I placed the order online ahead of time knowing that there might be a wait my estimated time for one breakfast burrito was 25 minutes which I was OK with. When I got there I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes totaling to 40 minutes for a burrito however as they are a new business, I understand that wait times are going to be long. What disappointed me was the amount of money I spent on this breakfast burrito. It is around $18 after tax. For that amount I expected a decent size breakfast burrito however I was presented with a small breakfast burrito that had mostly tortilla instead of the main ingredients. For reference the burrito length was just a little over half of a 16.9 oz water bottle and very skinny. read more

First time here at Pablitos tacos walking in everyone was very friendly and welcoming at the counter the cashier gave us recommendations on the food. We decided on the surf & turf burrito and tacos al pastor. The burrito was delicious flavor was on point the steak was a little tough but overall pretty delish. The tacos al pastor sooo good !handmade tortillas, al pastor has bits of pineapple. A little bit on the pricey side but food quality is good. We had such a great experience at Pablito's Taco! I ordered the Bowl-Rito, and it was absolutely delicious. The combination of Spanish rice, beans, guacamole, and onions was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. My husband went with the California Burrito with Asada, and he couldn't stop raving about how good it was. We also shared the Loaded Fries, which were the perfect indulgent side--generous portions and packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. We'll definitely be coming back! read more

I was really looking forward to trying this new spot since it's close to home and our area could definitely use more restaurants. The food itself was tasty, but for the portion size, it felt overpriced. They also need a better salsa maybe a green salsa with a kick. Their cilantro lime sauce is very good though. The bigger issue was the service. I waited over an hour for my food, and it seemed like the staff was overwhelmed and unorganized. The employees were courteous and trying their best. I believe the owner or manager was there and he could have helped. I don't think they were fully prepared to handle the crowd yet. I really want this place to succeed and will give it another try down the road, but for now, I hope they work on staffing, organization, and portion, value. There is no way there should be an hour wait for a take out restaurant. With some improvements, this could become a great addition to the neighborhood. read more

Hmmm ok. So granted it's a new location, but took 1 hour from order to receiving our food. 2 simple burritos, crunchy taco and 3 pastor tacos. Crispy beef taco was extremely tiny for $3.75. Burritos were ok size, but definitely overpriced. Pastor Tacos were meh. Most likely will not revisit as I can goto Tudys on 6th street and get legit as pastor tacos for less and more flavorful. The wait really killed the vibe. I hope they can get it together. Way too long of a wait. read more

We live right around the corner and excited to try in hopes it was going to be our go to spot. 1. Staff seemed inexperienced and confused. There were two other customers who ordered prior to us their food came out wrong. Which put our order behind our crispy tacos were already made and sitting for 15 min while they made our 3 burritos. As I watched they were making our burritos wrong meaning different than what was on our receipt. 2. The carne asada was not very good. Very grissely. 3. Over priced 16 dollars for a asada burrito. Sorry to say we won't be back to support this local business. I would imagine this too will meet the same fate as Roll Em Up. read more

I went in for opening day, and everything was great, I got the chance to meet the founder Danny and he was super nice . The food was amazing . Hand made tortillas and their meats were great. Food is very pricey for a fast food place. In my opinion these are sit down restaurant prices with table service. Food was so so - got the carne asada and el pastor meats for a couple tacos and a burrito. The tacos and meat were pretty good (4 stars) but the burrito was unfortunately not great (2 stars). I'm giving them a little bit of a break because they're newly opened. However I was extremely disappointed with the hardshell shredded beef taco. It was small and disappointing. The burritos are outrageously priced $20 for a breakfast burrito is insane if they don't change their prices and drastically improve their service and food quality this place is not going to last and that's unfortunate because we need a good taco place in this area. My wife and I decided to try this place out a few weeks after it opened. We went in and looked at the menu and noticed that there was some credit card surcharge applied to any credit card orders. I thought that was kind of odd but we ordered it anyways. We each ordered the three taco plates. Wow so expensive. Three tacos a little bit of rice and a little bit of beans for $16 is quite expensive. We then waited for our food for over 30 minutes. We ended up sitting outside because it was really hot inside as if the air conditioner was not turned on. I kept going in to check to see if my food was ready and it wasn't and there was another person in there, making comments to me about how long it was taking for her to get her food as well. Once we got the food, I would say it wasn't that great. Obviously there's only so much. You can do with a taco, but it was just an ordinary street taco that you can go down to TJ and get for a dollar or two dollars. I don't think I'll be going back even though I saw other things on the menu that looked fairly good. I just don't like how long it took to get our food and the price of the food. read more

I've been here a few times! I was in there last week and ordered two shrimp tacos and carne asada fries. Both were delicious but the shrimp tacos!!!! OMG, SO SO GOOD!!! They are made fresh right before your eyes! The tortillas and the shrimp is battered and fried on the spot. Aliah took my order and she provided exceptional service! Decided to stop by this new taco spot while I was working in Corona. The place was very clean with a friendly staff. I tried the carne asada taco and If you're a fan of carne asada or just crave a legit burrito, this spot deserves your business. The carne asada was moist and the fish was a good size and tasty. The service was good. You are able to eat inside or outside which makes it nice on a sunny day. Do not eat here. The food is very disgusting. When they had their grand opening the quality of the food was way better but you can tell that the quality of the ingredients is going more and more down. $3.88 for a taco that has like 5 pieces of meat on it, it's very noticeable that they have started putting less meat on everything and they are being more stingy on the portions. The white guy who took my order was wiping his sweat and wearing gloves at the same time while taking my order I hope he didn't prepare my food. I asked for a refund but upon speaking with the manager he refused and offered something else in return but the food was inedible so I refused. I used to be a loyal customer but instead of the owners providing better quality, their quality is going down and no doubt this place will shut down soon just like roll em up! Instead of wanting to gain more customers they want to lose customers by being stingy. The place inside was cool but the food was absolutely disgusting. read more
