Haven't went here in years....We had limited options with most asian cuisine restaurants in the surrounding area being closed on Tuesdays evening so we gave up and went here. This was our first time since covid as we both have-not been here in almost 10 years and we weren't sure what to expect. They've done some remodeling of some kind, it's even less asian themed and more just contemporary...blah. The menu was super short but that wasn't too much of a surprise with supply/employee shortages. We had beef lo-mein, orange chicken, and I believe crispy honey chicken. Everything was fresh...the orange chicken was almost unbearably orange...like not the strong orange with sweet undertones we were expecting, it had a slight bitter off-putting after taste BUT the chicken itself was coated and cooked perfectly, The honey chicken was crispy and freshly sauced and juicy, the beef lo-mein was fresh, not sure about the veggie blend, something has a slight butter bite to it aside from that to was better than we'd expected. Our servers were kind, one girl had burned herself mid service so we were given another but both were equally helpful and great, overall the visit was okay, we had lots of leftovers. WSo came here for my birthday dinner tonight. We had reservations at 7:15, hostess says we've got you checked in we'll seat you as soon as possible. (Thought to myself that's why we made a reservation so no wait) ok a tad annoying but no biggie we were seated about 10 minutes later. Service was a bit slow but they were slammed and she was being personable and friendly. We started with lettuce wraps great as always. Hubs got kung pao shrimp was great. I picked up curbside for valentine weekend and my order was not cheap they also added on a tip for me to get out go into a parking garage walk to a side door in the rain and wait for my meal. I bought a four pack for $56 and they added extra for fried rice tip and tax with one piece of cake and it was $82. I got the fried rice an egg drop soup Beef and broccoli and sesame chicken. I don't think it was enough food for four people. The beef was so garlicky and salty that we couldn't really eat it and the chicken was mainly peppers and onions and broccoli. We also got lettuce wraps with the order but that was a funny taste as well. I don't know what happened but that definitely was not a good experience. I don't think I will ever want to go back there. Saturday 25th 4:40 PM. I visited here with my 11 year old son. I was racist here. I'm an Asian. When I opened the door, there was a man in a suit and three female employees at the counter. The man scattered me up and down and no one greeted me. And they didn't ask me how many. I first said 2 people and then the host guided me to the table. The host silently left the menu on the table. After 20 minutes no one came to my table to serve. I asked another table server that was passing by me. I asked when it was coming to order. I waited 10 minutes because he told me to call my server. But no one came. Again I asked another server if my server was not coming. The server told me to wait for me to call my server. I waited again. Meanwhile, new guests sat at my back and front tables. The server passed the order to our table and only received two new tables. Of course it was a white guest. I felt so bad that I left there at 5:20 pm. I was fooled there for 40 minutes. And when I left there, the counter staff giggled at me. Racists work in Asian restaurants. It's a pity. read more

Sabiella was our server this evening and she was fabulous. She was vibrant, energetic and efficient with a pleasing smile each time she took care of our table. Pleasant ambience and we noticed that the waitress gloved her hands when packing the leftovers for customers. The pad Thai we had was good. The beef and broccoli was tasty too though a bit too salty and some of the beef slices were tough. But what impressed us was the extremely professional and friendly service of our waitress, Dori. This is by far one of my favorite restaurants in Town Center. The service is always great. Since I was dining alone, I decided to eat at the bar. Great choice. I always have a lemon drop martini which is not on the menu but the bartender made one of the best I have ever had. My appetizer came our great! It was a new dish they have on the menu. Spicy shrimp wraps!!! They gave me enough time to enjoy my drink and appetizer before dinner was served. They weren't busy but the timing was perfect. I enjoyed dinner and walked by to my hotel. Sooo, this is one of my favorite restaurants period. If you are going for lunch, i recommend one of the specials that they have on the back side of the menu which are priced very affordable for the amount of food that you receive. I am absolutely in love with the Northern Style Ribs, the Crispy Green Beans, the Lettuce Wraps, and the Walnut Melon Shrimp. You told me when I called you don't take reservations for seven so why did you ask? I've ate at this location twice and enjoyed the food each time. The drinks are thoroughly delectable. The only reason for my low review was the rushed service I received last time. Although I greatly appreciate quick service, there is a line between quick and rushed. From walking in to the door, being seated, ordering drinks, ordering appetizers, ordering entrees, being served our appetizers, and being served entrees before we had the chance to finish our apps- it was only around 20 minutes. At the 28 minute mark of being in the restaurant (I know this because I had checked in upon being seated) our server approached us and wanted to know if we were ready for boxes! My date and I both looked at each other, confused, because not only had we practically just gotten our food- we were still clearly eating. Our server then said "I'll check back in 15 minutes", which tells me she was trying to get us out before a break. Throughout our dinner, we were never asked if we wanted more drinks. I wanted another but didn't even have time to finish my first before we were asked if we were ready for boxes. We weren't asked if we wanted dessert - which we almost always share together. Our entire dining experience - from being seated to walking out the door was 48 minutes, and that extra 15 minutes was only because our server went on a break. *IMPORTANT* I am gluten, egg, and many other things free because of my food allergies. This review is based solely on that. The food is probably better for people without allergies. Now on to the review: We came here about a week ago. Our reservations were at 9pm since I was getting off work late. My parents arrived first and then me, my sister, and her boyfriend joined after. When we got there, my parents had their drinks already, so we ordered food and drinks at the same time. The order was all over the place. My mom ordered something with broccoli and the waitress said they were out of broccoli and the restaurant was starting to run out of food a lot on the weekends...WHAT?! After a brief meeting with the manager, suddenly someone went out to buy broccoli. I do appreciate the server being able to keep up with all of our allergies. By the time we got our food, I ended up just being able to eat lightly salted shrimp and unsalted white rice, which is something I honestly could've made at home. They marinate their chicken and other meats in egg. The only sauce that is gluten free is their plum sauce, which is fine if you like a bit of spice. I'm not typically a spice person. Either way, it was an interesting experience. Pretty interior and nice ambiance. Just wish they had more egg and gluten free choices. read more

Overpriced "Chinese" food. I went here about a week ago for lunch with a group from work. Somehow I've always managed to avoid going here, but I didn't really have a choice. I appreciated the free lunch and the chance to socialize, but I was not impressed with the food. I LOVE hot and sour soup. However, I do not LOVE PF Chang's hot and sour soup. It had a very dark color, almost like soy sauce and I will dare say it even had more of a sweet flavor. I asked for sriracha sauce and hot garlic paste so that I could amp up the flavor. My entree was Beef Á La Sichuan, which consisted of flank steak and julienne celery and carrots. It was almost impossible to eat the veggies since they were so long....they were too firm to wrap around the fork and too long to remain there on the way to my mouth. Just kept falling off. I was half tempted to scoop them up with my fingers to eat them. Again, the flavor really needed amped up. It was supposed to be a spicy dish, but I couldn't taste it. Pretty bland. I will say that the portions are huge, but that doesn't matter in the end if I'm not even going to bother eating the food. The interior and ambiance are nice but nothing special. I would advise anyone to save themselves several dollars and just get take-out from their favorite hole-in-the-wall. read more

The fact that this place gets a 1 star instead of 0 is obviously because I can't give a 0, and because the interior is very well decorated and clean. When I walked in I was thinking...wow looks real fancy. But how fancy can you make "Chinese take out food". Well the answer is you can't. You're just paying for their pretty furniture ladies and gentlemen. Sorry. It's true, I could make over half of the stuff that you see at Chinese take out places. But I don't, just like many of you I do go and buy Chinese take out. It's not real Chinese food, but it's good and I would rather buy it because it's also convenient. And it's also relatively cheap. But this place. Everything tastes terrible. "Terrible" is a very vague description but I'm using it to describe every single detail of the food. Everything was overly seasoned, literally I could drink a bottle of soy sauce and have it be less salty. All the vegetables were overlooked, my broccoli should not mush like baby food. The noodles of the Lo Mein were soooo over cooked. Also the noodles are wrong, I swear they are using spaghetti noodles. They also have Sushi. This was not sushi. How do you mess up rice? The rice was WET and mushy. The instructions for making rice is on the back of every rice bag, there is no trick. Have you ever had hot and sour soup? It's not supposed to taste like the bottle of oyster sauce and it should not be near black in color. My bowl was either coming from the bottom of the burnt pot or MAYBE this place just can't make food. I don't know. Then again this is just my opinion. Plenty of people LOVE this place so they will continue to do what they are doing. But I swear. I will never step foot in here ever again. Oh also. The service. Terrible. We had this woman who took half a century with everything. We had lunch on a Thursday afternoon with exactly 4 parties in the entire restaurant. My friends had nearly finished their food by the time she decided to come back with my tiny cup of Sriracha. The menu's pallet is no different from smaller a Chinese takeout only difference is the food is plated fancy and is overpriced. My Husband and I looove coming to Pf. Chang's. Their food is great and we really like having drinks here. We usually order lettuce wraps, fried dumplings, and eggs rolls. People working at the bar are always attentive, even though it's usually busy, they make sure you get your drink fast and you are happy with it. I love girly drinks but I'm allergic to pineapple so whenever I wanna order something that has pineapple, they do a great job adding something different to whatever I order and make it tasty! Their sangria and pear mojito are really good too! I've been here many times, last time I came with a friend who is very picky and doesn't eat lot of stuff, she was very specific when ordering food, and they did a great job giving her exactly what she wanted. I actually worked here way back when. I started out as a food runner, then SA (server assistant) then finally a server. You'd think with that type of structure they were training people to become carpenters or electricians. Mind you, my previous job was Bar Manager at a profitable Northeast chain. Lunch with my family this past Sunday was the first time I stepped foot in the restaurant since my last day working here. The layout hasn't changed, only the faces. Service has definitely gone downhill. Servers no longer have to explain the intricacies of making sauce using soy sauce, hot mustard, and sriracha. Now they just place it on the table without as much as an utter. Our server was either lackadaisical or unable to handle is five table section. Let's break down the order shall we? Chicken Lettuce Wraps - app Steamed Pork Dumplings - app Cup of Hot/Sour Soup - app Mongolian Beef - main Norwegian Salmon - main Crispy Chicken - main Shrimp w/ Candied Walnuts - main Garlic Noodles - main The wraps and dumplings hit the table before the soup. When our server came to check on us, he asked the if the soup had been brought to the table. My sister, who ordered the soup, said no and he seemed surprised and gave a quizzical look. Now here's the thing; the servers pour their own Hot/Sour soup on the line. They don't have to wait for someone from the kitchen to put in on the window. So him giving that quizzical look was him trying to put the blame on the kitchen for not getting the soup out. Come on man. Instead of Crispy Chicken, we got Crispy Shrimp. By the time anyone realized it, we had all taken shares of it and put it on our plates. Now, if the server had paid attention, he would have realized that we were following the "Wok Hay" principle. This just means that we order at least one protein, in our case, one chicken, one fish, one shrimp, and one beef. Had it been a more experienced server, he/she would have double-checked on the double order of shrimp. My dad and I also ordered a round of Tsingtao w/ frosted mugs and it came to the table late and the mugs were no longer frosted. So needles to say if you are not from a big city that has its own "China Town", then yes, PF Changs will be a definite step up from what you are used to from the myriad mom & pop Chinese establishment that dot every street corner. As much as I want to call it dog food on a better quality plate in an air conditioned space with friendly wait staff, it is indeed an upgrade from the slop that is sold from generic counter parts with original names such as Great Wall, Jade Garden, Grand China, or Golden Lotus. This is a place I will take a guest or family member who is adamant on having Chinese for I'd rather them not get food poisoning from other shady spot. We had 2 appetizers: lettuce wraps and fried pork dumplings. Our 2 entries were: Moo Goo Gai Pan and Schezuan Beef The total price with two drinks and a bottle of water was $76. What did it taste like? Soy and salt and soy and salt and soy and salt and soy and salt and soy and salt and soy on salt with soy and salt. It's been a few hours since I had my dinner and I still feel sick. Overall it is not worth going there at all. When we finally sit down, our food took another hour and it was cold!
