We got a free coupon to try here and it was so good! So good we came back a week later again haha. This time I got the lunch special (2 slice with free drink), I got there just a bit past 3 and they still let me get the free drink, so sweet of them!!! Got my basic pepperoni pizza and love the NY style thinness. Who needs to go to NYC when you have Pacific Pizza here! My husband ordered the cauliflower crust to try and it was absolutely delicious too. They also have subs, wings and pasta for others who may not want pizza. Can't speak on those but will be trying a sub next time! Small shop but cozy, most people do to go. If you do eat here, they have the usual fixings with cheese, red pepper, oregano and even to go boxes for you if you don't finish. Employees are super nice here too. They have ample parking and next to Amazon Fresh so you can do some shopping after eating!

Can't say enough good things about Pacific pizza. Local little Poway joint. Always fast deliveries and fresh pizza. Their chicken bacon ranch, pep, and whatever pizza you want is so darn good. Their ranch is amazing too!

This place is awesome! A great, local, California pizza place. The owner, John or (Jon), was the coolest guy. Great smile. Happy. Kind. And friendly. He seemed to have such pride in his business. His son works there as a delivery driver and his son was respectful and kind as well. The place is small, but perfect for a casual outing for some pizza slices. There are 2 TVs - they were both showing basketball games at the time we were there. The TV's were loud enough to hear, but not overpowering. There are 3 large picnic tables to sit and eat at indoors. And there are a couple 4 tops outside and a 2 seater outside as well. Everything is flat (no steps) so it is handicap friendly. The restaurant is exceptionally clean - which is what you want when you eat somewhere. They have a self-serve soda fountain drink machine. And a small gumball/candy machine (which all pizza places should have). They also sell packaged chips. They supply all the things you need for your pizza like garlic and cheese and peppers and salt. They also sell pasta and some other things. Their prices are great! In fact, we got the 10am-3pm lunch special (which John honored even though we were there after 3pm). Two slices of pizza and a drink for $7. Wow! Fantastic prices! The food was great too! Thinner style pizza with amazing ingredients. The slices are HUGE! We could only eat 1. The ingredients tasted like they are quality and fresh. Highly, highly recommend. This was our first time going there and we will definitely come again. We weren't even planning on getting pizza, but it looked nice and inviting so we decided to try!

FALSE OR MISLEADING ADVERTISING W A R N I N G FALSE OR MISLEADING ADVERTISING To be fair, this is Not SPECIFICALLY the fault or making of the owner or manager of this Particular location. The ULTIMATE RESPONSIBILITY of this Fake Advertising is obviously the PARENT CORPORATION for PACIFIC PIZZA. BUT, they ARE still utilizing the misleading sign (and profiting off it) with absolutely no attempt to clarify the add whatsoever. 1/4 of the huge left-side front wall window is covered by a MASSIVE add sign. This ad sign is a picture of their Italian Sub, and the CLAIM: "FREE CHIPS AND DRINK WITH PURCHASE OF SUB" This changed the course of my trip originally towards their neighbors, a Chinese Restaurant I regularly enjoy. LURED IN BY THE GIGANTIC ADD SIGN, I walked in and ordered a Large Sub, believing certainly the Large with the free C&D would be a deal. I should mention that this was after work, so I was looking for dinner around 5pm. I had paid when I started looking around to see how to chose my drink and chip variety. I asked "I get a chips and drink?" "That's only before 3...sorry." I felt the unspoken words, did I intend to pay even more for a side and a drink? I simply smiled as if I had caught them in a lie. BUT, I was unsure if the sign actually had this notice, and maybe I'd missed it? So, whilst I awaited my already paid for sub, I went out to more thoroughly examine the add sign in question. I did. Thoroughly. Not One Single More Word than originally reported above. While examining this add sign, I watched a mom-aged female come in. I listened to her exchange with the same manager who took my order. SHE managed to bring up the "included chips and drink" before paying , and I heard the guy say, "That's just before 3." Well, as many before certainly have, she gave in and added 2 chips and 2 drinks; certainly couldn't go home to her child without a chips side and something to drink. So I was still examining the add sign. Maybe there was at least an Astrix, which can at least indicate that More Terms Are Associated? NOPE. NOT EVEN AN ATTACHED ASTRIX. This literally constitutes FRAUD, plain and ILEGAL. (still 4 stars because the food and service were excellent)

The place fits our $50 date budget. We always see this place whenever we go to Target but it's our first time to try this out. Should have come sooner. Best pizza crust, well done The combination of San Diego (pepperoni and sausage) and Pesto (vegetarian) was perfect. Love the flavor. The sub, not so sure about it though. I'd go here for pizza and maybe calzone next time.

I have never been a quote on quote " regular " at any food joint. However since taking a gamble on pacific pizza through door dash. I have a go to order and place now when I want pizza and this is it! The most basic pizza I just get a large with mushrooms added. It tastes the same every single time. . Most places don't duplicate and you only get the best tasting when a certain person is working. However pacific pizza always taste the same and is amazing. It's simple great sauce. Great cheese. The bread and crust is cooked to perfection every single time. I recently went in person and the staff is so sweet and approachable. MAKE THIS YOUR NEW PIZZA SPOT if you live in the area! I live in Rancho Bernardo and I make the drive and order from here! also want to add I have experimented and bought the specialties they are also great! Which I love no surprises. I have tried their pasta. Great for adults and kids. My toddler loves the pasta and pizza! Like I said earlier the crust is perfection right in the middle between soft and crunchy so it's easy for my two year old to eat! So family friendly/ younger kid friendly pizza too! Best pizza in the northwest Poway / RB area. Nice people. I've done the research, it's a fact. Only thing close to this quality is Coney's, which is further from me. I recommend build your own vs the specialties. We always come back to meatball and mushroom with a large Antipasto salad. read more

OMG. It was our first time trying this place and it surpassed all expectations. Pizza was FIRE! We had a veggie and bbq chicken split. Then had to try the cookies and they were AMAZING! For a place that touts they are NY style pizza they better over-perform on the ingredients. The only thing I would say is NYC style is the price for one slice- $3.94??? Really, I can find places in NYC that are cheaper and delicious, I'm sorry but the $.99 cent a slice shops around the city are even better. The crust was good and I will say made up for it or I would of thrown it out. The sauce wasn't great. The cheese was weird texture stickyish and there was a lot of it I was so psyched to here a NYC style pizza place opened up but what a disappointment. I'm pretty tired of pizza places saying they are NY style. read more

Ordered off door dash bc of Yelp views. It was meh. First of all, they didn't cut the pie AT ALL thankfully I have a pizza cutter at home. Dough was under cooked, not enough sauce, too much cheese and just didn't have much flavor over all. Very underwhelming but I did enjoy the Greek salad. read more

Always, very professional and great customer service! Despite the fact that there was an employee having a bad day and losing his cool with the Manager, the young man who helped me at the cashier apologized for the disruption , kept his composure and was very professional. Food was fresh and restaurant was clean. Thank you! Always a treat to look forward to. My favorite neighborhood spot to to stop in and grab a couple of slices. read more

I just ordered a pizza for the very first time from pacific. It is honestly the worst pizza I think I have ever eaten. It's pretty hard to screw up a plain pizza with pepperoni but they did it. I'm guessing low quality ingredients. Also when I arrived the staff seemed rather confused in general and it took them a while to locate my order. I would not recommend this place to a friend. read more

We ordered a San Diego pie and Pesto Chicken pasta. We also asked for ranch for our pizza. "It's a one pop shop" the guy helping me says with a smile. We got home and the pizza was hot and perfect but oh no somehow the ranch didn't make it into our to go box. Honestly not that big of a deal. I mean we like ranch on our pizza but they were busy and everything else was delicious...... I feel like everyone is owed their human moment. I live close and so I called.... The kids wanted the ranch so I went back. By the way the ranch is really good! The owner was incredibly apologetic. I told him it was no big deal and I totally understood. He sent us home with some cookies for the kids. The food is great, the customer service is greater and it's close to home. We really like this place! Thanks fellas! We will be back. I have been here a few times and brought friends here too. All was fine until recently. A single slice of pizza - vegetarian - is $5.39. The size of the slice is visibly smaller and yet the price has gone up. I am not going back alone or with friends and will let people know that it is now just an obvious rip off. read more

We live nearby and order from here often, however the last 2 experiences have been lackluster. We ordered a pizza delivery maybe a couple weeks back, took about an hour and a half to arrive and we were only notified that the delivery person was just leaving after calling at the hour mark. Also, today, I ordered a sandwich for lunch, and it took about 45 minutes to an hour to prepare, and I was only acknowledged once with someone from the kitchen looking at me and telling me "wait one minute" for toasted bread and some chicken with cheese. Loved this place when it opened, not sure what's happening lately but not super happy. read more

We got a calzone and wings and the were MONEY!! This guy is cranking out Italian soul food! Every ingredient was fresh, I could taste the fennel in the sausage it was bomb! I grew up in catering I know when something was made earlier in the day and everything was on point! I saw a picture of the calzone somewhere weeks back but saw a bad review so passed for a few weeks. This is the place to not listen to yelp reviewers!!! This was our first time going here. The pizza was delicious but the people that worked here were even better! We got the Sandiegan pizza and it was so good. We were eating in and it took slightly longer than expected and they gave an extra slice. My daughter accidentally fell off the bench and the gentlemen that worked there was so nice and checked on her and gave her a cookie. So happy to find such a friendly staff and delicious food. read more

Good pizza made to order. Open until 9:00. I got the San Diego special pizza, large for $22. Customer service was friendly, from phone order to pickup. Not thin crust, but not thick crust either. It's not overly salted like some other pizza places. Good for people on a low sodium diet. Ask for parmesan or hot pepper packets, because they don't automatically include it. Recommended. read more

This is some of the best pizza I've ever had! I've previously been worked in in pizza industry for 4 years and I can say form experience Pacific Pizza uses quality ingredients to make the best pizza possible. I got a large margarita pizza that came out picture perfect:)! The service is excellent, the employees were friendly , gave me recommendations on the menu and took my order right away. read more

I'm constantly hunting for great pizza, and was finally able to stop in here. I bought a large pepperoni pizza (as this is the best way to determine the quality of a pizza place). Fresh pizza - 8/10. Everyone in the restaurant was super nice. Great people. I called an hour before I needed to pick up, and it was ready and waiting for me, and they seemed to know it was me when I walked in. The large was bigger than I was expecting, which was nice, but it did feel pricey. ($22ish with tax). Overall good taste. Lots of delicious grease. Better than most pizza out there, but nothing super spectacular about it. Cold pizza - 7/10. Eating it cold the next day for lunch was good. It wasn't hard as a rock, and still pretty tasty. Stovetop reheat - 9/10. I mean, it was better on the reheat than fresh. The grease made it super toasty on the bottom, and the flavors seemed to come out more. Overall, I'm heading back. Looking forward to trying their gluten free crust. read more

The guy recommended the California Club, which happens to be one of my go to sandwiches anywhere, so I told him to make that and add pickles because let's be honest, you gotta have pickles. Now I'm not gonna sugarcoat it, the guy making the sandwich took a sweet time. I mean almost a solid almost 10 minutes, and at one point I caught myself thinking, "This thing better be incredible." Well... it was incredible. Absolutely worth the wait. Fresh bread, stacked, flavorful, tactical, and one of those sandwiches where after the first bite you immediately stop caring how long it took. In fact, after the baseball game I went back a second time and grabbed a Cobb salad for my wife. Of course I had a few bites as a delivery tax. That thing was tremendous too. When I picture a really good Cobb salad, this is exactly what I want. Packed with egg, bacon, avocado, and just the right amount of blue cheese. Not skimpy at all. The salad also took longer than expected, but honestly I'd much rather wait a few extra minutes for food that's made right instead of rushed garbage. Well done. Easy five stars.
