Excellent food and service. Happy waiters and waitresses! My daughter and I came here for lunch it was well worth it!

The Ambiance is the same as always striking statue at the entrance, nice and clean inside. I stopped by right after 3 pm in hopes of a nice happy hour. I sat at the bar and was soon greeted by a female bartender (Madison may have been the name?). I asked about the menu that now shows $10 all day happy hour vs the special that I'm used to with many food & drink specials for $3,$4 and $5. Unfortunately that menu no longer existed. A little disappointed but still hungry, I ordered a glass of wine, crab wontons and chicken lo mein. That was the end of my service. Someone from the back brought out wontons that were tasteless and like warm. And another brought out the lo mein which was okay. After trying one of the wontons, I pushed the plate away because they were inedible. I ate half of my lo mein. At no point did the bartender/server ask if I needed anything, wanted water, or another glass of wine or asked how the food was. She placed my receipt in a glass in front of me. And I placed my card on top of the receipt, tipped appropriately to the service I received and left. Never again... read more

Took our daughter here for a 16th birthday dinner. Original reservation was for 10 but we only had 6 show up and they accommodated us with no issues. The service was good minus when we asked about our soup/salad the response was.....well you never ordered it but it was part of the 20.99 special we were offered so figured the waitress would have asked before we had to ask for it.....after our dinner arrived. read more

Have gone here a few times and it is consistent. There is main dining room seating or bar seating. The bar area includes the bar itself as well as high tops. We normally sit at the bar as there is just 2 of us. The bartender is social and k owns the menu and drinks. The egg drop soup is always fresh and different than most restaurants. The portion sizes are always big and we normally split a chicken and broccoli. It is always light and full of flavor and plenty for 2 even off the lite menu. If you are a fan of PF Changs or this cuisine then I recommend as it never disappoints. read more

We had a nice experience here... the service was good, as well as drinks, and the food. We love the gluten free options! We ordered Old Fashioned and Organic Agave Margarita (not too sweet and tastes fresh!). For appetizers our table got bbq short ribs, Spicy Tuna Roll, and GF Lettuce Wraps. We also ordered GF Egg Drop Soup, Wonton Soup and Hot & Sour Soup. For the meal, we ordered Mongolian Beef, tofu & veggies, Spicy Chicken, GF Pad Thai and GF Mongolian Beef. The only negative was that the tofu was missing out of the veggie dish and took a while to come to the table after the server was made aware. Still not a deal breaker :) Will definitely be back as this is just a good go to and everyone liked their meals. Also the portions are good sized. read more

If I wanted to go clubbing, I would have gone to a nightclub. The music was so loud the server didn't hear we ordered fried rice instead of white rice. Not an enjoyable lunch. Ordered the Teriyaki Chicken. The photo implied a grilled chicken. Nothing on the menu indicates whether grilled or breaded. It was breaded. Disapppointed. read more

The food was wonderful and plentiful- had the Kung Pao Chicken and Crispy Honey Shrimp. Our server, Jen, was so very helpful and nice. Treated us to the "to die for" banana spring rolls w coconut ice cream for our anniversary. As long as you come in early it's a great place to eat. A little before 6pm they turn the music up too loud to easily carry on a conversation. read more

I purchased my food on 12/31/25 around 5ish. I was highly disappointed, i ordered the orange chicken, honey chicken and shrimp fried rice. We spent 58.37 and I would rather had eaten ate nasty Golden Corral which I hate even more. The chicken was dry, and tough. I was really craving this meal, and I have not found anyone that can prepare orange chicken good. This was my second time going, the first time was decent. I do not know if I will return. I only gave a 1 star because it wouldn't allow me not to select none. read more

The food was great! My group had the beef and broccoli, Mongolian beef, and spicy chicken. Perfect temperature, great taste, and good portions is what we all experienced on this visit. Our server Amara, did a wonderful job ensuring we had a great visit. Our orders were taken promptly, drinks were never empty, and she was such a happy-go-lucky person who truly loves her job. I wish all the restaurants we visit had an Amara. She was terrific. The atmosphere was lovely. It was nicely lighted, perfectly spaced, and the room temperature was just right. I've eaten at a lot of P.F. Chang's locations over the years, and I've always enjoyed their food.  I came here because I had a craving for some old favorites and they did NOT disappoint! P.F. Chang's is a chain restaurant with a certain reputation for quality, and that sometimes results in individual locations slacking off - I'm pleased to report that this link in the chain delivers all the taste and quality I've come to expect.  The food was outstanding! Tip: While it's pretty hard to go wrong with most of their menu offerings, the Mongolian Beef is is my go-to among all my current favorites.  The meat is obviously premium and very high quality; while preparing it they season the dish to perfection, then slice and sear it until the taste is simply amazing :-) My favorite dishes from my initial visit to this location were the Mongolian Beef, the Orange Peel Chicken, and the crispy Green Beans.  Between the delicious food and a couple of Asian Pear Mojitos, I went home a VERY happy camper :-) read more

Having gone there before, we thought it might be the perfect spot for a birthday celebration. unfortunately the evening was spoiled by very carelessly prepared food and service The hot and sour soup was inedible. Wonton soup was ordered instead and that was tasteless and cold....fried rice again barley warm and tastless..kung Po chicken and teriyaki chicken were also served lukewarm... utensils had to be asked for ..a ruined evening...we will not be returning... read more

Walked into this establishment and was immediately seated on a busy Saturday evening. The place was packed. The restaurant appeared to be clean but there was a dirty wrapped silverware on my table that had green residue on it. It was replaced by the server. This was my first time eating at PF Changs. For appetizers we had the crab wontons -6 count! By far the best crab wontons I've had in my entire life. Real crab meat!! Also, heads up the serving sizes are enough for 2-4 ppl. We ordered a shrimp fried rice which was shared and I had the salmon while my partner tried teriyaki chicken. The food was delicious I probably could've used a tad bit longer cook on the salmon but it was delicious. The service wasn't the top notch best but it wasn't the worst. I just think maybe because they were so busy. I do recommend this establishment read more

I have been twice finally! We had Buddhas feast and the other time their version of general tso chicken. The krab wontons were ok for an app. The deserts are delish ! Key lime and the peanut butter chocolate are both great. We also enjoy their lemonades and boba. The service is always wonderful even when busy! And I like the decor even though initially I thought it was a franchise nightmare. The place is pretty and the veggies are fresh well prepped in the wok! read more

Bland food. The fried rice tasted like boiled rice and looked like they added soy sauce to the white rice. The servers seemed overwhelmed and many delays we're experienced from seating , to getting the order from the table to delivery of the food. Casual dining though a little noisy. The decor was decent. Mall parking can be a premium in the town center unless you are prepared to park some distance away and get your steps in! read more

First time here and just like I thought the place is nice, sober decor and good service. The food is nothing to write home about. My wife got a cup of sweet and sour soup that tasted like pure beef bullion nothing Asian about it. My shrimp was lacking flavor and the only good thing was the lomein noodles. read more

The restaurant has a nice vibe and atmosphere, good background music not too loud. Great location for groups, families, and couples. Standard chain Chinese restaurant smack dab in the center of Town Center shopping complex. If you haven't been once I definitely suggest giving it a try although for those who are local, I would suggest a Jacksonville local Chinese restaurant over PF Changs. Tonight we ordered the gluten-free chicken, lettuce wraps which rang up at $15.50. Portion is large enough to share as an appetizer or enjoy on your own as an entree. in comparison to the regular version, I found the gluten-free to be less salty, although quite oily. Despite having ordered chicken the dish was heavy on the water chestnuts and sparse on mushrooms and scallions. Notwithstanding, we definitely devoured our appetizer and enjoyed it. Good location for larger groups or office lunches as the restaurant offers ample seating and the waitstaff can get you in and out on your lunch break, negotiating traffic at the town center at lunch is another story. read more

First off, we had a reservation because we were a large party. We were not seated for 30 min after our reservation time. The front desk people kept telling us they were cleaning our table...the reality was the guests that were at our table hadn't left yet. Don't lie. Just tell us, we'll cheerfully wait, we know you don't have control over other people sometimes. Once we were seated...GREAT service, good food and drinks, and the manager took our apps off the bill for the inconvenience. Our server was fun and helpful (several of us had never visited before so we had questions), and the kitchen didn't take long, which surprised me because it was a Saturday night and they were swamped. Have the Thai peanut salad...it's the bomb! A little spicy, vinegar and sesame forward with lots of cool crisp veggies and crunchy noodles. Was really delightful. The Mongolian beef was okay- beef was too dry and for some reason I don't know why the green onions were cut too big/ long. And they charge almost $5 for a soda. It was packed on a Friday night so good thing we had a reservation. For the appetizer, we had the fried wontons filled with real crab meat , scallions and cream cheese, on top a sweet chili sauce. For my main entree, I had the combination fried rice. It was well seasoned and had a generous amount of chicken, shrimp, beef, pork, and mixed vegetables . I enjoyed my meal and had leftovers.
