I'm native to Cool Springs and have been eating at this PF Chang's for years and they never disappoint!!! The atmosphere is great, relaxing, private, and inviting. The food is always hot and fresh and incredibly tasty. The crab wontons or lettuce wraps are delicious for an appetizer. I absolutely love their Dan Dan noodles, so much flavor and goodness. Another favorite is the Kung Pao chicken. All of their desserts are amazing, of course the lava cake or Great Wall is a winner for chocolate lovers. You really cannot go wrong with a single item on the menu. Top favorite places to eat for sure! I've never been more pleased at any other Asian place. I had never been to a P.F. Chang's before. I was pleasantly surprised. It was nicer than i expected. Decorated nicely. I tried a little bit of what everyone else got and everything tastes very good. Nice menu selections. I didn't pay so I'm not sure how to gauge cost. But it did seem to be a tad high for a chain that isn't very unique. Our server was new she forgot some things and took forever to refill drinks. But she was fun, she'll do great once she has a few months under her belt:) read more

Nice clean restaurant, and good atmosphere. Food is very food and its family friendly. It is so much better than a Chinese buffet and the portions are generous. My favs are the LoMein, Pepper Steak, Cashew Chicken, and the lettuce wraps. (they are an appetizer but plenty to share or have as your meal alone.) This location is in need of proper help, new management, something. Light bulbs out in dining room, dirty bathroom, no one really seems to like their job it seems. Took almost 10min for our server, Courtney, to acknowledge us and ask about drinks. When we ordered we stressed my husband can NOT have sesame seeds in anything, yet our app was covered in them. We were not checked on, and not offered dessert. She only had 2 tables. The place itself needs refurbishment. TLC. It's a mess. We always leave there annoyed by the lack of service. We only go back because of the BOGO entree coupon. If not for that, it wouldn't be worth it. Management if you read this....please tell your servers to be attentive to guests, friendly, check on them. Please clean your place up too. PF Chang's has been my Chinese go to. Super disappointed today when we placed a lunch order for 6, including 3 chicken lettuce wrap apps that were 90% watercress!! Subpar at best. Ordered the lettuce wraps and the filling actually had a good flavor but hard to eat because the lettuce was cut strange. Based off the lettuce wraps I may have given a 3. Unfortunately we did not think the wraps were enough to eat so we ordered ramen and shrimp dumplings as well. The ramen was absolutely disgusting, it included noodles which probably came in a bag, with uncooked carrots and mushrooms. The mushrooms tasted horrendous, almost a cardboard/soap flavor. Instant ramen tastes much better so don't waste your time. If you want really good ramen go to Otaku, don't even think about getting it from PF Changs which is really just an expensive version of pei wei and everything is probably just warmed up in a microwave just the same. Not sure about the taste/quality of the rest of the menu but based off our experience we will not even attempt to try anything else. To top it all off we paid $56 for all of it, just enough food for 2 maybe 3 people. There are much better restaurants that do a mix of asian/thai food in the area that don't cost so much but are MUCH better. I paid triple the amount for food I could get at literally any Chinese take out. The food took forever to come out, it was cold and all had a burnt taste like the wok hadn't been cleaned in quite a long time. The dumplings? Tasted EXACTLY like the ones I get from the freezer section at Walmart, the exact same sauce any everything. I was completely disappointed and will never go back. I can't believe they have the nerve to charge 20 bucks a plate for what tastes like thawed frozen food. read more

We had a reservation and still had to wait forever even though there were at least 8 empty tables. But I can let that slide. The food just wasn't very good. I've eaten at many PFChangs in a dozen states but this one is never as good as any of the others. The service is just OK, the manager never comes around and the food is marginal. I recently visited this place and had Chengdu Spiced Lamb. My friend had garlic noodles. We both felt that the dishes were pretty sweet. Especially "spiced" lamb is not spicy. In my understanding, spicy need to be spicy but the dish was close to a desert dish. May be that is what most people expect here. That being said, the overall service was exceptional. The place seemed small and crowded. West end PF changs is much better. I also think that prices are a bit on the higher end. On the positive side, sweet tea is really good. read more

We used to consider PF Changs to be on the higher end of casual dining. But recently, it seems to have gone down hill. Our service was good and food was OK. The tables were sticky and the general feel of the main dining area was dingy. If just felt like a casual, O'Charley's type of place. Price was OK. Allergy Alert! On Tuesday around noon (half the restaurant was empty) I ordered my usual, Orange Peel Shrimp, which contains no nuts. I informed the waiter that I had a peanut allergy. He repeated back the order, including the allergy alert. When my plate arrived, it was the PFChang allergy plate, so I dug my fork into the food, only to discover that the dish was completely full of peanuts that had been stir fried with the shrimp and were covered with sauce. This was a dish that could kill me. I notified the waiter, who removed the food. When I requested a manager, he eventually showed up and issued a very quiet, and not heartfelt, apology, and comped my meal, then walked away. I was very disturbed at the lack of sincerity or concern for my health and safety. If you have food allergies, beware. read more

It was my first time at this location but they are all pretty well the same. I usually go to a P.F. Chang's about once a year and each year it seems to get a little less impressive. Don't get me wrong the food is good but I am not really sure it's worth the price. We had the sesame chicken and lo mein this time around. The lo mein was really good but the sesame chicken was ok. I can get equal quality lo mein at a hole in the wall I know. Again it's not bad and the service was good. read more

Well to start off they had our reservation mixed up with someone elses. Waited 30 minutes to be seated even though our tables were ready. The hostess had attitude, and then when we order our food everyone in our party got their food except for 1 person whose food came out about 5 minutes after everyone else. Also, they charged my husband for refills on his tea even though the menu doesn't say anything about charging for refills and the server never told us. The whole meal was a disaster and when we asked about the charges for refills on the iced tea the server said "yeah that's how they do it now and this place is going downhill fast". Save your money and your sanity and go someplace else. read more

Always love the food at p f changs but today we arrived at Sunday lunch time with only a few cars in the parking lot. That made me suspicious. We were a party of six and everything went well as we placed our order and received our bowl of soup and lettuce wrap appetizer. Then everything slowed to a crawl. The egg rolls and soup for the changs for two never came out. All entrees took a long time. We kept asking for missing food and the waiter said the kitchen was backed up. Some food we would cancel and then it would show up. Finally the dessert that was cancelled came out and we finished. We were there 1:40 for lunch. Way too much down time. Defenitly better than pei wei I really like pf Changs in term of food VERY FLAVORFUL sweet and spicy egg drop soup is AMAZING almost all of their dishes are AMAZING the only dish I got there that I did not like whas there scallops not bland but WIERD tasting otherwise there food is PERFECT now there service I'm not as strong about the people are nice that's not the problem the problem is your food takes WAY too long and they're always disappearing this happens even when there now one there and there's plenty of staff! Something is terribly wrong at this location. Waiter informed us there would he a slight delay due to computer problems before we even ordered. I asked how long. He could not elaborate on the delay. I looked around the establishment that was not that busy on a late Sunday afternoon, and I noticed no one had food on their tables. All I saw was the waiters continually apologizing to people. Management was not present on the floor for any explanation. After a 30 minute wait and still no egg rolls or soup, we decided to leave. Believe all the poor reviews and avoid this location. I love PF Changs so when I was traveling to Nashville on business, I suggested we stop for lunch. They have a great lunch menu! My co-worker ordered the chicken wraps with sweet and sour soup. She said both were absolutely delicious. I had the spicy tuna roll which came with a choice of sides (I chose the salad). The salad was incredible - it tasted like it was dressed with ginger, garlic and soy but had a little something sweet too and topped with crispy wonton bits for a nice crunch. Great flavors, great prices, great service! They had us in and out of there in about 40 minutes and kept the Diet Coke flowing :) read more

Very disappointing experience- we wondered why we were the only people there at lunch on a Saturday, and now I know. We ordered from the lunch menu and were surprised at the size of the portions. When the bill came we found out why- they had stopped doing lunch on the weekends and had let us think we were ordering lunch. They also charged us $3 for a flat Coke we had to send back and never got a replacement for. Don't be surprised when your restaurant stays empty. read more
