I will go out of my way not to mail things here because of the owner. The guy has no common courtesy. I have been in Pacific Mail probably over 15 times out of convenience and each time I am appalled at what he says to people. I have been asked what is in the package I am shipping (in detail and not having anything to do with insuring it, etc.), he charges for a piece of tape to seal your box, and I overheard him telling a woman she was not allowed to use his credit card machine for a small charge (which is illegal). He said "I can hear change in the bottom of your purse, dig it out" and sent her to her car to search for more. He is arrogant, cheap, and rude. He charges you the absolute highest price for shipping anything unless you tell him otherwise. read more

A one minute drive from my place, Don (the owner) is a familiar face and always very pleasant and helpful with everything from sending packages to notarizing documents. Whether I'm patronizing his business or simply dropping off an amazon return, Don is always so warm and welcoming. This place has not let me down. I have mailed items all the way across the country as well as items about an hour away. The people that work there are very nice and answer any questions you have regarding shipping weight and estimated delivery times etc. I read the reviews regarding questions too personal but I have yet to experience that at all. I've noticed sometimes the shipping costs are a little more than I expected but at the same time it's prob worth the money than driving to another mail place. I have been in here several times and the customer service has been excellent. I have now used there shredding service twice, you get a large box which they lock up for you and it totally beats having to do this at home one by one (with a great price). Great way to clean out the old collection of bills. Notary Service was super quick and no lines that I have seen!!
