I've going to Don for quite a few years. He is the by far the best non US Postal service option in Irvine there is. Don is extremely professional, not to mention hilarious and he always asks about how life is, including my family who have since moved to the east coast. He's always got all of the supplies you need, boxes, packaging bubbles, as I call them, every size envelope, some had no idea existed. But the best part about Don is that is more than helpful with anything you need... Sending things internationally, or sending thing to the middle of the US. He always helps me find the least expensive way and the best part is that he always does it with a smile!!! I have absolutely no idea what other places charge, as he is honestly the only place I go to! I've recommended many friends to him and we all love him. Of course because of where he is, we just laugh and smile about the parking situation, but that has definitely not detoured me from ever going there! I love Pacific Mail! They provide mail services, PO Box rentals, notary services, and my favorite service they offer is a shredding service. For $12 (this should be more....they have been charging $12 for many years), I can fill a huge box full of shredding and know that it will be confidentially and confetti shredded. I have great peace-of-mind when I leave my sensitive documents to be shredded by Pacific Mail. Once the documents have been shredded, Pacific Mail sends me a confirmation that what I left there was shredded, and the date the docs were shredded. It's a GREAT service. This place is phenomenal! I come here for all my mailing needs. You can ship USPS or another carrier. I've been there at least ten times and they never have lines. The customer service is phenomenal too!! I refered this place to a friend of mine and her and I went to mail something on our lunch breaks. She didn't have a box or any tape and the owner helped find her a box and taped it for her. I've asked for tape at the Post Office in the past and have been told I have to purchase tape and get into the back of the line. Never going back to the Post Office :) read more
