Date NIGHT! If we are going to catch a movie at Tysons, we are also going to eat at one of the restaurants here before hand! P.F. Chang's is solid! It always has been! Service lacks if they only have one bartender BUT drinks and food are always good! Ambiance is casual, Asian flare decor! Let's get into it! Chicken Lettuce wraps - LOVE this dish! Although it's considered an appetizer I can eat it as a meal. Asian Ribs - Great! Dynamite Shrimp - Delicious! Fried Rice - You can never go wrong! Sweet and Sour Chicken - Delicious! P.F. Chang's Fan!

PF Chang's is like when I hear a Teena Marie song.. It's an oldie but a goodie! Sometimes to get what I want I have to make the hike to the Gallaria, and low and behold, that Oldie but Goodie is sitting right in front next to Saks. When I drop in, I always sit at the bar and order one of their specialty drinks and a few appetizers or maybe some sushi. Service is always on point, with a manager consistently stopping by to say hello! In conclusion, before Mr. Chow, Phillipe Chow and even Nobu, there was PF Chang's in front of all the high end malls in every major city... It's still good just like when I hear "Fire and Desire, or Deja Vu", and the price point in just a fraction of the cost of those other trendy restaurants.. and quite honestly, taste just as good!!!

We got the lunch special today. Teriyaki chicken w lo mein and firecracker shrimp lo mein. As appetizer we got the veggie spring rolls. The food is not as tasty as in other Asian chain fast food places Like Panda Express or Sakura Japan. The quality is not matching the prices. That's my thought. Service was nice. He was attentive. Around like 2 pm. It was not crowded. Ambiance is nice and big. Galleria is super fancy place to look around.

Wednesday 3/12/25 I've had PF Chang's: once in 2024 and once in 2025, and both of those times have come from me redeeming my birthday freebie which is a free birthday appetizer or dessert. In 2024, I got the BBQ pork spare ribs appetizer, and today I got the northern style pork spare ribs appetizer, both completely free. - The BBQ pork spare ribs were good and easily my favorite. The BBQ sauce is flavorful and pairs very well with the ribs. - The northern style spare ribs are ribs without sauce and would therefore be labeled as "dry rub" ribs. These ribs were a miss: there's no flavor and no real seasoning for it to be labeled as "dry rub". Overall, I always appreciate the annual PF Chang's birthday freebie. The sauced ribs were quite good, and I look forward to making another visit in 2026 to get my birthday freebie.

We love P.F. Chang's but were disappointed when we visited two weeks ago. Came for dinner, and were excited to try some items from the new Golden Feast. We asked what parts of the chicken we would get with the Korean fried chicken, to which the waitress replied, I don't know it's whatever pieces the chef puts out at the beginning of the day. Say what?? Then we asked about the Taiwanese popcorn chicken, when she volunteered that was made with white meat. I had to correct her because the menu clearly states it's made with thighs. We ended up going with the popcorn chicken anyway and it was good but only about half of the tin can it came in was filled with chicken (see pic) the rest was those styrofoam looking noodles, so it's kind of ridiculous to charge almost $19 for something so small. Besides this we had the pork dumplings, Chicken Pad Thai, Beef and Broccoli and kid's Honey Chicken. The food was very good. Our main issue was really the waitress, she kept giving us the wrong info, she did not refill our glasses, she forgot the rice, then I mentioned my Chang's Bucks, and of course she can't process it, mind you that was the reason we even went. I had to ask for a manager because the back and forth was annoying and a waste of our time.

Came in on a Sunday night for a good and inexpensive cheat day. Got the Chefs feast at $20.99 per person. You have to explicitly ask for the menu though from the server. Egg drop isn't as viscous as traditional egg drop soup. The lo mein is also on the oily side but still pretty delicious. Pork egg rolls came out steaming hot in a bed of rice crisps--very good filling with a savory sauce. The house salad was refreshing with a sweet savory dressing. The crispy honey shrimp had too much batter which gets you full fast. The fried rice is a skip as it was just soy sauce flavored rice with a single sprout. We had a really good and cordial waiter who made sure we were good with our food and were hydrated :) However, we noticed a different waiter from us who was frustrated as the table of 5 he served near us tipped poorly.

A Perfect Night Out at PF Chang's - Like Mama Used to Cook, Only Better! If you're looking for the kind of dining experience that blends great food, incredible service, and the feeling that you're part of the family, look no further than PF Chang's. I've dined at many locations, but this visit was something truly special--and it all started at the bar with Jimmy. Jimmy the Bartender - The Soul of the Bar From the moment I sat down, Jimmy made me feel like a VIP. He's not just pouring drinks--he's curating an experience. Charismatic, attentive, and lightning-fast, he has a knack for remembering names, preferences, and even your favorite drink down to the twist of lime. His craft cocktails are flawless, and his conversation makes waiting for a table feel like the highlight of your night. Whether you're flying solo or with friends, make the bar your first stop and let Jimmy set the tone for the evening. Manager Jeff - The Maestro Behind the Scenes Now let's talk about Jeff, the manager who makes this PF Chang's run like a five-star kitchen in a luxury hotel. You can tell he leads with heart. Jeff doesn't just check in on tables--he connects. He makes the rounds like a host welcoming you into his own home, making sure every detail is right and every guest is happy. He listens, responds, and truly cares. When you see leadership like Jeff's, you know why the team runs so smoothly. The Food - Just Like Mama Cooked, If Mama Had a Culinary Degree Now onto the real star--the food. PF Chang's has always been a solid choice for elevated Asian cuisine, but this visit reminded me why it's a standout. Every dish came out exactly how we ordered--customizations, spice levels, allergies, everything taken seriously and served with precision. The Mongolian Beef was seared to perfection, tender and flavorful with that irresistible caramelized sauce. The Chicken Lettuce Wraps? Crisp, savory, and better than I remembered. Even the side of fried rice was cooked just the way I like it--fluffy, with the right balance of soy and sesame, like my mom used to make on special occasions. You can taste the love in the kitchen. The chefs here aren't just following recipes--they're putting their hearts into every plate. You leave feeling full, happy, and satisfied like you just had a home-cooked meal (if your home kitchen had a team of culinary pros, of course). Final Thoughts PF Chang's is more than a chain--it's a destination. And when you've got a bartender like Jimmy, a manager like Jeff, and a kitchen that delivers food straight to your soul, you've got a winning formula. 5 stars - Highly recommend. Whether it's date night, a family dinner, or just a craving for good vibes and even better food, go see Jimmy and Jeff. You'll walk in as a guest--and leave as family.

It's been a hot minute since we were inside a PF Chang's but we were already around Tysons for a movie and we wanted something a bit more upscale for dinner so we came in for the Chef's feast which is $20.99 each. The menu is much more limited FYI so no dynamite shrimp on that one, and the price increases $5-8 if it's "premium" or "deluxe." We went with the hot and sour soup which came out very hot, but flavor wise it's decent, not super spicy or anything. It was somewhat salty for me though. For appetizers we wanted to get the veggie spring rolls but our server said they were sold out so we went with crispy green beans. They had an interesting texture as they were fried/breaded. I wish we knew they were going to be fried, might have preferred to get the edamame instead. But they were crunchy and didn't get soft or soggy, and the spicy savory mayo type sauce it came with was a good pairing. It was also a ton of food for an appetizer fyi so come hungry if end up doing the chef's feast. Entrees we got the chicken lo mein, can't go wrong with that, it's been a solid safe choice for me. Very good but oily. And the beef with broccoli was the other entree which was tender and slightly sweet and smoky. I also got the peanut butter cream pie for a tiny little dessert which hit the spot. Very creamy with chocolate on top and a side of caramel. Also extremely sweet so that would go well with coffee to tone down the sweetness. Ambiance is fine, it's pretty dark in there, and they were playing all types of music. We sat at a booth towards the windows where we could look out into the mall. It was somewhat busy that evening and we noticed there was a corporate/work party in the corner. Service was good too.

    Lunch-Sized Orange Chicken

I haven't been to PF Chang's in so long and we decided to try it because we heard there were lunch specials. To my surprise, they had such a great selection for lunch! So many dishes, I believe over 10 different choices on the lunch menu. I ended up ordering the orange chicken with white rice. The chicken had a little spice to it, but it was flavorful spice. I definitely thought it was a great portion for lunch too. My only complaint was that it took quite awhile to get our orders and it wasn't terribly busy inside, so it made us late to our afternoon meetings. I would keep that in mind if you decide to go for lunch to give ample time.

I'm glad to see PF Chang's revamping their menu! It's bummer that PF Changs discontinued their happy hour after the pandemic. The Korean noodles and Crispy Green Beans (5/5) - The crispy appetizer was perfect for sharing! Korean Glass Noodles with tofu (5/5) - Really hit the spot and my favorite noodle dish! The springy jap chae sweet potato noodles are chewy and the crispy tofu is bursting with flavor with a heap of stir-fried veggies! Couldn't cook these textured noodles to save my life, they were amazing! Everything paired really well. Veggie Lo Mien (5/5) - The sweet savory lo mein with a heap of veggies - mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, onion, celery, green beans, snow peas and curly spaghetti like noodles hit the spot! I'm not a big lo mein fan, but I can see why it's PF Changs signature dish! Singapore Street Noodles (4/5) - The thin spaghetti like noodles with curry powder topped with crispy garlic shallots and scallions was flavorful and fun to try. While the dish was tasty, my pick is for the Korean glass noodles. Pad Thai (3/5) - The dish was very bland with rice noodles, green onions, carrots, and topped with peanut. The best part of the meal was the seasoned tofu and really appreciated that the waitress asked me how I wanted the tofu prepared - fried, steamed, or spiced (my favorite!) New Buddha's Feast (3/5) - The dish is more savory that I expected, there was no creamy sauce. The seasoned 5 spiced tofu was flavorful with a nice heap of veggies. The broccoli was a bit overcooked while the carrots, green beans, and cabbage were undercooked. Red Crane Sangria (5/5) - While the sangria's minimal ingredients of merlot and vodka with no fresh juices didn't seem appetizing, the Red Crane Sangria was refreshing, well-balanced, and not too sweet. Coconut Mojito (4/5) The creamy cocktail taste like a creamiscle or Pina Colada, dessert in a glass! Tokyo Mule (3/5) - While the list of ingredients with lychee seemed promising in the cocktail, it was bland and not particularly memorable. Pot of Peach Ginger Tea (5/5) - The ginormous pot of tea pours countless cups! The Peach Ginger tea has a perfect natural subtle sweetness. I was a bit skeptical when hubby ordered a pot of tea, but I had 4-5 cups and enjoyed it over my cocktail!

I realize salads aren't the main draw at PF Changs, but this was subpar by any standard. $22 for some iceberg lettuce and processed chicken. This felt like an airplane meal.

The quality of the food here has severely deteriorated and maybe this is why PF Chang's across the country are starting to close down. Starting off, we booked reservations for a party of 10. They were accommodating and now I understand why. We came on a Wednesday evening during summer and there wasn't many folks around. We ordered a variety of dishes and it seemed like they were just leftover dishes reheated. Nothing seemed fresh. They also charged us extra on our bill after they already added mandatory gratuity due to our party size. Never coming back again

However, after returning several more times, I noticed that not only were the prices getting higher and the portions getting noticeably smaller, but more importantly, the food quality was also declining. During our most recent visit, we ordered a fish dish that cost around $38. The fish was clearly not fresh, so we asked the restaurant to remake it. Unfortunately, the replacement dish still had a strong fishy odor. At that point, it became obvious that this was not just an isolated incident, but rather a decline in the quality of the ingredients they use. In addition, the restaurant charges a fairly high service fee. We had a party of 11 people, and the restaurant automatically added a 22% gratuity to the bill. What made it even worse was that the gratuity was included in the taxable amount, meaning customers ended up paying additional tax on top of the tip. The restaurant also has a rewards points system, but the way they calculate points feels extremely stingy and misleading. The staff explained that customers earn one point for every dollar spent. However, instead of calculating points based on the total bill, they calculate points separately for each individual dish, and any amount under one dollar does not count toward points. Since almost every dish on the menu ends in ".99," this effectively means the restaurant excludes $0.99 from every single item purchased. Honestly, I have visited countless restaurants in my life, and every other rewards program I've seen calculates points based on the total amount spent. I have never seen a restaurant go out of its way to calculate points separately for every dish like this. It gives the impression that they are intentionally trying to take advantage of customers, which leaves a very poor impression. On top of that, during our most recent visit, I asked the cashier at the front desk how I could check my rewards points balance. Her response was simply, "I don't know," delivered in a cold and dismissive tone. She showed no interest in helping me or finding another employee who could assist. I honestly don't know whether she simply didn't care because the restaurant is busy enough that customer experience no longer matters to them. In the end, our group of 8 adults and 3 young children spent over $270, yet everyone left only partially full, and some of the food was not even fresh. It was an extremely unpleasant dining experience. I believe this will be my last time visiting this restaurant. In the future, I would rather choose restaurants that offer better value, better food quality, and more respect toward customers for group gatherings. I also would not recommend this restaurant to my friends.

It comes cut into slices, making it easily shareable for the table. - Cucumber with Garlic - Simple dish, but the garlic sauce really makes it memorable. The staff here were great, they were extra mindful of dish placement near my young kids which I really appreciated. All items came out quickly and just as requested. I have visited other locations throughout the DMV and this location was consistent with what I experienced at other locations... friendly staff and delicious food all at a reasonable price. I would definitely come back again if I was in the area :)

The original Rockville location has been quietly earning its reputation, and the McLean outpost…read morecarries the torch without skipping a beat. For a self-proclaimed Chinese food snob, that kind of consistency across locations isn't just appreciated -- it's rare. This is the place I bring family and friends visiting from out of town when I need to guarantee both quality and a good time. No hesitation, no asterisks. That's a short list. The menu hits two lanes perfectly: bold, soul-warming noodle soups and dry noodles loaded with zesty mix-ins that slap just as hard. The flounder with sour pickled cabbage noodle soup is the move if you want something that's simultaneously bright, funky, and deeply comforting. The spicy beef brisket in golden soup is pure richness -- the kind of broth you'd drink straight if no one was watching. On the dry noodle side, the Chongqing dry noodles bring the heat and the complexity you want from that style. Don't sleep on the small eats. The scallion pancakes and soup dumplings are legitimately all-star -- not afterthoughts, not filler. One pro tip: pay attention to the rotating specials once you've locked in your favorites. And you will have favorites. Probably after visit one. Casual setting, family-friendly vibe, top-tier food. Yu Noodle earns a permanent spot on the short list.

We went here on a Saturday around noon for dim sum. The food was okay. The pork siu mai and the…read morefried sticky rice dumplings were fine, nothing remarkable. The shrimp dumplings were good. The beef ribs were really difficult to eat and the meat was not tender at all, it was much more tough and stringy than I expected. The steamed beef rice noodles also had no flavor, definitely would not recommend this dish or the beef ribs. The space was nice, there were a lot of larger tables as well as smaller tables for parties of 2 to 4. It wasn't too crowded when we went, a few larger groups and some young families. As other reviewers have noted, the service was sorely lacking. I noticed some of the servers were pleasant, but the lady who was serving us was pretty unfriendly and inattentive. She did not check on us even once to see if we needed more water. She just seemed annoyed and like she couldn't be bothered to do her job. There was another lady that did check on us near the end of our meal and she was very friendly, asked us if we needed any boxes, and offered to refill our water glasses for us. I guess your experience just depends on who you happen to get, but in my opinion, if you're that rude to customers, maybe you shouldn't be working in customer service. They do validate for parking in the lot and there's a garage that is for you for the first two hours. Overall, the prices at this restaurant are higher than is typical for dim sum. The space is nice, but for these prizes, I would expect a higher quality of food and definitely a higher quality in terms of service. I don't think that I'll be back to eat here.
