My family loves Outback Steakhouse. But I can honestly say we will never return to this location. We first came to this Outback back in March 2013 and had some of the best food. We had ordered chicken, steak and mac and cheese off of the kids menu. the second time we came here the food tasted slightly off. Everyone in my family was sick later on that night that ate any meat. My little one was fine not eating any meat. I am pretty sure we were sick from Outback. Then we didn't go back for a while. But me loving it there decided to give it another try and it was good not awesome or amazing just good. Well last night was my final no way am I going back here ever straw. I had ordered online. Went to go and pick up my food. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes over the time they said it would be ready. When I got home my crab legs were missing. I had asked for cheese sauce on the broccoli which was also missing. My steak was cooked rare. I ordered medium. So I called back to let them know what happened. Talked to a man who said the lady doing the orders to go was new. I said okay can I have my order fixed the way I had ordered I will be back in. The man said sure. So I hopped back in my car and went back. They had not even started my re order. I had brought my steak and the broccoli to show there was no cheese sauce. I ended up sitting there waiting for an addition 30 minutes for my food. I ordered to go cause i didn't want to sit there all night and ended up wasting an hour there. I was told that my steak was cooked correctly when in fact my steak was red and very bloody. Medium in pink with a hint of red. I know the difference. I was offered a free drink while I waited on them. Well I had already ordered one with dinner and felt one was enough. When my food came out the second time. She opened the containers to show the broccoli had cheese sauce. Then the second one to show that the crab was there with butter sauce. THEN with her UNGLOVED BARE HANDS picked up my steak to show she cut into it and asked if it was done properly. It was cooked wonderfully to bad I didn't eat it! To top it all off. They charged an additional $6 to remake the broccoli (2 orders), 10.99 for the additional steak and 7.99 for the crab that was never given in the first place. The waitress told me that not to worry about that check they covered it! So essentially I paid in full for this awful meal. Sat in my car and had to go back twice. They did nothing to compensate for it except offer me a free drink while I waited on my food. My other half had also ordered a steak medium rare which was cooked perfectly but unseasoned we did not complain about that. My sons mac and cheese last night was hardly a normal serving but well under it. So like I said I will never go back to this location. read more

The service was horrible and the steaks made my two sons and I sick for a whole day. I had to take the next day off because I couldn't stay out of the bathroom for longer than an hour. If I hadn't of gotten better the next day, Outback would be in court right now. Worst experience ever. read more

Our recent dining experience at Outback was very disappointing. Arrived 5:30pm on a Sunday and didn't get out of there until 7:15pm due to the slow service. The food was slightly tasty. Wait staff had to be reminded to bring all our food to us, they forgot things we ordered and appeared surprised that we even asked about that baked potato side dish (yes you did write it down mr waiter). We ordered two desserts but they only brought one and tried to run away from the table without bringing what my daughter ordered. Then they forgot spoons. All the while the waiter was always running away. Called the manager over (he was busy making up for the rotten service at multiple tables) to educate him customer service, which got us free dessert. Clearly they don't have enough staff in the front or back of the house to take on their customer base. Smirking, unprofessional waiters don't help the situation. If they knew what they were doing, they'd turn their tables over faster, there would be less waiting for a table, and they'd make more $$. I hadn't been to an Outback Steak House in quite some time. Now I remember why. The $20 prime rib was tough and tasteless. The hamburger was dry (including the bun). The "Signature Salad" for $4 is a joke. The size is quite small and lacking in ingredients. The waiter appeared to be wanting to be elsewhere. Awesome lunch specials! I've always went to Outback for dinners but never stopped by for lunch, until today. I was very impressed with the portions and value on their lunch menu. I had the bottomless Caesar Salad and Chicken tortilla soup for $6.99 and three members of my group had the steak and chicken tacos. Everyone who tried the tacos said they were delicious. I will definitely go back for the soup and salad. If you're looking for a good and reasonable lunch spot, keep this in mind! read more

Outback used to be my favorite steakhouse. Hungering for steak, my family and I visited the steakhouse. As we walk in, the waitresses gave us a disgusted look as we headed into the bar where there is open seating. We waited by a booth that needed to be cleaned. Time passed as no one cleaned the booth, the waitresses neglected our need, and the manager just stared. After about 20 minutes with no one saying a word to our group, we decided to go elsewhere. A member of our group decided to talk to the manager just to make her aware of the situation, but she lashed out. This specific Outback has lost all of our interests as there are many other superior steakhouses in the area. The guest service and management created an awful circumstance which leads my mind to disgust when thinking about the steakhouse. If you want to go to a steakhouse and be treated as though you are an inanimate object go to this Outback. I will never be going there again! read more

I went to Outback for a filet because I thought I deserved a treat after donating blood. Well, apparently this is not the place to go and treat yourself. I ordered mine medium however the first filet was rare, the second filet was well done and the third was rare again. Three filets and not one was correct. Isn't steak supposed to be their speciality? I could get a better steak from Walmart clearance meats and BBQ if myself with no seasoning and a side of poop and it would taste better than this place. Came to Outback which in the past has been a good place to take the family for dinner. After getting there the waiter took an exceptionally long time to just get us our drinks and bread and forgot to bring plates after being asked more than once. The food itself also took a long time and the filet was not very tender, and the ribeye was also overcooked. I sent back the ribeye and the one I got was actually cold and seemed uncooked , the manager who dropped off the steak set it down in front of me and left before I could say anything. Instead of sending the steak back again we paid and left and just had to cook it when we got home. I FELT THE MANAGEMENT, COOKS AND ENTIRE STAFF failed to do their job. Hands down this is my go to for takeout. I don't know how they train their staff or what systems they use but we rarely have any errors made and the one time we did the manager comped my meal. Great Outback food mixed with stellar service. What's not to like? read more

I did an online order. I showed up at the time. They were busy and the pick up spaces were all taken. I waited my turn, pulled up, and within minutes, the order was delivered to the car. This complaint has nothing to do with the restaurant itself I've always had a great experience!!!! I've had great service and great food but on this insistence I feel like I have to say something. I went here during the pandemic....... after reading the sign before walking in we realized we needed a mask upon entry we had ONE on us, we walk in me wearing a mask my husband with his shirt over his face while standing there I notice nobody with a mask while sitting at their table and I observed 2 men walk out with no mask on. I want to remind you if you walk into this restaurant the first bar table is less then 6 ft away from hostess. The hostess greets us and asks if my husband can put a mask on! I replied with my husband has his mouth and nose covered and in less then 15 ft away from you will sit us and we will take our mask off anyway? I want to remind you there was about 6 tables with customers and no masks. She refused to let us sit and eat. I felt singled out and Mainly embarrassed for her rudeness about it. Haven't eaten here in a really long time. Food took about 35 minutes from order to table after the dinner rush. Our server was a very nice soft spoken man, I'm not sure if he was just too busy with other tables or nervous, but I couldn't hear a word he said half the time. Gave him a good tip though. Future tip: when it's cold, don't place people with children at the left tables. It was freezing the entire time we tried to eat. read more

Granted this is the same old standard steak place. Nothing fancy on the menu that I can't get elsewhere. We did go for the loaded bloomin' onion. Big mistake! It was NOT, unless you call a dozen greasy fries, spoonful of cheese, and uncooked bacon pieces on top, loaded. The onion part was super greasy as well, which I guess is part of it's charm. My chicken pasta dinner was decent even though the chicken had no flavor. The husband said his prime rib dip sandwich was good, but again the fries were a soggy, greasy mess. The area we sat in was chilly and I saw some people in jackets and sweaters. There were plenty of servers and it still took several minutes for ours to come to the table to even greet us. We were there about 5pm so it wasn't extremely busy and there was no waiting. Overall, I don't think we'll go back. read more

Well after going here for the last 7 years I can say that I'm done. I cannot think of a time that I have ever went to outback and it went smooth, No matter what day or what time of day something always goes wrong. Today was the last straw. We went to do curb side pick up so we didn't have to deal with sitting down and being ignored. We showed up and a young guy came out and asked for $27. I told him we paid online so he when back in and came bak out and said that we still owed them. So we showed him our receipt so he went in to get his manager Chris came out and asked us to see the receipt so we did along with our bank statement to show him we paid so he went back in and we never saw him again next thing we know a different kid comes out and hands us our food and walks away. So we check out the food and leave. I needed a explanation so I called back to talk to Chris after waiting for about 6 minutes he came on the phone and told me that they got us mistake for a different order that they had. I told him we would of been nice to get an explanation from him. He didn't seem to care too much about my issue I also told him that I've talked them in the past when we've been in there for my wife's birthday most recently and he didn't seem to care that he was losing one customer. So by the time we got home our food was cold, it wasn't bad just cold. Kind of a bummer since my wife likes the food. Step up your game Chris. read more

Miserable experience last night. It felt like a completely different place. We usually have Asian carryout so when we go out for a nice dinner it's really special. Have been going to this Outback basically since it opened decades ago but haven't been for a few months. Waiter disappeared after he brought our food. Husband ordered filet mignon, but what came was not that. Waited & waited & flagged down another waiter--our waiter never came back. Husb. finally went and got manager who brought waiter and they took his food back. I had finished my dinner and his food still hadn't come back. We were about to leave when they showed up. He asked for cooked medium, it was raw. We just asked for to go boxes. Waiter argued with us about whether he had been back and left. Waited and waited--no bill. Finally gave up and went to front desk. Apparently you are supposed to use what appeared to be gaming device on table. Manager didn't seem to care, it was like he was on some other planet. Well, to be honest it pains me to give this place a bad review. For YEARS Outback has been my go to place if I wanted a guaranteed great steak with delicious sides for a price that's not outrageous (not cheap either) but something that seemed appropriate for the level of food you would receive. You have great sides, usually great service and most importantly you used to have perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned steaks. And I will say, they are still perfectly seasoned. BUT I honestly don't think I've had a steak cooked right for at least the last 5 times I've been there. I've sent it back twice, and called to complain to the manager another time and was mailed a coupon for a free replacement. And other times just ate the over cooked thing cuz I didn't wanna deal with hassle! And while I truly appreciated their efforts to make it right, it KEEPS happening! I'm frankly just tired of my steak never being cooked right. It's the most important thing a steakhouse should be able to do. Sorry Outback but I just can't justify continuing to spend my hard earned money for an over cooked steak, especially when I can pay pretty much the same price across the street at Longhorn and it's PERFECT every single time! I don't really even like their bread or sides like I do at Outback, but the steaks are done so well I can't ignore that. I actually even prefer Outbacks seasoning they use on their steaks over Longhorns. But again, that just proves that making a good steak is all about how you cook it! Great Customer Service! The manager was great and super friendly. Our steaks came out over cooked and he offered us to either recook them or give take them off our bill. The experience of dining out on a Saturday evening should be relaxing and enjoyable but our night at Outback was anything but that. First of all, we ordered some cocktails and they were smaller than expected. 90% ice, 10% beverage...we weren't evening buzzing. Secondly we ordered the Bloomin' Onion which looks and tastes like a burnt crab legs dipped in sour orange sauce. Our steaks were cooked well done despite the fact that we ordered them very well done. If it's not leathery I send it back. All in all, nothing like the actual experience of visiting Australia. read more

Never. Again. Outback is not one of the restaurants that I frequent. We got gift cards from family and didn't want to waste them. I ordered a medium 11oz sirloin to share with my daughter. The steak came out and it was RARE, cold and bloody in the middle. I sent it back. Again it came to the table rare. I sent it back again and it came back charred and over cooked. I think I'd rather eat my leather belt. I thought this place was a steak house. Well apparently it's a steakhouse that doesn't understand how to properly cook steak. I ordered macaroni and cheese for my daughter to go with the steak that was inedible and the Mac and cheese was terrible as well. They put bland cheese, zero flavor over penne noodles. I had to feed my daughter real mac and cheese when we got home. If you want good steak go to Texas Roadhouse. If the manager hadn't taken the meal off the bill I would've given them one star. read more
