Had drinks and dinner after work on Friday and it was great. The drinks were decent in which you paid $5 for a martini and $3 for a beer had to wait to be seated but its like any other restaurant on Friday afternoon. The food was good but the thing that i found surprising about this restaurant is the way my stake was cooked. Ordered the steak and the shrimp on the barbie FYI. I ordered the steak rare and load and behold rare it was. Most places tend to cook my steak a bit more than i like but this place nailed it. The food was okay. Service is randomly different. Sometimes we had some great servers, but many times we had to deal with awful servers. At my last time there & also my worst experience, it was very slow at that time since it was on a weekday. There was only me & my bf sitting at our section. Our server was an African-American guy. He took our order & kept forgetting things (our drinks, silverwares, appetizers). We had to keep asking for them & he tended to lose his attitude after a few times (like it was our faults that he forgot things?). Anyway, the food took about 45 mins to come out even though it was very slow at that moment (about 2-3 small tables including us), but they all tasted good after all. read more

The Only Outback, in my experience, to serve a bad steak and make me pay for it. My flat iron steak was off color, I thought it was over cooked, but it was not. I complained to the assistant manager on duty and they prepared me another steak which arrived well after everyone else had completed their dinner. I normally do not complain, and had the assistant manager not charged me for my late dinner, I probably wouldn't be complaining now. All I really wanted in the end, was an apology from the store manager, whom I left two messages for. Please avoid this location to avoid my experience. There are Outback Steakhouses all around that do a much better job at customer service. read more

First time ever at Outback. We decided to order the blooming onion because it's always associated with the restaurant. Every good, large portion. My husband ordered a 24oz natural cut bone in ribeye and I ordered the 6oz filet mignon. The garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli for extremely delicious. No complaints or wows on the steaks. Service was spotty and our booth seat actually had a rip in it that was duck taped. Reason for two stars, our tap was $75 (one jack and Coke & ice tea) we just couldn't see the ticket value verses the atmosphere and tap total matching. We didn't want to wait 20 minutes for a table so we drove around to the take-out and were greeted promptly. After placing our order the manager came out to greet us and thank us for coming by. Food ordered: Bloomin Burger, sweet potato fries, asparagus. 10/10 would order burger and sweet potato fries again. The asparagus got cold, so it wasn't that great, but I don't blame Outback. Foccacia Filet Sandwich, sweet potato fries. The bread was over toasted and the burned flavor overwhelmed the sandwich. If we were dining inside I would have asked for new bread. The meat had good flavor. I think the au jus dipping sauce had soy sauce in it which didn't go with the herbed bread and aioli. Just regular beef au just would be better. This was my first time to visit this particular establishment and I haven't been to the chain in decades. It was about 3pm on a Saturday and we were a little hungry following a movie. A drink and an appetizer sounded perfect. We asked to sit in the bar and found two dirty booths while there was only two tables eating. Why hadn't they been bused when there were such few customers? That was the first thing to strike me as odd. The second was an awful stench that I could only describe as old fish. We looked around and no one was eating fish and it smelled so unpleasant that we asked for a table. The hostess sat us at a table and we sat there and were ignored (because multiple employees passed by that could have at least smiled and said hello in passing). We got up and walked out and not one person in the time we were there greeted us or asked what was wrong with the table in the bar area or tried to keep our service. I am disappointed in such pathetic customer service and will never be back. read more

We were served undercooked chicken. We sent it back and the manager came over and told us they were replacing it but hinted that the pink we had seen in the chicken was from juice from the diced tomatoes on top (it wasn't, I'm an experienced cook and well aware of what undercooked chicken looks like). New chicken shows up 15 minutes later, it's fine, they've placed the tomatoes on the side this time, because apparently they think we don't know the difference between raw chicken and a tomato. Waiter tells us the manager is preparing our bill and will bring it out shortly. Another long wait and someone else drops our check and runs away, not our server or the manager. No compensation offered, that's fine. We paid and tipped our server over 20% for his efforts. We never send food back but it was not safe to eat. Lesson learned, Outback is off our list forever now, a $15 comp probably would have changed our attitude because hey, stuff happens, but the overall poor management here is just not something I'm willing to support. read more

So we came here since it's right in front of it we realized walking in that they close at 10 since it's Monday so I know people hate when you do that I was a waitress for a year and that was always so annoying we walked in sat at the bar the bartender greater got us our drinks very helpful and attentive so was the waiter for coming in late and keeping them there they were all so wonderful I love the service we'll definitely be going back best service in a while. read more

This review is for the last year worth of service and food mostly all at the takeaway.The issues that I have had in the past are as follows: remoulade instead of thousand island dressing which tasted just terrible on a salad , tough as shoe leather sirloin steaks,filet mignons done very well done when ask for it medium , cucumbers put in salads when they were ask to be cut , baked potatoes that were overdone and tasted like they had been sitting for quite a long time , leaving the bread out of an order when some was ask for,shrimp in pasta when chicken was ask for and long wait times up to 45 minutes when they said it would be 15-20. There are many more too numerous to list . To there credit they have tried on numerous times to make it right but there comes a time when enough is enough , I feel like I am training these IDIOTS at the takeaway because just as soon as someone gets good they take them away and put another IDIOT back out there . They have sent me numerous gift cards in the past for many of these mistakes but the wrong dressing the last time was the last straw . I called them and they said as usual that they were sorry and would send a gift card for the mistakes . It never came. How surprising that they can't even get that right . There are way too many other choices for steak and pasta within the same driving distance but I have grown to be friendly with several of the staff but that just does not matter now.Even the free $20 gift card with $100 gift card purchase the have at Christmastime just is not worth it now . I figure that I have spent about $2000 the past year there but no more . I hope the owner Zac reads this and will make the needed training and cook changes he desperately needs so this does not happen to any other good paying customers like myself . Food okay, service horrible. Been here on multiple occasions and service is either just okay, or really bad. More times than not, it's the latter. We have even had a waiter quit while he was waiting on us. Not our fault! Lol. But he failed to put our order in before quitting-which sucked. This last visit, the waitress took a while to show up, got our drinks and bread, and then we didn't see her again until after the food was delivered by someone else. No refills, no extra bread-and we were hungry. She basically dropped off our check without saying a thing, and that was it. Seems overpriced for that kind of service! read more

Went there on 8/26. Went there due to a $50 gift card I had and that they had TVs to watch college football. The food was fine and on par with what I have had there before, but the service wasn't. I waited for a 7:00 game to come on the channel they already had one tv on, but the bartender decided to change the channel just as the game was starting. I asked why the bartender changed the channel, and the bartender (Matt) started making sacrastic remarks loud enough for the most of the bar to hear, with a clear intention of embarrassing me and mainly because he wanted to watch and NFL game. I quickly asked for the check, gave the waitress the gift card and a credit card for the balance. I checked the receipt and they had only taken $37 off the bill. I asked the waitress why they only used $37 out of the $50 balance on the card, and she told me that she used the entire amount that was on the gift card. I'm sure we hadn't used the card before, so I guess they felt they were entitled to the $13 difference. I can forgive subpar food, but dishonesty and rudeness shouldn't be something patrons should tolerate. Need less to say I won't be going back to Outback. read more

After reading reviews for this location I really wasn't into coming here, but we were going to a movie and wanted a quick lunch; plus any time my kids see an Outback, well, you just try to tell them no. So in we went...our waiter, Jordan, was very attentive to us even though he seemed to be pretty busy. A manager came by on a couple of occasions to make sure everything was great. Our drinks were always full, and the food was pretty quick. My husband got the filet focciaca sandwhich, which he liked a lot, my kids split a cheesburger, which was huge and I got a half rack of ribs with broccoli. My broccoli was a bit overcooked for my liking, but my husband said his was perfect. The ribs were good, I think mine are better, but I was still pleased. My daughter got the house salad, which was really good as usual, and my husband and I split a wedge and it was huge! Overall, it was a good experience... read more

An absolutely awful experience. First, it took a long time to get a server to our table. Then we ordered and waited 30 minutes for food and did not get out salads! The food comes out and we inform our server that we never got our salads. He just looked puzzled and says "we have a new guy on salads". Our salads finally arrived a few minutes later. No apologies at all. It was at that point we notice we never got any silverware. My fiancée had to get up and walk over to where the hostess was and get utensils for us. After that it took at least another 15 minutes before our server came by again to check on us. This all happened along with young children running wild in the restaurant. Neither the kids parents nor any of the staff said anything though. The couple at the table behind us complained to the server but nothing was done. There wasn't a manager in sight either for our entire visit despite the comotion caused by the children that no one was watching or controlling. The parents should have been embarrassed but they seemed to be encouraging it. We will not be going back to this location if they do not improve their service or keep a well mannered environment, especially at 9:30 in the evening on a Wednesday. read more

We were so disappointed in the service. We ordered a onion blossom. The onion was so dark and tasted like the oil that it was fried in was long overdue for a change. We asked to change it to some cheese fries. Our waitress forgot to bring the fries until we finally got her attention and asked her about it. We also ordered two ribeye steaks cooked medium, they came out medium well... Steak ruined. Still ate it. The asparagus side was charred and way over cooked. The Mac and cheese tasted microwaved and bland. Store brand box macaroni tastes better. My friend ordered the ahi tuna salad. The lettuce was old and stale. We repeatedly had to try to get our waitresses attention to get simple things like silverware rolls and drink refills. The menus at our table were all in Spanish, it's a good thing we are Hispanic and were able to figure out most of the things on the menu, even when our waitress saw that we were struggling- she took no initiative to find a solution. Our waitress (Mayra P.) was probably to blame for our service feeling 50x worse than it could of been but I would not hesitate to rate the food 2/10. Positives: The staff was friendly. I've come here to eat quite a few times after my first visit due to great service. I was interested in knowing about what other people thought so I searched Outback Steakhouse on a few things including Yelp. I love the food it's great! I don't know it's just sooo addicting but I see that the person below commented or their server which I agree the servers do a great job trying their best to give great service but what has caught my eye is a host by the name of Jonathan. I remember his name due to how well he seats and greets us and always apologizes if we were on a wait. He opens the door as we walk in and as we walk out even when busy he tries to catch the door for a customer because sometimes he might not be up at the front. I just always see him working so hard like I've seen him run food or drinks to a table and even clean tables like a server during the span of my visits. He's so adorable and his hair is nice I love the mohawk but it's not a regular one it's like a flat top mohawk it's amazing and that's what made me start watching him from the first time then I just realized how hard he worked and became intrigued. Every time I go and he's there I feel so welcomed by him because he's not like any other host. You can joke with him and he'll joke right along he's outgoing and that's good for a host. He's great at his job but I think he should become a server he'd probably make a lot off tips with how he is. I hope this reaches the store so he can see how his work is appreciated!
