how he wanted. Then she took the time to listen carefully to my stepmom's concern about her chicken, and they didn't just remake it, Mike personally brought both dishes back to the table and stood there with a smile to make sure they were perfect. That's not just service, that's care. And me? I was in gluten-free heaven. Thank you, Outback, for offering a solid GF menu, every bite of my meal was spot-on. This was a rare night out for my folks, who are usually home cooking every night. Thanks to Mike and Summer, it turned into something extra special. I have been to a few Outbacks and I am a Dine Rewards member. I love this location, the manager comes to the table and checks on you. The one who checked on us was Jennifer - we were doing great, but she swung by to see if there was anything she could do for us. Our server was Rod, he was wonderful. I can go through ice tea from the south like crazy, he kept up with the whole table. I am from Maine, we have nothing like the Southern Style tea up there :( I got the never-ending soup and salad during lunch. It was a Friday, so they had clam chowder. I am sure the salad was good, but I just kept getting more chowder - and I get it in Maine all the time! Would gladly come here again. Just one word of advice, avoid Ralph. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The restaurant felt unclean and poorly maintained, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. The staff were inattentive, and management was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to address concerns professionally. What should have been a simple meal turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. Between the poor service, lack of professionalism, and overall condition of the restaurant, I have no intention of returning. There are far better places to spend your money. We went to outback today for Fathers Day. We arrived at 1:00 ,had a small blooming onion, which was great. Dad had the lobster tail, likes it better than Red Lobster(sorry )' the rest had coconut shrimp and chopped pecan salad, shrimp on the Barbie, steak and salad,and fried shrimp and fries. I accidentally wandered into the valet area while trying to figure out where to park, and one of the valet attendants behind me repeatedly laid on his horn hike making what appeared to very rude and insulting hand gestures. When I eventually parked and walked toward the restaurant, the same attendant gave me a pretty intense dirty look, which made for an unnecessarily uncomfortable first impression. I had made a reservation, but we were actually there for happy hour. I wasn't asked when checking in, so I was initially seated in the regular dining area before learning that happy hour is only available in the bar/outdoor area. No big deal--we relocated, my friend joined me shortly afterward, and the waterfront setting is absolutely gorgeous. Our server, Jonathan, was wonderful. Attentive, personable and quick to correct the couple of little issues we encountered. Our cocktails were fresh, crisp and beautifully made. My friend's drink unfortunately came with an unexpected tiny swimming companion , but Jonathan noticed and immediately replaced it. The patio also decided it wanted to participate in dinner. The wind kept catching the heavy plastic curtains behind us, causing them to billow out and then come crashing back into the backs of our heads. It happened several times before another server eventually noticed and secured them. Definitely memorable, although perhaps not the kind of interactive dining experience we were expecting. Fortunately, the food was excellent. We ordered the truffle fries, which were beautifully crisp and well seasoned. The coconut crunchy shrimp were huge, plump and perfectly fried with a wonderfully crunchy coating. I ordered the fish tacos, which were fresh and generously filled. I requested blue cheese on the side and initially received ranch, but Jonathan caught the mistake and quickly corrected it. And those sliders! The meat was incredibly tender, juicy and generously portioned--the standout for me. Between the gorgeous waterfront views, excellent happy-hour food, great cocktails and Jonathan's service, there was plenty to enjoy here. There were simply too many small discrepancies throughout the visit for me to call it a five-star experience: the uncomfortable valet interaction, confusion over happy-hour seating, the bug in the cocktail, the dressing mix-up and our brief careers as human punching bags for the patio curtains. Still, the things Chart House did well, they did very well, particularly the food and the service recovery. Jonathan handled everything graciously, and I'd absolutely return for another waterfront happy hour.

We had an awesome server who was extremely attentive and continuously checked on us. The food was good, cornbread was warm and exactly what I was hoping for. To be honest, the ribs i ordered were somewhat too dry for my taste but with the bbq sauce they tasted better. Overall it was a pleasant experience and will definitely be going back when in the mood for BBQ.

Great presentation with refried beans. Delish. My wife had the carnitas tacos. You get three for like $15. She reports them being delicious as well. Her's came with rice and beans which were excellent. The portions here are huge. The ingredients are excellent, so they aren't skimping. The food to value ratio is excellent. Great food, lots of it at reasonable prices is win! And the people are all so nice. They even have extra patience when some asks a million questions while butchering pronunciation. LOL. Good peeps. Our server brought a complementary basket of beignets since one member of our group was visiting for the first time - and they were great. From their new bowls to familiar biscuits and gravy, everything was great. The whole place has that down home, comfortable, familiar feel. I hope they never change.
