Well I know we are in or close to a recession and inflation is real but P. F. Chang's has lost their mind with the servings they are giving in the to go orders. I placed my order early on Friday for later in the evening curbside pick up. Mongolian beef, crispy honey chicken, and chicken fried rice. With tax and tip it can out to nearly $80 bucks!!! Yes $80 bucks. But hey, it's Friday and I don't want to cook so let's do it. I arrived and picked up the order as usual. All good person was nice and friendly. I get home and open the $80 dollar meal and the portions were smaller than Panda Express! I'm used to the entrees being shareable size but these were small single serving portions. Oh no! Blah blah blah. Went on a Friday night and the place was almost empty. There were only about three tables full. The table when we first sat down: My fork was dirty. Then a plate. Then the napkin had caked on food. Our server didn't seem happy that we were there. She only refilled my tea after flagging her down. The Mongolian beef was tasty but the portion was small. The shrimp fried rice, bring shrimp and add it to the rice if you order this dish. The honey shrimp were really good. I liked the flavor. I asked for brown rice and it was u see cooked. Chang's for our birthdays however, today be in my wife's birthday we went ahead to continue with a tradition, and we were both very, very much disappointed not only the lack of service it took us at least 20 minutes to be seated and there was 3/4 empty We had lunch specials food tasting was horrible from the egg drop soup to the pork rolls. Pork rolls were inside. It was very cold and it tasted raw egg drop soup flavor was horrible. We were both very disappointed needless to say we would not be going back for a long, long long time. I don't know what happened. Change to cook franchise take over. I really don't know but it went from 10 in our list to one. Water was good. Beer was excellent chopsticks were clean all than that. The food was really tasty, even the lettuce wrap, which caught me off guard. There was a noticeable saltiness to the Mongolian meat. however, it went nicely with the fried rice. The cheese cake dessert was quite tasty and came in a large portion. I ordered what I think was called the "chang for two," and it was a really large quantity for two that was well worth the cost. The service was quite pleasant. Our waitress, a man, looked after us very well, shared several very tasty beverages with us, and was quite attentive. The last three times I've come here have been a miss. Ordered a tofu dish with broccoli. It was mostly broccoli. The tofu was these micro squares that didn't resemble tofu at all. The vegetarian lettuce wraps was a tiny portion with just a few lettuce cups. Overall Chang's feels less and less like Chinese food over the years. Prices keep going up. Portions get smaller and less flavorful. Sadly, I probably won't return. read more

Brought left overs home to have it the next day n while I am having the green beans there is this long blonde hair in it!! "Fancy" version of Panda Express. First off I want to say that when I arrived to this restaurant my husband and I were greeted properly by the hostess and she was about to seat us when the phone rang. The restaurant was not busy at all and the cleanliness of it was good. I understand that it's part of her job but we are paying customers that are ready to be served. By the fourth phone call I was getting irritated and was about ready to leave. She finally sat us down, the waitress took awhile to attend us which is not a big deal, she asked us what we wanted to drink and took our order. Besides the good service from our waitress, the food was mediocre. No flavor whatsoever, a bit too salty for my taste, and the prices were too high for me for it to not have a magnificent flavor. We ordered vegetarian dishes with tofu. The tofu used to be very delicious and small squares cut from fresh firm tofu. This tasted like reconstituted tofu that came from a bag of dried tofu. Horrible! All of our vegetarian meals came with this kind of small piece sized tough tofu no matter what dish we ordered! 200+ tax for five people is way overpriced when you are getting a horrible tasting tofu! I was very disappointed in my meal today. I ordered the crispy green beans and Kung pao chicken. I also had the coconut mojito. The green beans were fried in huge clumps and dripping in grease. I have ordered them there before and they were not like that. The Kung pao had little Kung pao flavor, no sauce and was excessively salty. I have ordered this dish there before and this was unlike anything I tried previously. It was bad. The mojito was good. My friend enjoyed her Buddah's feast and lettuce wraps. I don't come here often and got the pad thai to go. I got the combo with chicken, beef, and shrimp. When I got home I noticed there was a load (and i mean a load) of tofu in it too. Turns out, after i called and talked with a gentleman, they automatically put that in their pad thai. I was so disappointed. I told him this is the only place I have seen it done this way. Decided to try PF's again after a year not going because food and service really dropped off. The server was friendly and attentive and we received our apps timely and my husbands food. My salad order and drink order got forgotten. Not sure who was at fault but when brought to our servers attention he went to check. 15 mins later salad shows up but did not want it or my drink. Came here for the lunch special and ordered their Mongolian beef and "spicy" chicken. The reheated rice was still clumpy and cold and the chicken was so sweet, we thought they gave us the orange chicken by mistake. And the amount of beef was a joke. My mother and I have visited the restaurant twice. Each time our bar server was Nick. We absolutely love him! He's charming, professional, and makes an amazing Old Fashioned. My friend and I stopped in the Take Out area and we each placed an order. The food was ready really quickly. Upon arriving home we discovered one item was charged for but not received in one of the orders. We went back with the receipt the next day to get the missing item. The manager was very accommodating and made the missing item fresh with no problem. The lettuce wraps are delicious and well worth the effort to get the missing order. It's been a couple of years since I been here and it's was our first time at a restaurant since Covid and epic fail! Yes I takes forever for the food to come out even tho they just a opened 25 minutes ago but damn! It was a bit too dark in there to even see my food and to make sure it's cooked properly and not burnt. As you can see in the picture. Potsticker burnt. You knew better than to serve that and I had to take a picture to prove it. Most of the other food was decent but the only reason we ate it cause we we're hungry and I had to go to my car and take a toke of my weed to be able to eat the food. Need to slow down and ask yourself this: would I serve that to my parent, loved ones or if you got kids. If the answer is no, don't serve that shit. It's common sense! read more

Been quite a while since I've eaten at any PF Changs. My wife, brother-in-law, and sister-in-law, and I took my mother-in-law out for a special dinner last night and she wanted PF Changs. Love the family style service since everyone can enjoy a little bit of everything. It is still a chain restaurant so it's nothing super special but the food is good and the service was solid. Tiffany was our waitress friendly and professional. We started with crab wontons, you can taste the crab and the sauce has a bit of spice very nice. Our meals were orange chicken, spicy and yummy, with brown rice. They give you a choice, it is so hard to find restaurants that offer the choice. It hit the spot to my sweet and spicy spot! My Hansy had the orange chicken which melted in he's mouth. The chicken in both meals was succulent. The pinnacle piece were very tasty, he shared a bite with me! So glad we stopped here! read more
