The pizza is average. The dough is actually good, however th,e cheese and sauce are just, ok.. The major issue is the owner yelling at his employees on the phone. What is most disturbing is how filthy he appeared. His apron looked like it had not been washed. Well, maybe never. Really, gross. read more

Both the pizza and service are 5 Stars here! It's our family's favorite crust! The pizza is both crunchy so you can hold it a slice but it's also got pillowy soft bread center! All the toppings are high quality as well! Service was amazing... One time there was a mistake on our toppings and they made a new pizza right away and gave us cookies for the wait. For a place that touts they are NY style pizza they better over-perform on the ingredients. The only thing I would say is NYC style is the price for one slice- $3.94??? Really, I can find places in NYC that are cheaper and delicious, I'm sorry but the $.99 cent a slice shops around the city are even better. The crust was good and I will say made up for it or I would of thrown it out. The sauce wasn't great. The cheese was weird texture stickyish and there was a lot of it I was so psyched to here a NYC style pizza place opened up but what a disappointment. I have a go to order and place now when I want pizza and this is it! The most basic pizza I just get a large with mushrooms added. It tastes the same every single time. . Ordered off door dash bc of Yelp views. It was meh. First of all, they didn't cut the pie AT ALL thankfully I have a pizza cutter at home. Dough was under cooked, not enough sauce, too much cheese and just didn't have much flavor over all. Very underwhelming but I did enjoy the Greek salad. read more

I just ordered a pizza for the very first time from pacific. It is honestly the worst pizza I think I have ever eaten. It's pretty hard to screw up a plain pizza with pepperoni but they did it. I'm guessing low quality ingredients. Also when I arrived the staff seemed rather confused in general and it took them a while to locate my order. We ordered a San Diego pie and Pesto Chicken pasta. We also asked for ranch for our pizza. "It's a one pop shop" the guy helping me says with a smile. We got home and the pizza was hot and perfect but oh no somehow the ranch didn't make it into our to go box. Honestly not that big of a deal. I mean we like ranch on our pizza but they were busy and everything else was delicious...... I feel like everyone is owed their human moment. I live close and so I called.... We live nearby and order from here often, however the last 2 experiences have been lackluster. We ordered a pizza delivery maybe a couple weeks back, took about an hour and a half to arrive and we were only notified that the delivery person was just leaving after calling at the hour mark. Also, today, I ordered a sandwich for lunch, and it took about 45 minutes to an hour to prepare, and I was only acknowledged once with someone from the kitchen looking at me and telling me "wait one minute" for toasted bread and some chicken with cheese.
