Our server was nice but was not very attentive. My order was wrong. I ordered the hot honey chicken with cabbage and stuffing. I got okra instead of cabbage. Also, it took about 15 minutes for me to get my food, and it was luke warm and was not very good. my stuffing tasted like it came out of a box. My friends said the same about their mac and cheese. We got deviled eggs as an appetizer and we were not impressed with those either. My chicken was mid. I have had better and I have had worse. I really wanted to like this place, but it has really fallen off and fell short of what I expected. His Place is so much better than this spot. I hope this restaurant is able to turn it around soon.

I decided to order something that I haven't tried anywhere else, so I ordered the Southern Shakshuka, which is their own unique spin-off to the original. The meal comprised of a base of creamy cheesy grits topped with a somewhat rich layer of roasted tomatoes and vegetables and poached eggs. OMG it was amazing and so flavorful!
