    "New" washer with tray to catch the water leaking.

    My parents and I have bought everything in our homes for the past 25 years from P.C. Richard's. Everything. The one time we had a problem (this year) we have been met with complete stonewalling. Our LG washer leaks. It leaked from day one. We would have been better off keeping our 22 year old machine which worked fine and never leaked. We have needed to put a tray underneath to catch the water. I am so disappointed. Edited: reading one star reviews makes me realize our experience is not unique and they were never going to fix the machine we bought from them.

    CONSUMER BEWARE!!!! They were late, unresponsive and delivered a heavily DAMAGED item and ENDANGERED US, OUR TENANTS AND THE SAFETY OF OUR HOME! Horrible, haphazard installation that cost us time away from our jobs because of their lack of communication and follow thorough. Delivery 'professionals' damaged our property causing gauges the drywall and marked up and scratched our hardwood floors. Worst part is they damaged excessively the item we purchased and installed it faulty! After the 'install', Sandy did not test the item before leaving, as required for dealing with an active gas line. Later when we attempted to use our 'new' stove gas leaked throughout our home and we had to fumigate everything! Our tenants came up to inquire about the smell and if they needed to be concerned. We immediately informed Sam, Tom & Carlos and they have not returned our phone calls or emails. What a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! They were late, unresponsive and delivered a heavily DAMAGED item and ENDANGERED US, OUR TENANTS AND THE SAFETY OF OUR HOME! BEWARE!!!!

The salesperson, Michael Grossman, told me everything would take around six weeks. The swing chair arrived on time, but since then, it's been a complete mess. After October 3rd, Michael called saying the pillow arrived and would be delivered by Thursday the 9th -- but no one ever called or showed up. I tried contacting customer service many times, but it's almost impossible to reach anyone. When I finally spoke with someone, they were rude and gave no real help. I even went to the store on October 15th to check in person. The front desk said the pillow should be there, but they couldn't find it. Michael searched the storage area and still couldn't locate it. After waiting, he told me it would come no later than October 20th -- but again, no call, no delivery, and no update. It's now been more than two months, and still no pillow, no explanation, and no proper customer service. This experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I will definitely think twice before ordering from Raymour & Flanigan again. UPDATE:011/20/2025 Michael called me in the first week of November and admitted they lost the item and would issue a refund immediately. As of today, after calling multiple times, I still have not received any refund. The communication, service, and responsibility are unbelievably poor. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM -- REFUSES TO ISSUE MY REFUND This company is a scam. They keep trying not to refund my money. Every time I call, the lady tells me, "The refund will be issued soon," repeating the same line over and over. I even asked her to send me an email confirming the refund, and she said, "I'm doing this, someone else will refund it for you." That was exactly two weeks ago, and I received the same excuse again -- no refund, no update, nothing. At this point, it feels like they are trained to repeat the same script until the customer gets tired and gives up on their money. TOTALLY A SCAM COMPANY -- NOT JUST POOR SERVICE, A COMPLETE SCAM. Avoid at all costs.

Buying furniture should be an exciting experience, but this place managed to turn it into a stressful and frustrating nightmare. From the moment we walked in, the staff acted like helping customers was a burden. The attitude was cold, dismissive, and at times outright rude. The furniture looks nice in the showroom, but once it's delivered you quickly realize the quality doesn't match the price at all. It feels cheaply made and nowhere near what you'd expect after paying so much. What upset me the most was how the store responded when I tried to address the problems. Instead of taking responsibility or even showing basic concern, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It honestly felt like once they had the money, they simply didn't care anymore. After numerous phone calls and the games they played, I finally spoke to manager Spiro who blamed a leather couch falling apart after 3 months on me. Please look at the shocking pictures below that were sent to them and they didn't care. I regret spending my money here. This experience was frustrating, exhausting, and completely avoidable if the store actually valued its customers. I would strongly warn anyone thinking about buying furniture here to think twice and look somewhere else.

    After placing an order April 25th 2019 with Jimmy in the Wayne Store, He told us the items were in…read morestock and we would take delivery the following Tuesday or Wed. 4 days after we paid cash we were told on 4/29 that he was wrong about the sectional being in stock and he would order the right pieces. After countless phone calls and several attempts to cancel the order we finally got the sectional on August 4th 2019. Throughout the months Jimmy said he would have the delivery guys remove our original 2 piece couch to the front lawn (because I had back surgery and could not do it myself), when the delivery men came they asked for more money and Jimmy denied he said that. I feel he made me wait so long because he was getting either used or defective pieces together to send to me. I really feel betrayed by what happened. I took a chance on your company and Jimmy totally destroyed the image of your brand. The wedge and console were not right from the beginning and the rest started falling apart within the week. Throughout the years I have made many phone calls trying to get it fixed. I even tried calling Pilar at the manufacturer's headquarters. Jimmy kept telling me the repair guys were going to come out, but they never showed up. I work from home, so there was no way for me to miss them if they showed up. We paid $2,500.00 in cash with the Warranty. I am wondering if Jimmy even reported this transaction to the main company or did he pocket the money for himself At this point I believe the easiest thing to do would be to just refund my money and we can give you back the sectional. I spoke with Vicar at the Store in Wayne, NJ. on April 24th, 2021 it is now June 9th, 2021 and now Vicar doesn't call back either. He said to send pictures in Image0 - Leg rest does not come up all the way and the front is damaged of left arm lounger Image1 - The wedge never came together and the backs are loose, if you push against the wall to try to close it up, the other chairs can't recline. Image2 - From Day 1 there is not enough fabric to go under the cup holder Image3 - Armless recliner #1 headrest does not extend enough and it is crooked. Then when Covid came (March) they shut down for obvious reasons but when they opened back up in May I got a million excuses of when I'd get the rest of my chairs & why they don't have it. Every month, they told me to wait another month! By July they told me August and I was fed up. At that point I felt like August I would be told September. I asked for a discount due to the inconvenience & was yelled at by some guy. I just don't understand how you can be upset with a customer who's upset about not having chairs for their family to sit on FOR MONTHS......BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP THE DELIVERY PRE-COVID!!! Then has the audacity to blame Covid-19 when it should've been delivered right the first time!! My family recommended this place but now they won't be going there either.

    The only reason I purchased a couch from Bob's was because I specifically needed my old furniture…read moreremoved. Before purchasing, I asked the salesperson multiple times whether furniture removal was included, and she repeatedly assured me that it was. Delivery day arrives, and the delivery team informs me that no removal service was scheduled and they would not be taking the old furniture. I then spent nearly four hours dealing with customer service, only to be told there was nothing they could do. Apparently, the salesperson forgot to add the removal service or make any note of our conversation. Despite this being entirely their mistake, Bob's solution was essentially, "You're out of luck." My options were to either figure out how to dispose of the furniture myself or purchase another piece of furniture and schedule a future delivery with removal. It's incredibly frustrating to spend thousands of dollars on a couch, rely on the information provided by a salesperson, and then have the company refuse to correct its own error. Mistakes happen, but customer service should make them right. Instead, I was left with a new couch, old furniture I can't move, and hours wasted trying to resolve a problem that never should have existed. I won't be purchasing from Bob's again and would strongly encourage anyone relying on delivery or removal services to get everything in writing before buying.

First I was told they have the queen mattress in. But not dressers or king bed. So they were going to deliver the queen bed and come back with rest. Long story short I get everything delivered except footboard, headboard frame for king bed. And when I called I get remember I told you they were damaged. NO I REMEMBER YOU SAYING THE DRESSERS WERE DAMAGED. SO EVERY WEEK ITS A DIFFERENT STORY. I was told my bed would be in this week. The 10th, or 11th I called today now it's June 17th. I dont think im ever getting thos bed. Im 2 steps from saying cancel it and not pay them. This whole time through thos whole ordeal not one manager has offered anything to makeup for this ordeal. That is not how you do business. Instead of blaming new delivery system. And new delivery system blaming them. Why not try to keep a customer coming back. Offer us something. Throw in something for the aggravation. I will not be buying from here anymore. I hope administration sees this, or the higher ups. I, ofcourse, went with her to pick out something nice and offer my opinion. We went on a Saturday and returned back on a Wednesday, the 11th to make the purchase. As I called the actual store to find out the delivery date, which I found out was supposed to be for this past Sunday the 12th, I decided to place up our old furniture sofa and loveseat up for donation. Two extremely nice gentleman came Saturday evening and were able to pick up and carry out our sofa and loveseat out to Paterson for her home. Yesterday the delivery comes and the truck drivers are here within five minutes & decide it's too big to bring into our house. Mind you the sofa and loveseat that we donated were in fact a bit bigger and had no issues being taken out of our home on Saturday. I think they just didn't want to do the extra work. Sucks they missed out on a good tip for their hard work. As I get the round about today to the service department , I've been transferred to all different departments today to help solve this problem, I am told that the loveseat is not part of the order!! I was specifically with my mom when she made the order. The sales rep did not include it in the order. My mom wanted the whole set , sofa, love seat, center living room table and two end tables. A lapse of misunderstanding that results in the sales rep not earning what could have been a solid commitment. And of-course is not having any furniture at the moment having to start from scratch yet again. So now we have another issue. Oh and for the sofa to be delivered it would have to be broken down & reassemble and there would be an extra $180 for that service which was never disclosed to us when we first made the order in the first place. So as you can imagine I am frustrated and annoyed that I cannot get through to the sales person because he called out sick and we now have a living room with nowhere to sit. So I unfortunately had to post my experiences on social media and go in person today to cancel the entire order. The manager was kind and helpful and even refunded the taxes that were paid. But even though we were offered to select other items, the experience of this after waiting a whole month and three days to deal with this left a terrible taste. Such a shame because my mom was looking forward to having entirely new furniture to enjoy this holiday season and years to come. Such a disappointment.
