I believe this was the only place that truly offered a spring menu where you could actually taste the ingredients. I ordered the pistachio outpost, and it was absolutely delightful. It was so refreshing to enjoy the nuttiness of the pistachio. Service was good. I loved the large windows that let in all that natural light.

I came here to try their coffee and it was pretty good. I ordered a hot mocha and taste was just perfect to me, better than Starbucks in my opinion. This cafe is a nice place for people to chat with friends or doing their self study. This seems like a popular place for young adults. Overall my experience was okay, would be back again.

There's a plaza parking to get here. Inside is sleek and chill. Seems like a great place to meet with a friend or some studying. The staff are nice. The drinks arrived at a good pace. They have some tasty looking pastries that unfortunately I didn't get to try. I got the earl grey latte. The drinks was smaller than expected, especially for the price. I did get the earl grey flavor occasionally. There were hints of the lavender. It was enjoy enough and not too sweet. And it wasn't too hot so you can drink right away. I'd like to try more of the drinks.

I had an adequate experience at Outpost Coffee (Diamond Bar). I ordered the Ube-Ube Coffee ($7). It's two shots of espresso with sweet ube. The initial sip is refreshing, but the coffee flavor quickly fades. As time passes, the drink tastes like sugary cereal milk. I arrived at Outpost Coffee (Diamond Bar) on Friday (around 11:48AM). The parking lot is big but busy. Fortunately, I quickly found a spot. The sign says, "2 Hour Parking Only - All Day." Staff is polite. Staff quickly took my order and answered my questions. My coffee took three minutes and 25 seconds. As mentioned, I ordered the Ube-Ube Coffee ($7). The caffeine is soft but uplifting. The drink is not bitter nor runny. However, the flavor of sugar and milk dominates the cup. It's not a memorable drink, but it's not bad. On ambiance, Outpost Coffee (Diamond Bar) felt a little worn down and old. The crevices were dusty and the location felt a little messy. There's about three electrical outlet. The location also has customer internet with password; details are posted on the counter. Fortunately, Outpost Coffee (Diamond Bar) has many clean tables. There's about six small interior tables, one long curved counter, and one very long table. The ceiling is tall, so the location didn't feel cramped. Overall, Outpost Coffee (Diamond Bar) is not bad. It feels shabbily maintained, but there's utility. If already nearby, I lightly recommend 4.2 out of 5

Everything was sooo great! The employees were inviting and the place was super cute & just a great vibe! The mocha was delicious! We also were swooning over the jalapeño cheddar bagel. It was so good that we got a to go order before leaving of more food, coffee, AND matcha Just really enjoyed the overall service, thank goodness for good baristas 11/10 recommend this place!!

I love Outpost Coffee! Their outpost latte is at an ideal sweetness level and the cream top tastes great. The service is quick and their baristas are attentive. The shop is spacious and clean. There's a ton of seating for people to study or catch up with a friend. Wish I could give another star because they are open until 9pm!

**MENU ATTACHED AS OF 03/14/26** Highlights: matcha was great and the indoor seating area has a lot of room! Great place for studying and catching up. There are some outlets available. Unfortunately the croissant I got was dry. Maybe we came on an off day? Just knocked off one star but hopefully I can try again next time I visit! I'd ideally like spots like these to have great baked goods as a little study snack. Parking is a little full but not impossible. Service was great! Baristas in front were very friendly and answered questions especially about the spring menu. Overall, I'd like to visit again especially for redemption for the baked goods.

Such a beautiful space with lots of natural lighting. It seems perfect for a nice catch-up over coffee or work session. For studying, although there are a bunch of seats, there's only three charging ports, so beware! Everyone who helped us was very kind and knowledgeable. We went in the early morning, and we were asking a bunch of questions They met us with kindness and they seemed to want us to have exactly what we wanted. For the star of da show: grapefruit tonic! This drink is incredibly nostalgic for me, as I used to have it all the time in Asia when I was in high school. I have not found a replica until now! The espresso pairs perfectly with the tonic and grapefruit. I love love love that a hint of the grapefruit's bitterness is preserved, and it is just such a well rounded drink. We also got a banana caramel latte, which isn't up my alley but perfect for my bf. He said he was flabbergasted that he could distinctly taste both banana, caramel, and coffee in each sip. I cannot wait to come back and try their other drinks, but I have a new favorite spot.

overall: If the wifi was better, I'd come back again to study. Earl Grey Latte (3.7/5): this was one of their spring specials. I really couldn't taste the earl grey, instead I mainly tasted honey instead. It was also on the sweeter end. Ube-Ube Latte (4/5): The ube was pretty good and paired well with the coffee but the ube tasted a little artificial. seating: good amount of seating available with both window bar seating and tables. good for getting work done. wifi: they do offer free wifi but it was very slow which made it hard to get work done. parking: plenty of parking in the plaza. bathroom: bathroom needs a code that u can get from the cashier but was clean and is in the main building.

This replaced what previously was Mugs Coffee, and I liked how they redid the seating so it's more open spaced with plenty of bar seating for working. I just wish they had more outlets available and less stools. It was not too busy when I arrived at 2pm on a weekday, and it wasn't too loud which I appreciated for studying. One of the reliable coffee shops in DB. I used to come here when it was still Mugs so i was surprised it changed to Outpost! However they did not disappoint. Food: 4/5 I ordered their iced matcha latte with signature foam top. The drink came out to around $7.50 or so. Pretty standard pricing for matcha and it tastes pretty good. Although i had only ordered the plain signature foam top i could taste a hint of banana flavor so im guessing the foam pitcher they used wasn't rinsed properly...? I also ordered a hot mocha latte with oat milk. Probably one of my favorite mocha lattes although the size of the drink is a bit disappointing considering the price. Service: 5/5 Service was great no complaints whatsoever. All staff were very kind. Ambiance:4/5 Great study spot with lots of natural lighting. There are plenty of seats but it gets filled often. I enjoyed the ambiance, feels very welcoming and comfortable.

i ordered their ube latte. i wanted to try something different compared to my usual cafe order of getting a matcha. this ube latte was $7 and i was pretty disappointed. it tasted like a regular latte, no ube taste at all. i might as well get the regular one. i did a caffeine pick me up and did do its job. i'm just more upset i paid $7 for a drink and it tasted dissapointing. plus they need to add more outlets in the store because i could only find three and they were all being used. anyways i probably would not come back again there's other cafes nearby that are prob way better.

This new coffee shop replaced what used to be The Mugs. Honestly, I like the vibes a lot better. The interior is clean and simple. The service was quick and helpful. The cashier recommended the outpost latte amongst a couple other drinks. The drink itself is pretty good, not sure what it's made of but it tasted nutty. Great place to study/chill with friends. Didn't get any food but they also got food options in case you get hungry or smth.

Such a great little cafe! Croissants are delicious! I always order the outpost latte because it is just hands down classic. I tried the seasonal pumpkin outpost latte and it was still yummy with that hint of pumpkin spice. Will definitely always recommend this place and go for an afternoon pick me up. read more

Tried Outpost today with the kids. We ordered the strawberry matcha, a guava croissant, and their iced Outpost Latte. Drinks were solid- real strawberry puree, whisked matcha, cream top +chicory on latte was thick and lightly sweetened + the perfect amount of bitter. We also ordered the guava croissant- thought it would be like a porto's guava paste but it was half cream cheese and half jelly donut filling. I'm not into that, but my kids enjoyed it. Can't wait to go back (probably tomorrow) and try a different menu item! read more

Was pleasantly surprised to see this new/rebranded coffee shop in the Diamond Bar area. My first visit, I was so excited to see they had a banana latte. I tried it, and it did not disappoint. I love that banana has become an increasingly popular flavor among coffee/tea shops. Also tried a croffle, I like it better than the ones Grid Coffee offers. Second visit the customer service was more pleasant- asked if it was my first visit (I said second) and they offered me a sample of their outpost latte. It was good, but I still defaulted to the banana latte. Once the barista handed it to me, he immediately realized he forgot to add caramel to it and took it back. I prefer it mixed into the drink, so since ice was added in already, it never really dissolved. Overall a solid shop for the area, they're still new so I'm hopeful it'll get more consistent. If their customer service was more consistent also, I think the shop would be really solid if they kept up the standard. read more

Service was great and the food and drinks were great. I had the blueberry matcha and a pistachio croissant. It was very quiet as a lot of people were on their laptops. There were still plenty of seats on a Tuesday afternoon. I took a star off because it was super hot inside despite the ac running the whole afternoon. read more

I came in this morning and ordered a cappuccino and turkey sandwich and everything tasted great, but sadly the service was disappointing. First time at outpost and love the interior of the shop. Lots of seating with natural light, tables and countertop seating areas that are good for solo study/work sessions to group meetups. Their coffee menu selection is pretty impressive, I enjoyed my honey oat latte with cold foam on top. My kids also enjoyed their croffle pastry which was perfectly chewy, flaky and not too sweet. read more

This place used to be known as the mugs, but has been completely rebranded to Outpost coffee which is better. It's much more beautiful inside and the baristas put more thought into making your drinks. My friend and I got the outpost latte which is a latte on tap and has a cold foam. read more

good service, lots of seating. the air inside was very stagnant. i'm assuming since it was busy and they were understaffed, the barista didn't have time to turn on the AC. got their matcha latte, it's sweetened with stevia but i think their matcha powder is too floral. the drink was overly sweet and tasted artificial with no umami. maybe their coffees are better read more

I paid 7.50 for a 16oz yuzu tonic. It wasn't filled to the top. I guess they charge for the dehydrated lemon ( not yuzu) slice they use for garnish. If I want to overly critical of the drink itself, it's sour tonic coffee. But there was enough sweetness from the yuzu syrup to balance the bitterness of the espresso. I do not like the new sipper lids that they use. It feels like my two front teeth will hit the hole as I drink the coffee. No outlets along the circular bar seats. The atmosphere feels like a school study room rather than a cafe. So if you want to relax and talk with a friend, this is not the place to go. Ironically, my complaint is that they're too busy. Not like bustling busy, like squatter busy. These customers are in it for the long haul. I've been here before and me and my friend had to sit in the adjacent stairwell connecting the cafe to the offices of the plaza. If you're nostalgic for the cramped, anxious feeling of finals week in college, you'll feel right at home. The one shining spot of the cafe is the service. Well actually the tall girl with the hoodie was really nice and friendly. She has a mole near her cheek. The other girl didn't even bother to greet me. Overall, if you want to try to study, hope you find a spot. If you want to chat with a friend, hope you find a spot. read more

They recently rebranded and changed up the menu. It looks like they are still undergoing some cosmetic changes but they are still open. So far I've tried their signature outpost latte, dirty chai, and strawberry match. I also tried the chocolate and guava crossiants. Everything was so good. Love how the drinks arent too sweeet. Recently visited this cute new cafe and LOVED their banana cream latte and strawberry matcha!! The drinks had amazing ratios so you could taste the coffee or matcha flavor without it being overly sweet, we were so impressed! I ordered the banana caramel latte and honestly, the taste was the only decent part. The size was ridiculous -- it came in the tiniest cup I've ever seen, maybe four sips total, for $6.50. It felt like a complete rip-off. I left feeling more annoyed than caffeinated. read more

I love where this coffee place is and the availability for people watching when you sit and have a coffee at this place. The people were nice here too and we got our drinks fairly quick. My friend got the matcha and she enjoyed it. I got a latte and it was good as well no complaints there bathroom area gave a back rooms feel lol but the coffee place itself was good for the area read more

I used to live in the area and stopped by new cafe and was pleasantly surprised. It's got a nice vibe the barista even offered me 2 different samples of their cold brews. I ultimately went with their house special the outpost latte which is excellent - not too sweet and refreshing. The warmed up croffle was also delicious. I can see this being a great spot for small groups and or a study spot. Ample parking outside was a plus as well. I'll be back to try the rest of the menu! read more

Usually disappointed with coffee out and feeling like the best coffee is made at home. Ordered their pourover using ethiopian beans. Quite surprised by the superb quality and expert preparation. I'm writing this review because today's experience has surpassed all my previous coffee experiences. I am humbled. I learned today that there there is way better coffee than what I prepare at home. Went in the morning and ordered 2 avocado bagels when I got home they gave me 2 cream cheese bagels ! I would not have complained but the lady at the register got my order wrong 3 times when I was placing it ! For a Coffee place I would think they would be more awake than that ! Make sure you check your orders to go peeps ! read more

Best coffee shop I've been to in years. If you're looking for an every day coffee go for the Outpost Latte. The staff gives free samples of it and it's honestly the best coffee I've ever had. Will be coming here to study at least a few times a week!! read more

Finally Diamond Bar has a good Coffee spot with excellent coffee. The vibe is cute and clean. I ordered the Outpost , which was a house coffee cold brew with and oatmilk cold foam and a dash of sweetness. It was so good, and perfect balance of strong and smooth. Francisco was took my order. He was a gem! He was passionate of the coffee and had great recommendations: so we picked the outpost coffee, the jalapeno bagel & salted cookie. Everything was 10/10. Definitely will come back and recommend this place for our girl hangouts. read more

Employee gave me a sample of their outpost coffee to try since it was first time there...and I was in love. I loved the fact that they offered me a sample...I have not been to any coffee shops that do. This is a great idea for those that don't know what to order! It was so delicious and a taste I have not tried and I go to many coffee shops. Was very impressed, shop was busy...no where to sit, so that should say something. Definitely coming back. My boyfriend and I came in on a Saturday around 1pm, the cafe was filled with students busy studying. We ordered a banana matcha, hot chocolate, and the turkey and cheese sandwich. The food was pretty amazing and worth the price, and the drinks were pretty good. The service however was okay. The girl who helped us at the register barely spoke to us and looked like she didn't want to be there, pretty much only asked if we were ready to order then told us our total at the end. But when we picked up our order a different girl handed our food over and let us know where to grab any napkins or utensils and was very nice. Overall, i'd recommend and would come again, just hope they can help the cashiers to be more personable. read more

Jasmine Oolong Milktea with Black Tea Jelly was floral and creamy. All toppings were fresh and had a snappy texture. The lingering aftertaste is a subtle tea taste. Lo and behold I found that it is actually just right across from the freeway on ramp and just 1 exit from where I needed to be. The staff here is friendly abd the drink menu is small and unique. I have always ordered the iced Amorcita which is cinnamon, vanilla and orange peel and the drink really has great flavor. I have not tried any additional drinks as of yet but they have several unique options that really set them apart. The place is quite small but has a decent amount of seating inside and out and the prices are right in line with most shops in the area. I am a fan kf this place and will be a regular going forward with at least a couple visits per week. Check them out if you want something a bit unique and are in the area.

The store also has their own house espresso which was a medium dark roast. American Express is accepted as a payment option here. Overall, it was a decent work spot. If I come back, I'd prefer to try another drink and hope other pastries are available. Would recommend the biscoff cheesecake for those that want something sweet and the house coffee beans for those that like medium roasts.

My family and I recently visited Outpost Coffee, and overall, it was a nice experience. The location itself is lovely, with comfortable indoor seating and a very laid-back atmosphere. Most people there seemed to be working on their laptops while enjoying a snack and a coffee or matcha, which gave the place a relaxed and productive vibe. One thing that was a little difficult during our visit was the menu setup. The only visual menu is located right next to the register, so since it was our family's first time there, we had to stand at the counter just to look through the options. It would have made the experience smoother if there were a larger or more visible menu that customers could look at before getting to the register. The cashier seemed slightly impatient at times and was on her phone intermittently, but she did offer us a sample that was delicious. We actually all ended up ordering the same drink after trying it (the Outpost Latte), and it was fantastic. The latte had the perfect balance of sweetness and savory flavor. We also ordered the Croffle, which was very tasty and paired well with the drinks. Overall, we really enjoyed the drinks and food, and the atmosphere was great. With a more visible menu and slightly more attentive service, the experience would have been even better. read more

I checked out Outpost Café because their drinks looked so good and I wasn't disappointed! At first, I was a little confused about the location since it's tucked away around an apartment complex, in the corner of the business area. Once I found it though, it was worth the stop. The café itself is very small, there's just a bench inside where you can wait for your drinks, but not really a space to sit and hang out with friends. They do have some outdoor seating, which is a nice option. I ordered a cookie butter latte, and it was absolutely delicious.
