I like the concept. The staff is super friendly and so nice. The food is hit or miss. I've had the wings, nachos, a side salad and the quesadilla. Pretty good overall. My son had beef tacos. He loves beef tacos. He took one bite and wouldn't eat anymore. I thought he was being dramatic, so I tried a bite. They were indeed awful. The beef was dry and smelled like dog food. They really were terrible. The alcohol on tap is a nice idea. I like the variety and the fact your under no pressure to decide on anything. The prices are steep. After having beer the first few times, I poured a glass of the only Cabernet they had. I filled it about 3/4 to 7/8 full. The cost was almost $20. I know the brand and a bottle down the road at HEB is $10. My bill for a salad, quesadilla, 1 beer and 1 wine was $59 before the tip. I won't go too often because that's just too much for one person. I would prefer the one tv that's on a loop of social media videos (Hive?) be changed to something else during prime hours. I've been twice and seen the same videos over and over again. read more

Let me start by saying I just am not a fan of the concept.. having to pour my own beer can be a novelty in a restaurant, but I really prefer the more traditional approach. The part I really didn't like was the "metering" of the liquid, it's like going to a gas station and filling up.. I hit $7 on the meter before the glass was nearly full.. so I stopped pouring .. also needing to get a "beer card" activated for each person drinking a little odd... service is pretty much nonexistent here, I poured my own beer, went to the counter to order food and searched some shelves for some plastic forks. We did get our food delivered to the table though. The food itself was pretty good, the fish tacos were tasty and filling. Overall we only spent 30 mins there, had a beer, ate and left in that time, so I guess the process is fast and efficient if that's what you're looking for.. read more

Would go back for drinks however would never do food there again. Ordered from their "Bites" section for some appetizers when we first arrived and got our tap cards. 30 minutes later we order dinner from one of the kiosks. We received our meals before our appetizers even appeared. Friends of ours arrived before us and ordered and didn't get their meals until two hour after ours. read more

Shockingly one of the best veggie burgers I've ever had. The sweet potato fries are unbeatable and obviously the self serve beer and wine is a blast. The salad was just okay- if you go here (which I totally reccomended), get a burger and beer. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Great experience today during shelter at home time - food was ready in 20 minutes from ordering, well packaged, friendly service, and family loved it (we agreed it's going to become a weekly occurrence)... highly recommend!!! read more

Didn't try the food. This place is nice inside and the staff is very friendly. Pretty cool concept with the self pour and pay by the amount you pour. However, this place is expensive. The beer only, not sure about the food prices. But the beer is wayyyy over priced in my opinion. It is a fun place to stop and enjoy a pint, maybe watch the game on their three large TVs. But I wouldn't stay to drink multiple beers, my pockets aren't that deep. Maybe I'm poor. My guess is this place will shutdown for a lack of business unless they lower their prices My group did the math on per ounce of beer compared to a typical local beer at other places. This is a favorite restaurant of mine!! I just moved to Austin and the first meal I ate was from Oz, since they are conveniently located right near my apartment. I am obsessed with their BBQ chicken salad. One of the guys there is super nice, always strikes up conversation with my boyfriend and even gave him a free beer after a minor inconvenience. read more

I was told by my son that this place had really good food and had great beer. So I went to see for myself and I was wildly surprised. I had the UBER burger and ordered Onion Rings with it. Fantastic; the best burger I've ever had. And the Onion Rings were a complete match-- awesome combo! The hostess advised me on a beer and let me sample it. I ended up drinking three of them with my food. I cannot rave long enough or loudly enough about this place. Very, very pleased. read more

Food only review. Do not skip this place if you don't drink beer, the food is totally worth! I had the Berry and Brie Burger, and I never eat funky stuff on a burger but it sounded great and it was! The self pour concept is cool, but the food came out about two minutes after I ordered it. Boyfriend really doesn't like this place, but I keep giving it another chance. Love it for what it is- a casual place for drinks and bar food if you need it. I'd rather get fast food than come here but it's so close that I keep hoping it gets better. It's definitely a popular place so it has good people watching opportunity. :) read more

Update review.... since last visit they removed the automatic 15% tip to your bill, which I think was a smart move on their part. Best burger for the area and lots of beer selections. Staff is helpful with the beers. Wish they had a few more wine selections but it is a draft house. Will be back for sure. read more

Pleasantly surprised! What they have on tap is a pretty decent variety of local craft beers. There's also wine. Food and service was fast and friendly. Like their outdoor seating, it's set away from the road, so there's not a lot of road noise from passing traffic. Oh and be sure to get an order of their fried pickles! read more

Just tried for the first time with my son. A great addition to Four Points area. Self serve local craft beer and wine. Great Burger. My son could not stop talking about how much he liked the burger. Very kid and family friendly. It was packed when we got there but were quickly able to seat ourselves. The owners were very gracious and checked on us to make sure we got the most out of our experience. Will be back many times I am sue. Get out and support this place Four Points folks. read more

They were great! Me & my coworker buddies went out for a girls' night. You pour your own beer and get charged by the ounce so you can try a ton of different beers. It's like being at a self-serve froyo place. It was a fun concept and the draft list was varied. Between the 5 of us, we must've tried every beer and half the menu and everything was great.
