2/7/26 Sad to write this but the lady at the counter was really rude :/ She was absentminded and not friendly. She forgot 6 tacos from the order and then counted the wrong number of salsas for the amount we got. When I asked her about it, she said that it's 2 salsas (green/red) per 2 tacos so it should be 8 salsas. She only gave us 6. We just paid for the extra set of salsas but it honestly felt bad that she didn't care to do it right and felt like a rip off to pay for something that should have been in there read more

Everything could improve. From customer service to food taste. We were left with a very bad impression overall. First off it's very expensive and for no reason. Should've walked out when we saw the establishment was empty. Burrito almost $20 and was falling apart. We ordered tacos too and they look like they were thrown in there. The burrito was made very badly and their meat in the burritos and tacos hardly any taste. Very bland. For Peruvian fusion there was no Peruvian quality. I've tried authentic Peruvian food and this place is not it! I don't know if I just went in on a bad day, but I will not be going back. They also forgot the dessert we had ordered. 10/10 crunchy tacos! Will definitely be back. Some friends recommended this place for their tacos and wow did this place deliver. So many places the crunchy tacos go soggy but not this place. Meat quality, flavor, and size are all great! Not to mention the people here are so friendly. Place is clean and service is 5 star. Can't wait to order here again. The food here is really good. They specialize in a variety of dishes. I really enjoyed the carne asada fries or their shrimp/fish tacos. The service is also really amazing. The guy who was helping us today was awesome. Also the place looks greats. It's definitely an inviting atmosphere. read more

NOTE: If you go today (March 11th) you can get $1 tacos (10 order max). My wife and I decided to try and we each got 5. I got each flavor. From my most to least favorite, they were: 1. Pastor w/ Pineapple (they were nicely cooked and I love a pop of pineapple) 2. Chicharron (The crispy parts were perfect, but there were a couple of dry pieces) 3. Veggie (Nopales & Mushrooms) (Not what I would normally get, but deliciously seasoned and a great option) 4. Birria (Would have been 3rd, but the veggie one was really good) 5. Pollo (Usually the option I avoid unless it's a tinga or something, because it always feels too bland to me) The tacos came with the "crack sauce" (which was flavorful, but I wish it had some spice) and the Aji Anticuchero (which again, delicious, but I was hoping for more of a kick). If you can't tell, I like spicy. Probably would have given them a 5/5, but they forgot the guacamole on the tacos and we had to wait a bit (it was an online order that said to come in at a specific time, and then they still weren't ready for about 15/20 minutes. I just went to Pablito's tacos on my lunch break after trying to decide where to go and I couldn't be happier with my decision of choosing this restaurant. There's plenty of parking and the inside of the restaurant has very cool art on the walls and catchy music. I found myself dancing while washing my hands in the bathroom. I was helped by a charismatic, kind lady named Estrella. She took my order and brought me my food and it all took only about 10 minutes. The food was fantastic. I will definitely be back. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly as well. It really checked all of the boxes for me. Unfortunately, there were two men that came in while I was eating who were rather rude and I witnessed Estrella handle the situation perfectly. This place knows how to do business and how to hire their employees. Great job and keep up the good work. read more

Love the variety. Their green crack sauce is bomb. The picarones were so good! Haven't had them since last time I was in Peru. I will say that their lomo saltado burrito lacked flavor at this location. I usually go to the Burbank one and it's sooo flavorful. This one wasn't as good. The birria grilled cheese was bomb. I was so excited to try their aji de gallina fries cus it sounded delicious. But it was a plate? Like a regular aji de gallina plate served with rice. So it was super misleading cus i expected loaded fries... which would've been so much better. We're definitely gonna come back soon and try the chicken and the tallarines verdes lomo saltado combo plate, I just hope the lomo is more flavorful next time. Ordered the cilantro soup it is out of this world. I've had it delivered twice and then picked it up and today delivering it. The lady on the phone was fantastic. Her name is Astar .. Really confused about higher rating for this place. I spent over $60 and couldn't find a single item that was outstanding. Everything was mediocre at best but with a higher price tag. Btw, menu pricing online is different than what's in the store. There are way too many mexican restaurants nearby with better taste and much lower price point. Huge pass for me. read more

This place has been my favorite spot in the valley for so long. So happy to see them grow from the stand outside of Circus to multiple brick and mortar establishments. We tried Pablito's, but unfortunately, we were so hungry waiting for our food 45 minutes for street tacos, three taquitos and a hardshell taco that it definitely turned us off towards going back. The tacos didn't have much flavor. The only one that was really good was their hardshell taco. But I asked for no sour cream and they put it anyway the place itself is painted with murals and they're nice enough, but noticed that they take care of their Call in orders quicker than they take care of their guests who are seated within the dining room 45 minutes is kind of an unacceptable wait for five small tacos, three chicken taquitos, and a hardshell taco. Probably won't be going back kind of sad though because I had high expectations for them. At least the restaurant itself was pretty clean. They just need to work on guest experience and wait times.
