Mongolian Beef, Sesame Chicken, Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps Edamame

If you want some luxury and chinese food PF Chang's the place to be. Dana our Server was on top of her service and made sure we were taken care of. Her assistants were helpful in bringing out the dishes as well. The atmosphere is always a delight to see.

Mongolian Beef Lunch Combo

I order from PBF chain restaurant today off of DoorDash. They selected the one in Schaumburg. And the pushing size is too small. I paid like $50 for Mongolian beef and rice with vegetable vegetables and I had get a lemon pie and a drink. I was wondering where my rice was and it was tucked underneath the Mongolian beef they did not give me enough, Mongolian beef or enough rice. I will never order from this location again I would just stay with my other Chinese restaurant that gives me a nice push size.

Was just here a week ago and it was great . My friend and I went yesterday and we both got sick . I got the Mongolian beef and a lychee martini and my friend got the potsticker and lettuce wraps . Not sure what happened to prepare the food but we both had a terrible night of painful gas the chills and cramping . This used to be one of my fav places but no more

Hostess seated us and was accommodating. Server was wonderful. Food was hot and good. Ambiance was as expected. Wasn't packed but was people were there. I would go back for the desserts alone. We went for the Freakier Friday Promo of foods being offered. Cons -table was sticky. I don't think this was from food but the varnish coming off. Also sold out of egg rolls. Wasn't a fan of their version of a veggie spring roll.

Dine in | $50-60 My friend and I decided to go here for dinner. Brock was our server. Super nice and professional. Change of shift. He came by to say bye ahd Katie too over. She was very nice , so much energy and very friendly. It was her second day and she was amazing. Food was absolutely delicious and the coconut mint mojito was to die for. Thank you for making our evening special

The service and food were excellent. They do not have a separate GF menu but it's indicated next to each food item. We ordered the 3 course meal along with a GF soufflé. There were a lot of GF options to choose from.

Food tasted great, but the portion size for the 'large' Mongolian beef didn't match expectations for the price. Also, $8+ for 3 small crab rangoons felt overpriced. Ended up paying $50+ and still felt like portions were small. I took the picture after eating only a couple bites and it just doesn't seem like a 27$ size-portion,

No attention to plates piling up

Tonight not much went well at this PF Chang's. Service was pretty slow all night. When we got our chicken lettuce wraps, there was not enough lettuce. We had 6 small romaine lettuce leaves, clearly not enough for the meet mixture. Also there was too little sauce. When we asked for more lettuce, they forgot to bring it. We had to ask again. Getting anything-- more lettuce, more tea, our soups or salads, required asking then waiting far too long for them to arrive. We ordered chef's dinner, which included appetizer, soup or salad, and entree. They brought our entrees before our soups and salad. I ordered the sesame chicken, which I had tasted before, but tonight it was not well prepared. In the past it had a nice, crispy exterior but this time it was soggy and seemed not quite as flavorful. They brought the soups and salad soon after our entrees but my salad came in a warm bowl. I don't know if they provided a warm bowl because it was just out of the wash or because they meant to serve this salad warm. (I'm skeptical of intentional warmth because the type of lettuce would likely wilt and be unappealing if served warm.) I've rarely had a less impressive salad. About 60% was lettuce, 39.5% croutons, 0.5% carrot slivers. A very basic small salad served inside a soup cup. It had a mediocre almost undetectable dressing. Busboys also paid no attention to our table most of the night. Plates piled up, no one bothered to clear any after they were not in use. So tonight it was mediocre service and mediocre food and I expect I would stop going to all PF Chang's if I have one or two more experiences like tonight's.

Kung Pao Shrimp, Highly recommended

Fantastic for a chain restaurant. Great quality food. Nice service and atmosphere. I highly recommend getting the dynamite shrimp as an appetizer. The lo mein is my favorite main.

Super oily and burned food. Looks like they fry chicken nuggets again and add soy sauce and serve it for you.

The Din Tai Fung of Illinois is finally here!…read more My family and I have been chasing the high of Din Tai Fung's soup dumplings for years, but there has always seemed to be an absence of restaurants like this in the Midwest. Thankfully, Phat Phat stepped in to fill that gap. We drove 30 miles for a late lunch around 2:30 p.m. to hopefully beat the crowds. There's a huge parking lot in the back, the building itself is incredibly unique, and the interior is absolutely beautiful. It feels modern while still being warm and inviting. We wanted to try a variety of dishes, so we ordered two baskets of the Shanghai Soup Dumplings, the Enoki Mushroom appetizer, Chicken Fried Rice, Phat Phat Chicken, Nasi Campur, and finished the meal with the Mango Sago. Everything was incredible. The soup dumplings definitely filled the void that Din Tai Fung left behind. Every dish was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and served piping hot. The Mango Sago was the perfect palate cleanser and a refreshing way to end the meal on a hot summer day. The standout for me was the Enoki Mushroom appetizer. That will be a must-order every time we come back. We also have Indonesian family and have visited Bali, so we were excited to try the Nasi Campur. It was spot on. The satay is another must-order in my opinion. Our waiter was kind and attentive, and the rest of the staff were just as welcoming and pleasant. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we'll absolutely be back.

Eventually arrived and even with no reservations, we were able to get a table rather quickly. The dining room had clever decor, ample space, and had an inviting atmosphere. The food photos only show a portion of the menu, so look online before going although choices are plenty, there will be discussions about the food. A nice quaint place that you gotta try if you're a local or simply looking for a different flair.

Both the service and quality of food has gone way down from what they were famous for. The waitress spilled my tea, also dipped her finger in my tea, had no apology or offer to exchange it with a fresh cup. I had to ask her for a fresh cup of tea. Then the other server that brought our entrees spilled my husbands tea and again no offering to getting a fresh cup. We had to ask AGAIN for a fresh cup! While the portions were generous, the quality of all the food has gone way down. The special family recipe of thier shrimp dish Gan Pong is nothing but fried shrimp with dried chili peppers and no flavor. The Hunan spicy beef and chicken appeared to be all globs and sticky because of excessive and over use of corn starch used during the cooking process. This dish didn't have any unique flavor that one would expect. Previously we had experienced a difference in the food, taste and quality and that's what kept us returning. Sadly, after this experience I wouldn't recommend it to anyone or come back! I'd rather stick with Yu's Mandarin than drive to this place! Quality always wins over quantity in my books!

For starters, the vibe feels casual and relaxed here and the drinks are expertly shaken and potent. Our server was wonderfully attentive, helpful and fun, despite being the bar tender that night too. I had the rangoon roll and teriyaki pork tacos. Everything tasted great; perfect presentation, temperatures, and spices to make this a meal worth returning for. I have tried the filet mignon hot rock in the past and it is a fun app to try, at least once. Our only complaint is the walk (Or elevator ride) upstairs to the restrooms. I wish there was one on the first floor. (Admittedly, it is not as easy to navigate after 2 martinis) ha! I will be back for Happy Hour some time, from 3 to 5.

Menus arrived as we were seated, water arrived shortly after, but no greeting, no server, nothing. Another couple came in after us, got seated, greeted, ordered, and were eating while we still sat completely unacknowledged. After 15 minutes we told the host we were giving up. She looked surprised we hadn't been helped, even though our table was less than 15 feet from the host stand and directly in her line of sight. Most of the time she was lingering near the bar chatting with other employees. No apology -- just 'I'll get a manager.' Several minutes later the manager arrived. We explained what happened, but again no apology, no offer to fix it, no 'please stay, we'll take care of you.' Just 'that shouldn't have happened' and she'd talk to her staff. That's the corporate version of shrugging. We'd trekked a long way from the city only to be let down by basic service not happening at all. This is the kind of failure people don't expect from a group as large and well‑trained as Lettuce, and at this point I'm wondering if I should lower my expectations.
