My husband and I had not been to PF Chang's since San Antonio, and we're really excited their was a location in El Paso. The restaurant is beautiful! It has beautiful decor inside and outside! We visited this location on a Friday night, hence the restaurant was a bit busy. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated. I'm a huge fan of their seats, they were small booths that were very comfortable. Our waiter was fantastic! He was very attentive to our needs. As for the food, the food is delicious! My favorite dish is the dynamite shrimp- combination of sweet, crunchy and spicy shrimp! It makes a perfect appetizer dish! I also love their wonton soup! DELICIOUS! I always have to have a bowl. As for our main dishes- my favorite dish is their Mongolian beef delicious! Accompanied with brown or white rice- I love it!! My husband had their crispy honey shrimp. it was also very good! I highly recommend these two dishes-by far my favorite dishes from the menu. Overall, the service was great here, one suggestion would be that the individuals who serve the food be friendlier and more approachable. Aside from that our waiter was great! 2nd time here and very disappointed with the food. The vegetarian entry Buddha feast was a sad pile of vegetables with a couple tofu pieces mixed in. So little tofu I'm wondering why they are rationing like it's on a shortage. For the prices it is not worth it. read more

This was the most interesting dining experience. I have not been to PF Chang's in over 5 years because of past bad experiences. But decided to give it another chance but then I found Maggie the Maggot in my lettuce. RIP Maggie Yeah won't be going to this or any PF Chang's anytime soon read more

Stopped by for dinner around 6 pm for 4 people and got seated right away. Food came out promptly. Drinks took awhile from the bar. I really enjoyed our shrimp potstickers and fried rice. Lunch time at PF Chang's is the best! I've been to their locations in Las Vegas, Chicago, and El Paso, and have enjoyed them all for lunch, dinner, or simply happy hour. From the tasty sangria to the absolutely delicious ahi tuna poke bowl and of course the lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef (sorry no pic of the entrees), everything was on point! Terrible experience. Took 1 1/2 hours to finally get our food after 3 phone calls. Everything was cold. The orders were small. Not good at all. The workers weren't even sure if they did delivery. I cannot say enough good things about P.F., I love it. Me and my sister are both signed up for the rewards & emails- we had a buy one, get one entree so we justified our fancier than usual lunch with that coupon. As always we started with the lettuce wraps that I could eat every single day. Always delicious and when not, I am not afraid to send them back. If only they could be made without mushrooms. Our entree's were the usual, Chang's Spicy Chicken and Beef a la Sichuan. Beef is always the last option for us but this one is hard to say no to. Both so delicious! My sister right away noted that they were done right... When you eat somewhere this often, you know what your entrees should taste like. Lucky for us, when it was time to pay I had a free entree I had earned from earned from accumulated points. With my sisters coupon we got to choose which one to use. I have earned at least 6 free entree's with their rewards program, and I have my own buy one, get one coupon email still waiting. If you love eating here and want to get the most out of it, definitely buy the gift cards at Costco, sign up for their emails and join their rewards program. I promise it's worth it. (This place is my favorite restaurant because even though entrees are somewhat simple, the flavor is always there and I do not need to be examining my food for things I dislike. Ordered Mongolian been with added broccoli. Meat was flavorless and chewy. Been ordering this dish for years and always tender and flavorful. The vegetables tasted fresh but meat was bad. There was also a big puddle of oil at the bottom which is never appetizing. I threw half of it away which is a shame after spending almost $20 on it. Won't be coming back to this location. read more

Horrible service! Waited 15 minutes before the server even acknowledged us. Ordered an appetizer, 20 minutes later we ordered our food. Of course everything came together not to mention after the table next to us who I arrived 20 mins after us! I ordered a drink, it came after I was done eating my meal... the place is dirty, menus have food on them, and the tables are sticky. I won't be returning thats for sure. We came here on a busy weeknight, and opted to sit at the bar, since the wait was estimated for a half hour. The place is really nice, and sitting on the outside part of the bar on a gorgeous night is very comfortable. It took us a very long time to get service, we ended up flagging down our bartender. Nervous we'd lose our chance, we ordered our beverages, appetizers, and dinner all at the same time. A couple people seated next to us left shotly after we got there, and their dirty glasses and napkins were still next to us when we finished eating. My water had a lot of stuff floating in it, so I had to get a new one. That's never fun, but it happens. For food, we shared the chicken lettuce wraps, which had the classic to-go-Chinese-food flavor, and I really enjoyed my Hokkien Street Noodles (a new item), though it tasted a little Italian to me with the roasted tomatoes! I thought the sweet & sour chicken was okay, but not amazing. It wasn't dried out, which is good. Overall, going with 3 stars. Food is good, but not authentic. Better than other Chinese we've had in the area, though. It fixed the craving, for sure. read more

Alright. Our waiter was amazing!!! The food was ok. I can get better food at Thai chili by my house for half of he price and faster. The drinks was good. The atmosphere was like half fast food half restaurant. Not what I expected. The staffs need more education about the food. I asked for a bowl of steam rice. He asked me what kind white or brown. What I understand since I'm Thai. I believe there is one one kind of steam rice is white. But if I want to order brown rice I will say brown rice. I asked for a smaller spoon so I can eat my rice with my chicken dish. One of the guy brought me a super small desert spoon. my waiter saw it and he found me a Togo spoon for me. The staff here is fantastic. Even management goes out of their way to take care of you. It is, however, a chain. Some of the food is obviously mass produced, but overall, it's good. I mean, it's Chinese. That said, it's one of the few Chinese food places that don't give me a headache. Even others that claim not to use MSG give me headaches. read more

Been quite a while since we had been to a P.F. Chang. The food came out and looked great but had a burnt taste. My other half mentioned it to the waitress who immediately picked up the food from the table and kept apologizing. The Manager brought out fresh plates and entres. He explained the problem and was very gracious which speaks volumes for him and his team. Waitress was outstanding as well. Glad we came and are grateful for this type of service. read more

I use to love there food. The portions have been cut in half and the price has gone up considerably. They have changed the recipes or something. The orange chicken was mush, a mess. The Kung POA chicken is the thinnest chicken I have ever seen. The Brussels sprouts were hard, difficult to bite in to. It is sad what they have done. Had the orange chicken in house today for birthday celebration. It had mushy texture but a lot of good spice. Basically tasted like take out that had sit for a half hour. Rices were dry, flavorless but mixed with entree turn out ok. So basically for me to drive across town it was not worth it, could have had same quality from Panda Express with less cost and drive. read more
