So cool! Definitely supposed to be classy so expect classy prices. But WORTH IIIITT!!

Was looking for a local spot for dinner and found this on Yelp. Charming little restaurant even though they're undergoing construction. Despite not having a res, we were seated quickly. Shout out to our server, Emily, who was super friendly and helpful with their menu. We advised that we were mildly in a rush and she took care of us. They started us off with an amuse (Italian meats on crostinis). They were yummy! We ordered the Brussel sprouts for app and the Australian wagyu with truffle fries for dinner. Wow! I am so impressed with how tender and juicy the meat was. The seasoning was just right. We got a little side of demi glace to compliment the steak. All were so good! Their menu is updated for the season so I'm looking forward to checking out other entrees at my next visit!

We made a reservation for 4 people on a Saturday just in case but it wasn't too busy at 5:30. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is quaint and simple.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server was very attentive. I really enjoyed the food presentation. Definitely fancier than what we're used to. Think like a nice wedding but the food was actually good. I had the stew with mash and my husband had steak medallions with truffle fries. His steaks were perfectly tender. My stew was very flavorful and hearty. The brown, butter mashed potatoes were so good. We had a lemon, coconut cheesecake to finish that didn't disappoint. One suggestion, check their website for an updated menu. Don't go by the one in here. That was my mistake. Apparently it changes every season.

I've lived in the area for over two decades, and Friday night was our first visit to Owen's. The only disappointment was realizing we waited this long to try it--everything was phenomenal. The restaurant is a cozy space with an elegant, rustic charm and beautiful lighting that sets the mood perfectly. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate. The last time I was this thoroughly satisfied by a meal was in Europe. The food is simple yet elegant, impeccably high-quality, and bursting with flavor. I have never seen my husband enjoy every bite of a meal the way he did at Owen's. It was a truly memorable dining experience, and we can't wait to return.

We went for our anniversary. I wish they would've asked if it was a special occasion but they didnt. The food was good, bartender was awesome and made awesome drinks. If anything I may come back for drinks only one day. We did think the dmfood was good, especially the deviled eggs. My husband really liked the salmon.

A friend of ours recommended this place for a date night. We were really impressed honestly! The food was really good. I did the 10 oz filet with fries and my husband did the wagyu with the truffle fries. I've honestly never had fries with my steak and wasn't sure what to expect but it was a really good pairing. We each added asparagus for a vegetable side. For appetizers we did the loaf of bread and the beef tartar. The loaf of bread was warm and had really good fluffy butter. The beef tartar was also excellent. The Gigi's cocktail and old fashioned were very yummy. We had two New York cheesecakes for dinner and they tasted very very good. We were really impressed overall with the service, and the energy. We were constantly checked on and it was a great vibe. Definitely plan on returning!

You definitely must stop by when you're in the area. I had the best experience at Owen's Bistro. I celebrated my 1 year anniversary here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a friendly environment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their staff is great. Special thanks to our waitress Emily for her recommendations. The food was amazing, the Tomahawk steak was cooked to our liking. We will definitely visit again soon. We also received a lovely handwritten card congratulating us :)

Wifey wanted to come here last minute so we gave it a shot. The service was good and the ambiance was great. It was in a weird part of Chino, a cute little area, I'm not sure what to call it. It was a bit overpriced, but the food was pretty good. We had a root beer and a wine. We ordered Steak Frites and Boeuf Bourguignon- a beef stew type item with mashed potatoes. A lot of meat and gravy, but could have been some more mashed potatoes. The food was cooked well with good seasonings. Most people sat outside on the patio area not inside. Miguel was good and attentive. The only thing was that when the electronic payment system came it had the tip at 20%. I thought I choose the tip amount based on service and food quality. Overall it was a good experience. I will come back when I want to spend $150-200 for dinner

A great place for a romantic dinner. We've never had anything less than delicious and there is a full bar a good wine list. The menu changes seasonally and there are wine dinners and entertainment frequently scheduled.

First let's start with saying this place is definitely worth every penny. Hidden Gem [[HIGHLIGHT]]Husband and I had a delicious romantic dinner and the live jazz band was the cherry on top![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you're looking for a chill and good place to enjoy a delicious meal. I totally recommend this place. Dianne our server was 10/10 and provided great customer service. We will back more often. Here's a few pics of our meals.

This is one of romantic fine dining located in downtown Chino. We were here just because we wish to eat great beef. So my husband ordered Australian Wagyu and I ordered Short Rib over Pasta. First off the Wagyu was so 'stingy' considered it worth of $75, it's only the super tender meat and 3 pieces of potato, could be more generous with some veggie for that price. While the Beef Short Rib Pasta was tender however the sauce was too sour to my opinion. Overall service was great and sweet. We were taken care of well. The "fine dining" concept could be more altered to the point pricey but worthy if they want customers keep coming back again.

My wife and I wanted to do a romantic dinner night close to home, we picked Owen's bistro. First time we have been there I was impressed from the moment we walked in. Nancy the Manager, was extremely friendly helpful and courteous, Jordan our server was helpful in his food recommendations and very attentive. The food was excellent [[HIGHLIGHT]]the atmosphere was excellent[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would highly recommend this restaurant especially for a romantic dinner night.

The bottomless mimosas ($29.99) sound like a great deal, but just know how they run it. There's a 90-minute minimum, and they don't bring a bottle to the table--you get one mimosa at a time, and you have to finish it before they'll bring another. The first one I got tasted like straight orange juice barely any champagne. I sent it back and to their credit, they remade it much better They mentioned they control pours to keep the environment in check, which I understand--but if you're expecting free-pour vibes, that's not the case here. Food-wise: French toast & breakfast potatoes were really good However the Chilaquiles were super dry and lacked flavor--wouldn't recommend Burger & fries were decent, but nothing special As for drink pricing, it does lean a bit on the higher side. bucket of 5 beers was around $42, $15 for a Tito's vodka shot, and even a basic Jack and Coke came out to about $18 with tip, which felt a little steep for the area. the best deal was definitely the green tea shots at only $9 I will say, our waitress Priscilla was great. She had a lot of tables and seemed a bit overwhelmed, but she still made an effort to check on us and kept my mimosas coming pretty promptly. I didn't have to wait long at all between refills, which I appreciated. Since we went for a special event, the DJs were great and really kept the energy up the whole time Parking was easy. It did say there was a $2 fee, but when we printed the ticket, we weren't charged--so it might be free, but I'd still double-check at the kiosk just in case. Overall: decent spot for the vibe, music, and brunch outing, but just be prepared for controlled drinks and slightly higher prices.

Service was okay, although the cashier seemed to be going through the motions and wasn't particularly engaging. The restaurant appeared clean at first glance, but I did notice a few food safety practices that I think are worth bringing to management's attention. While handling ready-to-eat (RTE) food, employees should change their gloves and wash their hands whenever they leave the food preparation area or touch items that could contaminate their gloves. During my visit, I observed one of the cooks, an older gentleman, step away from the line and use the drink dispenser located in the dining area. Afterward, he returned directly to food preparation while still wearing the same black vinyl gloves. I did not observe him remove his gloves or wash his hands before resuming work. I've included a photo showing the location of the drink dispenser for reference. Later, I noticed a chef from the restaurant across the street stop by and hand food to the same cook. Rather than seeing the food taken to a designated employee area, it appeared to be placed near the cook line. If observed correctly, this could increase the risk of cross-contamination if proper food handling procedures were not followed. On a positive note, I did observe the front-of-house staff washing their hands appropriately as they transitioned between different tasks, which was good to see. Overall, this isn't a bad place to eat, and I enjoyed the food. I simply hope management takes a closer look at these food handling practices, as following proper glove-changing, handwashing, and cross-contamination prevention procedures helps protect both employees and guests.

They've got indoor and outdoor seating and they seemed a touch understaffed for being a beautiful day. It was also a Tuesday lunchtime so maybe they weren't expecting it to be as busy as it was. We were able to prove the menu before we got seated. And our super friendly server came out and we were able to order right away. They've got a lunch special. That is a small personal pizza with a salad and we each got that. Salads came out first and I had the arugula salad, which was absolutely phenomenal. 10 of 10 would eat this every single day. The arugula was peppery and it was well dressed in a lemon vinaigrette type sauce. I am a fan of just plain lemon on mine, but this was delicious. My husband got a union salad, which is their specialty I guess. It's got colored carrots and some beets and some shallots. I thought the dressing was bland and it certainly needed salt and pepper. We asked for both and didn't get either. Our pieces came out and they were nice and woodfired. I feel like they could've been done just a little bit longer maybe a minute or two. The sauce was a lovely fresh type crushed tomato sauce. The cheese was nice and gooey and did not feel or taste like a package of processed cheese. Pepperonis were greasy, but in a real meat kind of way. I had to dab mine, but my husband just went to town on his. The pickled peppers is a pickled jalapeño. Big chunks of them. They certainly didn't skimp on any of the toppings. They were a little sweet and a little hot. Some of the big chunks were a little too sweet for my liking but overall, it was a nice flavor mix Also from a size standpoint, I thought the salad and pizza were very adequate for lunch at around $20 price point I asked for salt and pepper again as well as a side of ranch. This time we did get the salt and pepper as well as cheese and crushed red pepper. But we didn't get the ranch until we were leaving. The server did apologize and said he thought someone else was bringing it out but I pretty much deducted a star because we asked for a couple different things that never came. Overall, the service was super friendly, the ambience was nice for an outdoor lunch thought. I thought the menu looked delicious and there were several things I would like to come back and try and I would go back again.

It was so underwhelming. 2 eggs cooked differently, one over hard, one over easy, 5-6 potato pieces and the steak was thin, overcooked, and appeared to be a cheap cut of meat. A New York cut would have been great. Wife mentioned norms has better steak and eggs. Called and spoke with a manager Stephanie, not looking for anything, but to express disappointment in the meal for the high price. She offered to mail a gift card for us and invited us back.
