OG sauce, island fin fire, pozu, wicked wahine, and shoyu. Shoyu is your basic soy sauce. The wicked wahine is a little sweet. Ponzu is usually a little citrusy tasting. I believe island fin fire was a little spicy. The OG sauce is probably what people usually get when they build their own bowl if they're not looking for something exotic. This is what is said about their marinating sauces: The OG sauce is a bold and savory flavor.
