We went to Disneyland and we chose to eat here and right when we walked in they greeted us and they were so busy but were still amazing help!! Especially our waitress Emma!! We got picked up for dinner to celebrate our friends birthday. They wanted to go to PF Chang's, sounded delicious. We had reservations for 7 o'clock, so we got seated right away. For drinks I ordered the Pomegranate Lemonade which was perfectly tart and sweet, beer and Mojitos. For the the kids food they ordered orange chicken, My daughter ordered the chow mein for kids comes with chicken as well. We all shared the Mongolian beef, Kung pow beef, honey shrimp, and an order of the orange chicken. The Mongolian beef was delicious. The honey shrimp was perfect a little crispy a little sweet, the Mongolian beef was tender a little sweet juicy with lots of scallions, the orange chicken was delicious to me, but because our friend has an allergy to certain foods, the spicy was way too much for her and for the kids since they like the orange chicken as well the spice was also too much for them, except the kids orange chicken was more like chicken nuggets with the side sauce of the orange chicken sauce, which was kind of strange. But the spice level was too much for them. Our waitress her name was Tiara, she honestly wasn't that great, and that's why I had to give it four stars. She had no smile on her face. She didn't check on us. She did not refill our drinks and when our friend asked for no green onions in the orange chicken are friends ordered because of an allergy they still brought it with green onions so she couldn't eat it but we could. They ordered another plate of the orange chicken without the onions and Tiana brought out a bowl of the sauce, my friend said we asked to order another orange chicken without onions not a bowl of sauce. It took a very long time to come out so my friend asked for the manager her name was Avery she was awesome, so helpful and friendly, she got us another order of something else for the kids because the 2nd plate of the orange chicken for them was even spicier which it was. Avery was awesome, she is a fantastic manager, we felt bad for complaining but our server was not good at all She made the experience so much better, I don't like writing reviews that talk badly about servers because I know that it's not easy being a server, and I'm sure she works hard but tonight she didn't even try. Avery took great care of us. She's an excellent manager. We ended up ordering desserts at the end, two orders of the fried bananas, vanilla, ice cream, and fruit. I've never had anything like that, but it was very delicious and savory with a bit of crunch from the fried part of the banana and together with the vanilla ice cream and fruit mmmm yum. Thank you for making our experience better Avery, I would recommend coming back because of her. I love P.F. Chang's food maybe it was just an off night for our server. In 2016 I wrote a review for this location talking about how things had changed but that some things really stayed the same. Well, we went to P.F. Chang's this past weekend and recognized very little. My heart sort of breaks for what this restaurant has become, and I seriously doubt we'll be back. Here's what was good: ***The service was still good. We loved our server. He was personable and attentive. ***We liked our cocktails and loved the chicken lettuce wraps. They have a good cocktail menu with inventive alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. And the lettuce on the lettuce wraps have been changed from those perfectly round iceberg cups to stalks of romaine...this is I think an improvement. Here's what is not so good: ***The quality: Gone are the days of Chang's spicy chicken being chunks of white meat chicken dusted in potato starch and then tossed in the wok with the most delicious spicy and zesty sauce. Enter in the day of tiny scraps of chicken, deep fried and then thrown in some sauce. We could feel the difference (no literally, my arteries are still trying to work out what happened). ***The deep fry: When I worked at P.F. Chang's and granted it was in the early 2000's, there were only 4 things that were actually deep fried (the sweet and sour's and the crispy honey's). When our server asked how our food was, I told him we were surprised by how the food was so fried, like I'm talking Deep Deep fried! Our Mongolian tofu had the tiniest cut pieces of tofu so deep fried, if I closed my eyes I couldn't tell it was tofu. The server told us that almost all the dishes are fried these days and a little piece of me died. I understand that P.F. Chang's had to evolve to make it in the restaurant business. It's just evolved in something that is not for me. If I ever go back it will be for cocktails and lettuce wraps. read more

Came here after an eventful day at VidCon. The place was deserted, but had the regular P.F Change ambiance. We were seated immediately at the bar and tended to by our wonderful server Sam. Sam was attentive, efficient, kind and insightful in helping us choose some food and wine selections. We went right at the start of happy hour and lemme tellll ya! P.F might have some of the best happy hour, everything is $5. We didn't go too crazy tho because we had a long drive home after. We ordered the Pan Fried Shrimp Dumplings, Hand Folded Crab Wontons, Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Chili-Garlic Green Beans and the Sesame Chicken. Located in the Anaheim Garden Walk on W. Katella Ave. and S. Clementine St. Parking in the structure is free with the restaurant's validation. We walked in for dinner and waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The hostess was not friendly or welcoming, but we had a good server, so that made our experience better. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and organized with a full sized bar. We tried their 'California Roll', 'Changs Chicken' and 'Signature Beef Lo Mein'. Decided to come here for lunch as my friend has never been here. Didn't wait too long to be seated and the waitress was very attentive to our table. Started with Changs spare ribs. Loved these as they were very tender and sauce is very tasty. The slaw that comes on the side was good too and had a little kick to it. Ordered lunch portion crispy honey shrimp, one of my favorite dishes. Comes over white rice which was ok, thought I asked for brown rice. There wasn't too much sauce covering it which I liked. The portion was just enough for lunch and was too full for dessert. Definitely recommend to to eat here especially if you have never been. We asked if there is any other way to get a table since we were in a hurry. She recommended that we go and see if the bar has seats. They were all filled so we asked the waitress over at the bar why there was 15 tables open and it's that long of a wait. he asked who told us that we just said the waitress at the counter. the bar tender over there said "that's her for ya". we headed back over to the front counter she now said 45 minutes. we decided we will wait. as tables were leaving we noticed that not one group came in for a table. we kept wondering how there was that long of a wait. after 30 minutes of waiting she finally sat us down. there was only now barely any tables that were filled with people about 7 tables. we realized then that she was not seating us because she didn't want to. She kept giving us dirty looks. Being as mean as possible. PF changs please fire this lady. she has bad service and even her coworkers notice too. pfchangs has always been awesome don't know how people like her are still working with as great of a chain as they are. This is the worst PFC we've ever been to. Ordered 5 dishes and an appetizer to go. 4 dishes were ordered gluten free. 1/4 of the GF dishes wasn't labeled gluten free (the others were) so I didn't know if I could eat it and 4 of us were supposed to be sharing plates. I get chicken pad Thai almost every time I order from PFC and I order it without the egg. Well, they left at least one other thing out. It didn't taste right. There were no peanuts or little brown shavey things, no carrots, just bland, dry noodles and a few green onions. They forgot the tofu also. Terrible terrible terrible. My son got the kung pao chicken and there was no celery at all, his favorite part (!!!) and tons of red peppers...too many peppers. It was also dry. Mongolian beef was dry and chewy. Chang's chicken was supposedly ok but I wouldn't know because it had no GF label on it so I couldn't eat it. Wtf is going on in this place? Total incompetence. My family and I went in for lunch at about 245p we ordered multiple items and I was very disappointed with the portions and food taste. The total was close to 90 dollars for 3 of us, mind you this is lunch pricing. I ordered the lunch spicy chicken, there was almost no rice and the chicken tasted like sweet and sour chicken there was so much sauce it covered the little rice. The teriyaki chicken also tasted the same and it was served with pineapple which my son hated. I remember the food quality being great a few years ago. We were excited to eat here, we would have been better off ordering Panda Express. We will not be returning very much regretted not going to Cheesecake Factory next door. read more

What happened to this place? It used to be sooooo good. Today EVERYTHING was "off." If it had only been one item, I might reconsider, but every single thing was consistently bad. The Crab Won Tons were "fishy" (I know crab is a fish, but this was beyond a crab-like fishiness.) The Egg Drop Soup was bland and tasteless. I love PF Chang's and Monday. October 13th 2025I ordered a very large order. Lettuce wraps the ribs received a small salad, Mongolian, beef and Thai pad, and to my disappointment. There were eggshells in the type when they were scrambling. The eggs and this is like the third time I've noticed with the Mongolian beef. They're using a lower grade of beef. I was ding alone one a Friday night and there was a wait for a table, so I sat at the bar. Even though he was in the middle of making drinks, Brian, the bartender, promptly greeted me and asked me what I wanted to drink. Within a few minutes, I had my drink. I was in no hurry, so I settled in with my delicious drink and watched some of the baseball game up on the TV. After a few minutes, the bartender checked on me to see if I was ready to order food. I told him that I was going to relax and enjoy my cocktail first. He once again made sure I knew his name and let me know I could just call to him when I was ready to order. This is a review for the terrible service we received from the hostess who worked last night on 4/4/2024. My family and I came here for dinner last night and we were told it would be a 30-45 minute wait and we put our name down. After 30 minutes we checked in and the hostess told us she texted us but we didn't receive anything and we were patiently waiting in front of the host stand the ENTIRE time and not once did she call us. I told her she missed our name and didn't call us. Instead of apologizing for the mishap, she ended up calling the party of 10 who waited AFTER us 2-3x and sat them BEFORE us. WHY? This is completely unacceptable. I don't understand why a party who waitlisted after us were sat before us. She didn't give us any explanation nor apologized to us. In all honesty, I felt like we were given less than service due to our race because everyone who was non-Asian were better serviced by her. No communication, rude behavior & overall unprofessional customer service. They don't care about improving their training or customer service like they'll claim/promise after replying to a bad review. They only care about getting their paycheck here so don't bother and just go elsewhere and save your money and potential heartache. PF Chang, we won't be returning to any of your establishments.
